   I am running here the MIT Pc/IP peckage. I try the NETWATC program both
on 3COM/3c501 card and on an Interlan/Micom card. Then I encountered the
following problem:
  When using the 3com card I get a lot of garbaled packets. In some of them
I can recognise the original address which was shifted a few bits to the left.
However, on the Micom card I haven't seen even one such garbaled packet.
Does the 3com card is deffective or simply the Micom card throws away
such deffective packets?
