This is because we got no create message for this group. This might be because nobody ever posted a create message, but the more probable cause is that the create message got lost in the network failures that have recently been going on in the decvax area. This raises a bit of a problem. If you miss a control message, and run 2.10 or any other system that demands them, then when the group starts arriving you will never know it.
