This issue is from March 1987 and features the classic Spider-Man villain, Dr. Octopus.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"attachment wp-att-23408\" href=\"https:\/\/www.megalextoria.com\/wordpress\/?attachment_id=23408\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-23408\" src=\"https:\/\/www.megalextoria.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/20190903_150701-1-e1567575505337-576x1024-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"576\" height=\"1024\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Doctor Octopus is steeling various parts and other material (including radioactive isotopes) in order to build a nuclear reactor. The purpose is to enhance his abilities which were given to him via an accident of a radioactive nature. If only cancer were a superpower&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"attachment wp-att-23409\" href=\"https:\/\/www.megalextoria.com\/wordpress\/?attachment_id=23409\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-23409\" src=\"https:\/\/www.megalextoria.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/20190903_150837-1-1024x576-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"802\" height=\"451\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>By the end of the issue, Spider-Man had foiled his plans but nearly caused a nuclear meltdown in the process.
