I know there is some rule reagarding intent to deceive
by a pitcher. Does anyone know more about this?
Remember in last year's college world series when
the pitcher threw the rosen bag in an attempt to
pick off the runner but intentionally threw it wild
making the runner break for second base and become
a dead duck since the pitcher still had the real ball.
This was legal then, is it now?
