Fortunately, my experience with Abel has been excellent: I have ordered software several times, and received it in about 3 days. I haven't ordered hardware, but a friend ordered a two meg ram board (not the Starboard II) and received it immediately. Homever, I'm not trying to minimize your frustration. I'm sure I would be just as angry. I can only speculate that the particular product you want is difficult to stock (??). As to their excuse for promising what they can't deliver ...????
