Distribution: comp Organization: AT&T Bell Laboratories - Naperville, Illinois Lines: 12 Keywords: SIMM Summary: Will MacSE (and II) SIMMs work in a Plus? (they should) References: I was told by an Apple Sales Rep that the 1Meg SIMMs for the SE and II (same part #: M0219) won't necessarily work in the Plus. He seemed confused (read: new), and I wanted to check the net on this. I can see absolutely no reason for them not to work except for potentially physical reasons or the resistor cutting referred to recently on the net. Could someone please clarify this for me? I know that the answer will be very simple. Sorry if this has been hashed over recently. -- Rich Straka ihnp4!ihlpf!straka Advice for the day: "MSDOS - just say no."
