As a result of a bad experience over the weekend, when somebody who
couldn't read botched the date-setting part of the reboot sequence,
I have modified asktime(1) and date(1) so that asktime distinguishes
between unreasonable dates and incomprehensible dates; now it will
neither ask for nor allow confirmation of the latter. I also moved
the code that prints the old date -- it's kind of silly to have it
come out on every request (as opposed to once at the start).
