However, it doesn't redraw correct- ly with ^L. I use ':p' or something similar to cause vi I to print "press return to continue" - the screen is okay after that. The problem is caused when a character in the last column of the line at the bottom of the screen causes an autowrap. At least for my version of Unix, if there is white space at the end of the line, the problem does not occur.
