Since some people will always pick passwords that are easy to guess, and
since a system is only as strong as its weakest password, one obvious
solution is to make the password program more restrictive.  Here at CCA,
all passwords must be at least five characters, and at least one
character must be nonalphabetic.  Passwords which are all numeric are
not allowed, either.
