A few short odds and ends:

	1.  Regarding "cigarettes being everywhere".  The sober alcoholics
	have a saying "The hand that pours the drink down your throat is
	your own".  Similary, the hand the stuffs a cigarette in your face
	is your own.  As to cigarettes being everywhere, that is simply
	feeble rationalization.

	2.  The person who said "all men are created equal" never stood
	in line for an army physical.
