Saw an ad in Byte the other day:

	...accurate to the nearest fraction of a second.

Now, I can understand if something is accurate to WITHIN a fraction of
a second, since it's just accurate to within some fraction, unspecified.
But the NEAREST fraction?  I think I want one.
