Subject: TN3270 speeds

Greg pointed out to me that what I saw was actually running on an RT, not
a Sun, and that a Sun is faster, but still not as fast as a PC.  Yakov
confirmed this re: the IBM PC TN3270 (DOS coders can write directly to
the display, and curses costs a lot).
