configuration is cdc 9766 as drive 0 on a SI 9900, massbus #0 on a vax-780.

When putting a potentially dusty pack into a CDC 9766 (top-loading
300 MB disk drive), it is standard field-service practice to turn
off the servo circuit breaker before spinning up the pack the first
time, as a "purge" cycle. Naturally, this produces a voltage fault.

So long as this (perfectly normal) fault persists, I can't seem to
turn off the "attention active" bit. Trying to reset the bit in
RMAS does nothing, nor does a Drive Clear or Release command make
it go away.

Is there any way to shut up a drive fault interrupt, short of turning
off the interrupt enable for the entire controller? The CPU can't get
any work done if it is being continuously interrupted by a down drive.
