At the risk of starting religious wars - what you REALLY want is a Symbolics
Ivory chip on a coprocessor card.  Seriously, it is also to a consideration.
Which company gets around to it first will be the question.  Symbolics is 
looking at the 386 family pretty heavily for a host for a coprocessor card.
If that comes to fruition in the near future, it is definitely something to
look at - I'd love to have the complete Symbolics Genera environment available
on an Amiga!!
