They were married in the parsonage of the Zion United Church of Christ(Evangelical and Reform). After the wedding and a buggy ride to TellCity, Indiana, for a brief honeymoon, Walter moved to the Adelmanfarm, where he assumed responsiblity for working the farm, since KatieLea's father had only one son, and he wanted to work in town.
