VersaTerm Pro version 2.0 allows you to select point size 9 and 12 for the
font. The window then covers over about a third of my 19" monitor at the
default 80x24 window size. The documentation says that you can then enlarge
the window to get more lines and columns, but I haven't tried it.

As a bonus, you can configure the various text attribute types (i.e., reverse,
underline, etc) to be in a different color if you have a color monitor (though
it is limited to the original 8 Mac colors). And you get Tek 4015 and 4105
emulation (also in color) plus a DG 200 terminal emulation.

There are some problems with VersaTerm Pro though, like you setting the
default transfer directory for Mac Xmodem transfer. It is normal set to
the folder VersaTerm Pro is in, and you can change it, but only to the top
level on of a volume (this is dumb and probably a MFS carryover). Also,
even though you can scroll backwards to look at past text, the color information
is not retained.

All in all, it is a pretty good product, though a bit high in cost.

(Usual disclaimer about them and me.)
