Summary: My favorite Modula-2 text is...

Adding my two cents to the discussion of Modula-2 texts...my favorite
Modula-2 text is "Modula-2 Programming" by John W.L. Ogilvie,
McGraw-Hill 1985 ISBN 0-07-047770-1.

I find it to be an excellent reference. It is easy to read, complete,
and laced with examples. Along with chapters on the Modula-2, it
contains comparisons of Modula-2 with several other languages (Pascal,
Ada, C, BASIC, Fortran), a chapter on "Software Engineering with
Modula-2", and a discussion of the shortcommings of Modula-2.

I highly recommend it.

Cheers,
---George
