Curiously, though, I don't think I've ever heard of these laws being applied to smokers who leave trails of ash and butts wherever they go. Not to mention the fact that just last week a friend received a letter from the city informing him that he had x number of days to mow his lawn or the city would do it and bill him. All because some neighbor didn't like the way his lawn looked. He isn't even allowed to find out who complained. And why not ban smokers from eating in good restaurants? After years of smoking the taste buds go, so heavy smokers can't appreciate the food anyway. At the least, they shouldn't be allowed to smoke and spoil the meals of everyone else. The non-smoking patrons are paying for a good meal. I think they deserve to have one. Wombat
