Does anyone have any information about VideoWorks II and its
(in)compatibility with Multifinder?

I've had the program for a couple of months and was quite satisfied
until I discovered last night that it wouldn't even run any of the movie
demos under Multifinder. It does seem to run ok under Finder 6.0.

What I have in mind is the development of animations that can be called
up from a Hypercard interface. This possibility was suggested in a
recent issue of Macworld (or was it Macuser).

Anyone have any idea about the merging of these two packages?

Certainly the ability to have Hypercard and VideoWorks II running
simultaneously under Multifinder would be useful as such a combination
was being debugged.

Macromind (developers of VideoWorks II) also predicted the availability
of a super version of VW II called VideoWorks Interactive by Nov. 87.

Perhaps it is this version that will be MF and HC compatible.

Any and all information on this subject solicited.

Respond by e'mail and I'll summarize to the net if interest warrants.
