This is unlikely to make it anywhere into the C language. It is, however, a feature of Bliss, which has many of the same design features and ancestors as C. Bliss does have a much more powerful macro language too. Pity Bliss is almost a dead language outside of the walls of DEC. I think it may be dying inside the walls too. -- Daniel A.
