Wenker) Organization: Minn. Educ. Comp. Corp. Lines: 10 Finder, in it's spare time, repeatedly checks all of the 3.5" drives connected to the GS. It does this to keep track of disk switches. I've never noticed anything with the AppleDisk 3.5 drives, but with the Unidisk 3.5 drives you can see the drive light flicker about once a second. Since Finder is only doing status calls to the device, there is no danger of destroying data. -Paul R. Wenker -MECC
