Reports of telemetry beacon reception should be coming shortly from
Japan. NORAD deep space radar has seen two objects so far; there are a
total of 5 pieces (the two payloads, the rocket body, the upper half
of the SYLDA cannister, and the clamp band that held Oscar-10 to the
launcher). It is not clear which objects they've seen, but we had expected
that they'd have trouble seeing us at such a distance (we're too small.)

First AOS over the northeastern USA will be at 23:11 UTC this evening,
coming from the southwest. It will be up until about 09:00 UTC. The
general beacon should be on, with a frequency of 145.81 mhz. Reception
reports would be appreciated.
