Yes, FASTBACK will corrupt on one machine that I know of, the SEQUUA PC,
but then the SEQUUA is barely compatible anyway with their "write-mostly"
memory that controls configuration and other aberrations.  The problem
there is that they use a DMA chip that compatible with, but not quite the
same as IBM's and other compatibles.
