I decided a few months back that if I ever sell software, I want to include a statement that if you want to copy this software you should send me $X to be legal and ethical (and also to get support and bugfixes). Does anybody out there think that this would actually reduce software piracy by a significant amount? I'm assuming that X is about the same amount that I'd get from a computer store or other outlet, if it were sold in the usual way (say, 50% of list price). Larry Seiler -------
