A question was posted about the letter 'b' in the style bar area of
MS Word 4.0.  The 'b' is your symbol for a running head formatted
to appear at the 'b'ottom of the page.  (Personally, I prefer the
term 'footer', but obviously MS doesn't.)  A list of style bar
symbols is in the Word 4.0 companion Reference Manual - pg 84.
