We have just had our second crash in two days resulting in the console
messages:

	panic: iput
	dump i/o error
	80000C52 06

We are running 4.1 BSD on an 11/750. Three days ago we brought up a
new kernel with 4 Able DH/DM boards. Previously we were running with
2 DH/DMs with no problem. There may not be any connection between the
recent crashes and adding the two additional boards as we were previously
running a kernel obtained under a binary license and the new kernel
was gen'd from source obtained under our recently acquired source
license. If anyone can shed any light on this problem I would be
very gratefull.
