The successful first test launch of the U.S. Air Force Peacekeeper (WARSTARTER) MX ICBM June 17 is a key milestone in President Regan's program to modernize (EXPAND) America's strategic forces. The 4,000-mile flight from Vandenberg Air Force Base, California, to Kwajalein Missle Range demonstrated the satisfac- tory performance of all four stages of the missle and its re-entry systems (BOMBS). Martin Marietta is proud to be a prin- cipal member of the industrial team (MILITARY-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX) supporting the U.S. Air FOrce in this endevor (INSANITY). We congratulate not only the Air Force and the Department of Defense (WAR), but also Morton Thiokol, Inc., Aerojet Strategic Propulsion Company, Hercules Inc., Rock- well International, TRW Defense Systems Group, AVCO Corp., Westinghouse Ele- tric Corp., and the many other contractors across the nation who are contributing to (BEING PAID FOR) this new deterrent (OFFENSIVE) capability for the United States. O.K. Guys and Gals (on both sides of this) lets start cooking again on this one!!!! Love a good debate bill (sdcrdcf!billrkg) joel (sdcrdcf!joelrkg)
