I've been getting angry letters asking why they were removed from the list.
Whether or not you believe it or not, I don't take people off because I
am angry at them or whatever they think.  I had to remove them because the
address I had for them was invalid (ie: if their address is in lower
case I now have to find a new pathway to get to them.)  If you happen to
be one of the people removed, just send me a letter and I'll try to
figure out a new pathway for you.  It may take me a week or so to get to
it if it fails the first few tries I make.  As much as I hate to, I have to
study for finals and write papers.  Yuck!
