Summary: does strange things with include paths

I got my copy of Turbo Pascal 4.0 yesterday. Today I was checking out the
UPGRADE.EXE program included.

When using the /O option it wants to create some include files in unexpected
places. Example:

in C:\QA giving the command
	UPGRADE QAP115 /O T4
will run fine until it hits the following statement in QAP115.PAS
	{$I \TURBO\TOOLBOX\ACCESS }
at this point it aborts with with a "File Creation Error" msg. The last thing
displayed before the error is QAP115(30).

After much checking, and experimentation I discovered that it wants to write
the new copy of ACCESS.BOX to C:\QA\T4\TURBO\TOOLBOX !!!!

Be warned!

At least the GREP works better than the ones I've gotten from the net. It's
the first one I've found that understands wildcards in filespecs.
