"HIGHWAY HYPNOSIS" can occur at any speed on a "limited access highway".
Speed at impact in an accident has a great effect on the total amount of
the damage.

The roads that are very hilly and curvey have the property that keep drivers
alert and are the most "fun" to drive on. Speed on these roads is normaly
lower and if one should "lose it" the resulting accident isn't as terrible
as the accidents that occur on "interstate" at the higer speeds.

Now, as some fools out there in "netland" would like, setting speeds
at or above what most drivers can safely handle can have disasterous
results. Think of the innocent driver of the other cars that may be
involved when the fast driver "loses it" and crashes into them.

Be smart, if you want to speed or race, join the groups that do it on
a race track. That way everyone will benefit. If you feel that you
can't drive in competetion then don't speed on the roads. If you
feel that you can do well on the track then limit your speeding there.
