ECP8 includes a batch file that will patch in a zero to a global byte inside
ECP8.SYSTEM such that you don't get a key click.  You could make this
permanent by bloading the program, applying the patch manually (with the
monitor) and bsaving the file back to disk.  I don't care for the key click
either but people asked for it.. maybe the default should be OFF?
