	You have done all the proper things to have multiple scripts in
your system.  I too have multiple  scripts in mine (although the two that I
use are Hebrew and Arabic (HEIS and AIS)).  The reason that they compete for
itlc #0 is that this resource is only used by the system at boot time to 
determine what the system script is to be.  I set this for 0 (Roman, or 
Standard) and then I can switch to either of the others without any 
trouble.
	If you use Suitcase, you might want to consider, if you don't mind
usinga bit of ResEdit patching of Suitcase, using it to load in your script
resources as well without having them clog up your system file.  I do this
and have found no problems at all with thi, and my system file thanks me for
keeping it clean.
