man Richard Sr. Anderson‏‎, son of Edward ANDERSON and N.N.‏.
Born ‎± 1585 at Pendley, Hertfordshires, England , died ‎ 1661 at VA‎, approximately 76 years
Note:
The first Anderson ancestor in Virginia was Richard, Sr. who landed July 31, 1635 on the ship "MERCHANT'S HOPE" from London. HE was born in 1585 in England and had sent his son, Richard Jr, on another ship that landed July 4, of the same year, 1635. Apparently his wife was either dead or left behind as there is no record of her ever coming to Virginia.
