Multisoft, a small company in Beaverton, OR, makes a very good disk cache
called Super PC-Kwik, and a print spooler (forget the name) which can share
extended memory (or expanded memory) with the cache.  A disk cache is of
course not exactly the same as a RAM disk, but gives a similar speedup, and
is easier to use.
