I vaguely recall that ACC ("Associated?" "Advanced?" Computer Consultants)
announced a card to do X.25 a couple of years ago.  They had an HDLC,
LAP/LAPB interface and I think they had an interface that handled everything
up to packet level as well.  ACC is the same bunch that builds Arpanet
interfaces of various flavors.

I also remember somebody out at BBN working on X.25 Unix software, though
I don't know what happened with it.
