As sort of an affirmative response, the ARPANET folks have in the
past attempted to restrict what WE can submit to net.micro since it
is gatewayed to Arpanet, stating that there can be no commercial
content.  Why then, can WE not attempt to restrict what kind of
material is gatewayed to us from the ARPANET?
