	As has already been mentioned, KDKA is NOT the only radio station
	east of the Mississippi that starts with a K. At least one other 
	such station does exist and that is KYW in Philadelphia. KDKA starts
	with a K because it got its license before the W/K rule was followed.
	KYW starts with a K because it was an existing station in Philadelphia
	(with call letters starting with a W) that was taken over by a group
	that owned a station out west. When they moved to Philadelphia, they
	brought their license with them, call letters and all. If any other
	exceptions exist (as I know they do), the reason is probably one of
	the two mentioned here.
