Expertise in one field does not imply the necessity of total ignorance in another, does it? I would much prefer to see some more messages correcting spelling and usage (the silicone vs. silicon was the latter) rather than a dozen more opinions on what 'real programmers' do or do not perform when nobody is watching them!
