He accompanied the Pages toHampton and married their daughter Margaret. He had no Hampton grantuntil the division of commons to proprietors of houselots in 1645. Hewas Selectman in 1649, 1653 and 1658; and a freeman on Oct. 3, 1654.One of five Hampton men who "unadvisedly" signed the 1654 petition infavor of Robert Pike. His will is dated March 8, 1664.
