Apple would never let it happen, of course.  Even if they did, there are
certain problems:  how do you handle XFCN and XCMD (extended function and
command) resources in a non-resource environment?  Also, since Hypercard
uses a 512 X 384 bitmap (hard-wired), you would have to live with interlace.

What is more likely is a stack reader (at least at first), and then only for
stacks without XFCNs or XCMDs.  Someone could get comp.binaries.hypercard (I
think that's the name), download some stacks, and reverse-engineer the file
format.  And there may be something published already; that would leave only
the bit-banging. :-)

I hope someone does it -- I'd like to see it myself.
