Did you buy your dodge recently?

I here that Chrysler is now using an independent (of Chrysler) arbitration
board to handle unresolved consumer complaints. Of the 200 some odd
complaints they handled last year, over 95% of them were resolved in
FAVOR of the customer, and Chrysler honored the findings of the
arbitration board. I don't know how the members of the board are selected,
but the statistics look promising. I think such innovative programs from
detroit just might save dodge from bankruptcy.

I would also like to suggest if your car was purchased recently
that you take up your complaint with this board. If you have not
purchased you car recently, when you are in the market for a new car
you owe it to yourself to at least look at what detroit makes now. If
you don't like it after you look, then buy the japanese car, but how can
you make the right decision if you don't at least look?
