Message-ID: <9843@agate.BERKELEY.EDU> Date: 11 May 88 06:46:15 GMT Sender: usenet@agate.BERKELEY.EDU Reply-To: c60a-4ag@web9a.berkeley.edu (Robert Menke) Distribution: na Organization: University of California, People's Republic of Berkeley Lines: 20 Keywords: Stack protection password Is there any simple way to reset the password-requesting process on a protected stack once it has been opened? I have a stack with some private information on it that I use a lot. Unfortunately, once I type in the password correctly, it no longer requires the password to open the stack, so if I want to leave my computer alone for a while, I have to stop what I am doing and leave HyperCard. I'm not too good at writing machine code, and if what I ask requires an XCMD, I guess I'll have to live with quitting for security's sake. (Unless, of course, some kind soul would send me the source code :-) ). --Thanks, Rob.
