Summary: I need a copy of this disk

References:

I'm posting this for my father, who is stuck:

"I have a Santa Clara Systems Hard Disk Drive Model #515 along with the
driver card for use in my Apple IIe. I need a copy of the floppy disk
software for booting and configuring the hard disk. I have tried to get this
from Santa Clara, but they are now owned by Novell and no longer support the
hard disk for the Apple IIe. They cannot send me a copy of the disk I need
even if they wanted to, because they say all copies were deleted [amazing!]."

That's it - can anyone help? My father would love to buy a copy, but can't
find one anywhere (and he lives next to Chicago, which is a software hotspot).
