                                 Questions

1. In your experience how well do the currently available sequence search 
algorithms find biologically interesting "hits" in the databases? How can 
the relevance of these searches be improved?

2. Which aspects of the presently available databases and software will 
require the most work in preparing for the large genome data?

3. What kinds of secondary sequence data do you feel should be 
pre-compiled in the database, and how should such data be organized and 
indexed?
