Note: I am not looking for a word processor (Real Men use Wordstar in help level 0 |-}) but an editor that has the kind of features that REDIT and TEDIT had on the IBM 370-3033 under TSS. (no-that is *NOT* eXtra-ugly-EDIT that VM/CMS and perhaps other brain damaged OS's use) Desired features include powerful find and replace (Find "?butter*" replace "?cheese*") where ? and * are wildcards, 'zones' (ie work only on specific columns) and other goodies. If this dream program shared command structure with Wordstar, so much the better. Suggestions, please. BTW, if anybody in the world still has 370-TSS, I'd love to hear from you-procdef power! (this ought to start a whole round of 'my editor can beat up on yours......') -- Have you ever WATCHED cable TV, Judge Kennedy? decuac!netsys!wb8foz
