He was summoned for Military Service from 12 December 1276 to 30 March 1298, to attend the King at Salisbury, 26 January 1296/7, to a Military Council, 16 September 1297, and to Parliament from 24 June 1295 to 2 November 1295, by writs directed Jordano Foliot or Folyot, whereby he is held to have become LORD FOLIOT.
