Well, many developers have early releases of 1.3 (certainly everyone who went the the developers conference does) and their talking about it tends to confuse folks. The reality is that it is not available yet. (And you don't want a prerelease if you are a regular user because it may crash horribly and you would be bummed). Anyway, when it is released, myself and others will be sure to post a message saying so with as much information as possible so that you can run out and buy it.
