The most popular newsreader, "rn", already has this feature. It's
the 'M' command. This command marks a message as unread. After you
complete reading the newsgroup, the 'M'ed messages return. That's
what I use; any message I'm considering following up to I mark as
unread and get back to it later when I have time.
