It sounds like the program's suggested memory size (I believe specified 
in the "SIZE" resource ) is actually too small for the application to 
run in.  Just do a "get-info" on the application and set the application
memory size to something larger.  (See my recent posting on an interesting
consequence of a small memory partition on VersaTerm-Pro).
