I also discovered that the CPU card does not have it's cage. I am not sure
how necessary this part is, I believe it's an EMI shield.

I connected a confirmed working power supply to the 2400 with the display
connected and keyboard connected, trackpad not. I hear no startup chime.

Any ideas?
