We have a VAX-11/780 running 4.1bsd with an Emulex SC21/V Unibus disk
controller, controlling four Fujitsu 160Mbyte Winchester drives.

We have a problem and would greatly appreciate hearing from others who
have solved it! Each time we crash, we are supposed to get a dump onto
one of the Fujitsu disks. Instead, we get the following set of (to us)
cryptic remarks.

        dumping to dev 201, offset 12960
        dump cs1 = 80
        cs2 = 100
        ds=0
        er1=0
        er2=0
        device not ready

We would dearly love to have a dump to paw through to find out why we
are crashing. Does this situation look familiar to anyone with a similar
hardware/software configuration? Any volume of flame would be
acceptable, as long as the answer comes with.

Thanks, in advance,
Fritz Benedict
