- Loaded (PlayStation) – 4-player, top-down shoot-em-up.
- Space Hulk (3DO) – First person shooter featuring aliens.
- Boxers Road (PlayStation) – The only boxing game I ever really liked was Punch Out on the NES.
- MechWarrior 2 (PC) – Still my all time favorite mech game.
- Rayman – An excellent platform game.
- Virtua Fighter (32X) – This review claims the 32X version is better than the Saturn version.

- International Superstar Soccer – A pretty solid soccer game.
- Vectorman (Mega Drive) – One of the most technically impressive platform games on the Genesis/Mega Drive.
- Killer Instinct (SNES) – Proving impressive games could still be made on the SNES in the era of PlayStation and Saturn.
- Micro Machines ’96 (Mega Drive) – Micro Machines games were always fun.
- Zoop (SNES) – A puzzle game and one of the latest releases for the SNES.

Destruction Derby (PC) – I loved this game but I played it on the PlayStation, not the PC.

Hexen (PC/PlayStation) – One of the earliest Doom clones. I had a blast playng this one though it wasn’t quite as good of a multiplayer game as Doom.
