Sheep in Space (Commodore 64)

Sheep In Space is a horizontal shooter by Llamasoft for the Commodore 64 that somewhat resembles Defender. However, like most Jeff Minter games it has its own uniqueness and a surreal quality. The basic idea is to defend the planet by destroying aliens. Of course you are doing this with a flying sheep. You can land your sheep to feed (reduce hunger and charge shields) but you can do this either at the top or the bottom of the screen.

Most of Llamasoft’s games, while certainly having influence from other games, add a very unique touch and are very playable. This one is no exception. It is available only on the Commodore 64.
