Speddies are chuncks of beef(here in upstate NY they are usually venison)
marinated in a vinegar and oil sauce. I used Good Seasons Italian Dressing
and added slightly more vinegar. Follow the directions on the package and
use more according to how much meat you're going to use. Let the meat 
marinate for at least 3days before you are going to use it. Cook them
on squewers over a charcoal flame and serve with Italian or French bread.
They're very good.
