Some time back there was a discussion on the Bel cream maker.
I bought one and have used it once though not very successfully.
When my cream got cold, it separated.  The top layer became almost
hard, but stirring blended the two layers back together.  The cream
was not as smooth as I expected.  What did I do wrong?  Could it be
that the valve wasn't tight enough?  Should the cream be as smooth
as regular cream?  Help.
