Some time ago, there was an argument about how to do integer division
and modulo "correctly" for negative divisor and/or dividend (whatever
that means).  Does anyone still have those articles around?  If so,
could you please bundle them up and e-mail them to me?

Alternately, could you point me to any published papers on the
subject?
