There's a package called Software Bridge that performs conversions between
8 or 9 different word processors with good results. They make a version
of it called Perfect Exchange that is specifically designed (read: limited)
to go to and from wordperfect. Software Bridge goes for $150 list, I don't
know the price for Perfect Exchange. The company can be reached at:

			Systems Compatibility Corp.
One East Wacker Drive, Suite 1320
			Chicago, IL 60601
			312/329-0700

Best of luck!
