The Berkeley Lisp group told me there was a bug in 4.1c that only
allowed half the swap region on a disk to be utilized. Is there a
similar bug in vanilla 4.1? Does anybody have a fix for the bug in
either 4.1 or 4.1c? I've never seen more than half the space in use on
our 4.1 systems, and I've run out of swap space suspiciously soon in
some cases.
