I first noticed the following problem before I up-graded my GS but on reveiw
I find it still persists. What I have noticed is that after booting and
with the finder screen on the monitor the boot drive 3.5 in slot 5 drive 1
makes a faint clicking sound which disappears when you press the mouse button.
I have tried this with 1 and 2 3.5 attached and with a disk II daisy chained.
I have a Imagewriter attached to the printer port and a smartmodem clone
attached to the modem port. One other thing the noise is some what louder
when diversi-cache is added.
What I would like is a respose from anyone who can find the same problem to
help me when in a discussion with APPLE Canada who claim they can't duplicate
this situation but would like to know more. I'm worried that finder is leaving
the disk active and might distroy data like several versions of prodos I can
recall.

Thanks in advance
