Yes, any vehicle with commercial plates is prohibited from ANY road called
a ``parkway'' in New York State.  Vehicles with ``Livery'' plates may use
these roads however.  Also, in New York City, vehicles registered as trucks
are prohibited from driving on local streets unless the street is marked for
truck traffic or the truck is making local deliveries.  And the driver must
have the addresses on his cargo manifest to show it.
