This method needs some modification to work if you are running
Suitcase. When you hold down the option key before pulling down the
apple menu, none of the DA's will appear, thus allowing you to quickly
move to the end of the menu where the currently open applications under
multifinder are listed. However, all you have to do, after holding down
the option key, is to click on the Suitcase menu selection. This will
bring up a dialog box with all the DA's installed in the system or
suitcase files, and you can then make your selection and open the DA
from there.
