To bring some economic reality into the national discussion on the #Fightfor15, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.minimumwage.com\/2016\/11\/new-faces-of-15-documentaries-showcase-real-victims-of-fight-for-15\/\" target=\"_blank\">Employment Policies Institute<\/a> (EPI) released four new mini-documentaries today featuring victims of dramatic minimum wage increases. EPI has documented hundreds of these outcomes on its <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facesof15.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Faces of $15<\/a> website. Four of these stories of lost jobs and business closing are featured in the mini-documentary videos below.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/iVmk4VBz_so\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>1. The <strong>Almost Perfect Bookstore<\/strong> in Sacramento was forced to close because it could not absorb the increased costs of California\u2019s forthcoming (far from perfect) $15 state minimum wage (watch video above).<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/NihnGsMHUFc\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>ARGYLEHaus of Apparel<\/strong>\u00a0in San Fernando (CA) is leaving the state for Nevada as a consequence of California\u2019s pending minimum wage increase to $15 an hour (watch video above).<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/PRpwAaCStDY\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>3.
