There seemed to be a moderate concensus that a net.unix-neophytes might not
be a bad idea. This group would be for more mundane unix questions,
questions that one would not dare to ask in "wizards" for fear of ridicule, a
place for "wizards" to display their benevolence by dispensing unix gems of
wisdom, a place for the masses to congregate and console themselves in their
miserable ignorance.

Would the "wizard-of-news" care to create such a group? Would other wizards
care to comment on the concept? Is a vote in order?
