I am unhappy with the way Apollo handles their distribution of
patches/updates. In my attempt to obtain the tcp/ip patches I have
encountered:

call to-

1-800-2-apollo: "Oh, you have to call your local sale office".

Local sale office: "Oh, you have to talk to your sale rep".

Sale Rep.: "Ring ring ring ring... ring -- click!"

Try again next day. Sale rep not in. Answering service left message
for sale rep. Waited two days, no reply.

Call again, same routine- got disconnected.

Can Apollo automatically forward patches to those companies that have
the affected software ??

How are we suppose to know if a update or patch is available if we
don't poll our sale rep.

Does Apollo mail out newsletter stating available patch/update ? If so,
how do you get on the mailing list.
