Sorry guys, I guess companies grow up the same way people do.  Too slow
for me ...

Two years ago is when I last had any exposure to SCO.  Back then they would
have wanted my name, address, city, state, zip, SSA number and first born
child before solving a problem.  And then they would have gotten it wrong.

Now, they call you on the phone using the number in your .signature and
apologize for having had lousey service in the Dark Ages and offer to send
you the latest fix.  Needless to say, I am Very Impressed.

Considering the latest feud in comp.sys.intel, I wonder if anyone at
MicroPort can boast of the same level of support?
