Lines: 20 Attention anyone thinking about buying a Dodge product. Don't go to the SCUM-BAG Dodge dealer on Ogden Ave. in Downers Grove Il. I bought a new car from them and purchased several options. The rear window defroster lasted 2 weeks. They can't give me an itemized list of what was optional on the car other than the window sticker. This means that, if any of the junk they put on breaks, I can only go to them for their 5th rate service. It only took them 3 tries to get the cruse control to work. I contacted customer relations in Chicago and Detroit and was told that dealers are re-sellers and the company won't get involved. They told me that if the dealer rips you off the best thing to do is file a complaint with the consumer protection agency. I've bought Japanese cars before, and will from now on, and have never gotten this kind shabby treatment. If this is an example American manufacturing it's no wonder the Japanese will control the market. Glad Dodge is going bankrupt C. J. Holzwarth ihuxr!cjh
