I'm programming a Wang PC for a friend, and can't make the escape codes
(for screen control, setting 'bold', 'blink' etc.) work.  In Basic,
I type "PRINT CHR$(27)+"[2J" and "[2J" appears on the screen, instead of
erase.  The machine is obviously capable of these fuctions, as the system
menus come up with all combinations of these special functions.

Any help would be most welcome--this is driving me bughouse!
