X 11 presumably will support graphics better than version 10.
There are supposed to be several proposals out
there from DEC, HP, and others, to allow better use of local graphics engines and processing
power for 3D, animation, etc. Are there any public implementations of these yet, and if so,
what do netpeople think? (Or, have people looked at the proposals?)

Also, are there any public domain GKS implementations out there with X device drivers?
