**!NOTE: A wealthy plantation owner with 26 slaves. He was a vestryman of St. Thomas Parish , Orange Co. Va. in 1744, and Justice in the county after 1734.
Zachary fought in the French and Indian War (1754-1766). He received 1,000 acres of land fo r his services.
Possibly had one son Joseph from a 2nd marriage who later moved to Edgecombe Co, NC. (from P ATRICKS3 AOL)
