Previous versions of 2.10 used to simply take eveything after the
last "!" as the user name; thus "...!ucbvax!arens@UCBKIM" was
converted to "arens@UCBKIM@ucbvax.UUCP".  This was easily
reversable.  With the version just posted, howver, it generates
"arens%UCBKIM@ucbvax.UUCP".  What is the idea here?  Should I add
code to convert the percent back into an at sign?
