oops ... seems I slipped up and posted this to the wrong newsgroup
the first time around .... sigh

Well, I can't find thee article. Anyway, I'm curious about what
manuals to buy along with my new Amiga 2000. I've never owned
an Amiga before so don't have any technical docs lying around. On
the other hand I'm an experienced computer junky and those manuals
I saw in Walden's the other night look like they'd be ... er ... fun
to sink my teech into.

But I hear talk about upgrades to v1.3 and v1.4 of the OS ...
Will that make these fun-looking manuals obsolete? Or will there
be updates to buy? Or what?

Also, I'd be interested in comments on 3rd party books to get.
I already know to not subscribe to Amiga World, and instead to
subscribe to Amazing Computing :-) .

Send mail and I'll make a summary ...
