77. Frances Craft (daughter of Capt. Joseph) (35) (Ancestry Samuel-3, Samuel-2, Lieut.Griffin-1). Born in Pomfret, Ct.27 Jan, 1743. Married in Pomfret 12 Dec, 1765. Daniel Goodell, son of Edward and Lydia (Chandler) Goodell of Pomfret. He was born there 20 Feb 1740/41. They lived in Pomfret, where he carried on a large farm. He died in Apr., 1805.AE 65. His wife Frances died there 7 July, 1788, AE 45. His will, dated Apr. 10, 1805, proved Apr. 29,1805, bequeaths his only son Daniel, all his estate, both real and personal,he paying therefrom certain specified legacies to his sisters Frances Keep, Lydia Kinna, and Susanna Knight.

They had four children, as follows:

I. Frances Goodell, b.in Pomfret 13 Sept, 1766. m - Keep.
II. Lydia Goodell, b. in Pomfret 7 Mch., 1771,m. Mch 27, 1792, Darius Kinne and had two ch. b.in Pomfret, viz.:(1) Orson, b. 23 Apr. 1793. (2) Fannie Goodell, b. 15 Apr., 1796
III. Susanna Goodell, b. in Pomfret 7 Aug., 1773, m. --Knight
IV. Daniel Goodell b. in Pomfret 3 Oct., 1778, m.22 Oct, 1803, Dorcas Curtis, and had one ch. b. in Pomfret, viz: (1) Daniel Rockwell Goodell, b.10 Jan, 1806.
