Nope.  The problem is the DEC decided to be helpful and set up autologins
for all your other terminals, the account it uses for that being, as I recall,
USER.  The first thing I do after installing uVMS on a new system is to get rid
of this 'feature' (and it's thankfully not reinstated when you upgrade to a
higher version).  The filenames you want to deal with are
SYS$MANAGER:ALFMAINT.COM and SYS$SYSTEM:SYSALF.DAT.  The latter, if you want no
autologins set up, can be deleted.  The former is a procedure to allow you to
deal with individual autologins piecemeal.

I sincerely hope that when VMS 5.0 where (last I heard) "VMS is VMS" comes
out, DEC doesn't set up default autologins on any of their systems.
