Unmanned transmitters are permitted in very few circumstances; satellites are one such situation. Tricking radar detectors is NOT and the Federal govt. would severly reprimand or penalize any local law enforcement agency that deliberately violated the FCC codes. Mark Terribile Duke of deNet
