Lines: 22

Howdy:
we are running a pretty well utilized STARLAN net between a smattering of
machines: 3b2 300s/600s, AT&T, Zenith and IBM (not kidding) pc's. We have long
left the modular phone connecting evrything and have switched to modular to
DB-25 RS-232 connectors for compatability. I have some questions about the
STARLAN wires:

A)	How many wires are necessary for the connection. I know some of the
basic 8 are used for phone lines but how many??

B)	How is each line terminated. I want to be able to plug in every
modular cable in each computer and terminate them at our DB-25 patch
panel. I figure some wires are shorted but which ones.

C)	Does anyone have the specs for the lines (i.e. line 1: transmittion,
	line 2: signal ground, etc.)

Thanks a bundle for any and all help...
