Has anybody successfully adopted AST Rampage-286 to work in a 16-bit slot of
AT&T 6300+ running UNIX-5? Having different from IBM AT physical dimensions,
this slot would not permit a straightforward insertion of the card, leaving
part of the card terminals hanging in the air. Would connecting these
terminals with a cable to the other half of the slot's connector solve
the problem?
                                 Thanks,
