NORAD radar and optical tracking of the Ariane L-6 launch from sites in
Korea and Kwajalein Island has produced two sets of elements.  They
apparently see the rocket body and either ECS-1 by itself, or ECS-1 in a
"clump" with the other pieces.  They give the following elements for the
"clump". Note that these disagree slightly with the earlier elements,
which were obtained by launcher transponder ranging from Ascension
Island at third stage shutdown.  I would continue to use those earlier
(NASA/Goddard) elements, but these may be of interest.
