   OK, it is OSMI Pascal running on RT-11 Version 4.0.  We have a PDP-11/23.
They have an error call write past eof.  Yes I said write.  I seems to happen
if you run out of disk space or didn't open your file.  I would be intreasted
in the real meaning of this error.  It is listed in the documentation as one
of the error but I can't find a discription of what it means.
