With regard to all the Arpa replies both on the net & privately, to my
suggestion that sources belong on net.sources, it seems to me that just
because one group cannot receive a particular category of this net it
should not be an excuse to break the "netiquette" rules and subject
all users (including transatlantic) to large amounts of stuff in the
wrong category.
Isn't a generally posted notification that a particular source is available
and from whom, an adequate method?
