He was under 18 in 1710. He was given land by his father which was purchased
of Richard Davis 300 acres.

The two Evans families have been discussed in Augusta Heritage Book 1998 p. 146

along over David Evan's land by his house from thence over Richard Cooks and
John Lloyds land from then to William Davis then to Evan Oliver's alnd and then
to widow Jeane Moore's land then to Samuel Miles land and part of Richard Miles
land then over part of Griffith Miles land and so to Chester Road.
