I need to make a special duty program to allow untrained personnel to enter in notes. Basically, I'll need an extremely stripped down word processor. As it will need some special things added, I'll need to play with the sources. This program will be run on XT/AT class machines running MS-DOS, 3.0 or greater. The ideal thing would be a good word processor with the following characteristics: 1) Good source code. Turbo Pascal would be nice. (It will have to be tied into another turbo program...) Comments would be even better. 2) Macros! 3) Ascii import/save. 4) What you see is what you get, nice and easy to use. The program need not have much. No fonts, fancy printer ability. The notes won't be more than a half dozen pages or so. An easy to use screen editor might even do the job. Thank you VERY much. Any leads to all such sources would be MUCH appreciated. I'll send you self addresses, stamped floppies, whatever.
