We have a VaxCluster consisting of a Vax 8350 and a Vax 11/780. In the
DEFBOO.CMD file for the 8350, register 2 contains the CI unit numbers of
2 HSC50 disk controllers.

D/G 2 0p0q

where p and q are the HSC 50 CI node numbers.

How do I set up the 780 DEFBOO.CMD file to achieve the same thing? Right now
the 780 can only boot off the HSC50 with CI node 0. I couldn't find
any info in the 780 manual; I think the manual was printed before HSC50's
existed.
