As a former clone salesman/service tech, I have seen this bug. fortunately,
there are three ways to fix this.
1:	write an interrupt driver (yech!)
2:	make your program re-set the date/time from the multi-function
		board's clock
3:	get a copy of a good BIOS-- like PHOENIX. We always used it
in the clones we sold. It's one of the best if not the best.
I'ts even faster than IBM's (not saying much). this BIOS
does not have the data bug.

My first clone had this very bug-- it was a "Super Bios" and then a "MEGA" bios.
both standard bad Taiwan BIOS's. when I got my PHOENIX BIOS machine, It solved
my problem. you should be able to pick one up for ~$30us.
