Chill out, guys! When I first started using Microsoft COBOL (God help me) some seven years ago, we were OVERJOYED to see this notice. All the other decent compilers that used runtime modules required *royalties* (remember these, boys and girls?). Microsoft is allowing you to distribute their object code, free of change, for just a credit. This seems like a pretty good deal to me.
