In an attempt to improve uucp mail performance, I added
the "m" flag to the uucp mailer definition in sendmail.
This sends only one copy of a letter per outward leg,
even if multiple recipients live out that way. It works
fine if the remote site is running with /bin/rmail linked to
/bin/mail, or the 4.1c rmail. The 4.1 rmail, however,
insists that argc be exactly two. So be careful before
trying this otherwise excellent feature.
