How do you install multiple foreign scripts in a single System file?  I've
installed the relevant itl?, KSWP, SICN, and LOCA resources in System 4.2,
and AIS and KanjiTalk both work except that they compete for itlc 0 so I
have to go in and renumber it by hand and then move INITs and reboot to
switch scripts.  Is there a more elegant way to do this?
