Subject: IJOBLIM system parameter below minimum

After reading (and losing) the query about SYSGEN's complaining that some
parameter was set below minimum, I remembered a bug that was widely reported
around this time last year. It went something like this: if you were running
MicroVMS 4.5 on a MicroVAX II with 16 meg of memory (I was), you would get a
message from SYSGEN at boot time, saying that IJOBLIM was set below its
allowed minimum value (I did). I don't really remember the official fix for
it, but it seems that using SYSGEN to reset IJOBLIM would suffice...but
don't trust my shaky memory; ask a bona fide VMS guru first (Jerry? Frank?
Anyone?).

Hope this helps!
