You can anonymous FTP the files 'bootp.client.shar' and
'bootp.server.shar' from the pub directory on safe.stanford.edu.  The
client code autoconfigures to find and boot from a couple of different
ether interfaces (3COM/Interlan).  The server runs under 4.X BSD UNIX.
A number of vendors are now supporting this boot mechanism.
