Among other board problems we had were: 1. Random writes (header, data, whatever else) on read commands, this one was never fixed alghough they sent the board back to us "repaired" 3 times. The worst part about this one was it only happened about once every 30 hours or so, ie. after all the diagnostics have been run and the system is back operational again. 2. Numerous drive confusion troubles, (was that drive 0 or 1?) Dealing with SI over the phone was a royal pain, but once we finely managed to get hold of the right people (VP in marketing) we were able to get an FE to come out with new boards.
