Tastes differ, and gentlefolk can disagree.  I am usually delighted when
this type of comment appears in the code.  The book nearly always makes
much better reading than some guys half-literate comments.

Real Soon Now, we'll all be using Xanadu, and the comments in the code will
actually point at the reference on a disk somewhere, and you'll be able
to access it online. 8-)
