My first use of Red Ryder was way back when it was only version 4
or so. It was very buggy and I trashed it.

I just got a Jasmine 20 and version 9.4 RR was on it. I looked it
over and found that it had greatly improved and has some very nice
features. But when I tried out VT100 emulation mode, it was apparent
RR9.4 was still buggy. I've heard some talk of a verion 10.3 or
so of RR. Is this usuable as a terminal emulator (it has to have
good vt100 emulation)? Can it support 9600 baud? My impression is
that RR9.4 does not--it seems very slow. Are there new features
in this version or is it just debugged more. Does it have what
could be considered a user's manual (the garbage he supplies
with RR9.4 is attrocious!!!)? Could someone download it to
comp.binaries.mac so I could answer these questions myself?

If I still deem version 10.3 RR too buggy to use, is there a
terminal emulator that has similar procedure/macro capabilities that
RR has. Does the latest version of MacTerminal have macros/procedures?

Thanx in advance.
