After playing a game (rogue) provided for free, on a machine that we have paid absolutely nothing for, and experiencing a little bad luck with a bug in the game, the order is issued, "FIX THIS BUG and make sure we get a FULLY WORKING COPY of the new version on our machine." Well, if I were Ken Arnold (et al) I'd tell you to put your VAX where the sun don't shine! NOBODY should have to take that kind of abuse from ANYBODY. I mean, here's a game that has provided the following: 1) For the players: more fun - for free - than probably all the other computer games put together. 2) For the providers: more headaches - also for "free" - than any other project they've ever worked on. So take your piddly little complaints and send them to /dev/null, for crying out loud! keith ericson at teklabs PS - this has been a long winded version of "You can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar."
