>(many people's complaints deleted here)

When i first grabbed F83 from here, i too had pieces 2, 17, and 20 as
being shorter than they should have been. However, the re-posted versions
were ok. then, while removing the headers, i accidentally removed the
beginning line of the tar file without knowing it (oh well, it happens).
Anyways, i put them together, decoded it, (getting many "permission denied"
errors, until i created a forth.tar.Z file and permitted it write to others &
group), uncompressed it (with no problems....) and untarred it.
It works. I added a couple of numbers, tried a couple of colon definitions,
and not much else yet. Anyone out there have any fairly simple programs
they could E-mail me, just so i could test it out? I haven't used Forth a
whole heck of a lot yet, so i'd like to see some simple stuff to play around
with.
  thanks....
