Ok, this comes out of a 3am viewing of a videodisk...

I've used the invective 'Jesus H. Christ on a Cross with...' and so on for
years. I must have known at some point, but...Where does the 'H.'
come from?

All answers welcome; but bibleophiles (as opposed to bibliophiles) can flame,
if flame they desire to, to the traditional net flamebucket. (I will accept
answers to the old 'how can a compassionate Ghod allow a She-bear to chew up
kids making fun of an old man who happens to be a prophet' question, however)

											Just askin',
