http source gives Symon and Francis Piggot born same year, 1603. adds following children: Robert, Anna, Elizabeth, Sarah, Dorothy. Does not name Symon, Peter, Susan or Martha. I do not know which is correct. Symon is definitly a correct child.

In "The search Series" Vol. 18, pp. 150-152 John Whitcomb of Taunton , Somerset is listed, but not his ancestry. Robin Bush has now established his origins from the manorial records of Taunton Late Priory. This manor covers the areas immediately to the north-east of the old burrough of Taunton which lay within the parish of Taunton, St. James, at which four of John's children were baptized. This work establishes that John's parents were Thomas and and Johanna Pope and John's ancestry can now be traced to back to the brother and sisters of his father, Thomas. Also, John's mother's ancestry has been traced back to her grandfather, John Pope of Taunton. This is from research published in 1997 [The Mary and John Clearing House, "Search for the Mary and John 1630" vol. 26 pp. 61-73 and gives the ancestry as Thomas and Johanna Pope. Info to me came from Dot

The brother's and sisters were not mentioned. I temporarily attached him to William and made him a sib of John. I believe I did have a Thomas attached to this file before, but did not put in the source. I hope I am right. Dot lives in Tucson, also. We just found it out when I mentioned we were returning.
