We have EMC2 from Fisher but have had problems getting the company to customize it with a BSMTP exit such that outgoing mail is handled via our VM MAILER (the systems are connected via CTCA). ADR eMAIL is a product that claims to provide exits to make such activities possible so we are looking at it. Has anyone implemented such a thing, for either of the above products or any other "production" mail system based in such an environment?
