I replied that I had a program called "wns" which does a windowing
search, and got a number of mail messages asking for it.  I mailed a
copy to the sender of each message, and I also mailed one to the poster
of the original request (mike@medman).  Anyone who did not receive it
should ask me again.

Also, I sent off a copy to the comp.sources.unix moderator, so if he
thinks it is worthwhile, it should show up there someday.
