A friend of mine has an old Compaq 8088 video board (assy. 000007-001,
Rev H; diagram 000008-000).  He's connected a multisync monitor & would
like to get video output in both low-res and high(er)-res modes.  In
later boards, this could be done by changing J3 and J5; in his board
those don't exist.  If you've any information on this, please write me;
I'll post a summary of replies if there's interest.
