DEED: Berks Co PA A4 p. 42 Nathan Evans andDavid Evans, exec. to John Henton,
blacksmith per will of his father in law land on Cocoosing Creek in Cumru Twp
70 aces plus 17 acres and 50 perches partly in Cumru and partly in Heidelberg
townships. Dated Oct 3 1764.

DEED: Berks Co Pa Book A5 p. 142 John Henton of Augusta Co, VA sells 200 acres
in Heidelberg twp bought from Richard Peters. Nov. 7 17666.

!DEED: Jeremiah and Catherine Harrison deeded 400 acres on Linville Creek
purchased by John Harrison Jr. in 1760 from John Hunton of County of Berks,
Province of PA. date Oct. 15 1765.

!WILL proved March 15 1782 produced in court by David Ralston, James Hinton,
and John Johnston, three of the witnesses. Handle Vance appeared and made oath
to John Hinton the other witness he being now dead. He received payments for
commodities and supplies used by the state during the Revolutionary War.

On Jun 3 1791 Linville Creek Baptist Church records says Esther Henton, now
widow of John Henton deceased presented a letter of dismission dated Nov. 23
1766 from a Church of Chirst at Cumry Twp in Berks Co, PA, baptized on the
profession of their faither in Christ.
