SUBJ: Quad Drives for the IBM-PC

I haven't been on this net too long so I hope this hasn't been
asked and/or answered too many thousand times already: Does anyone
know of a software routine that allows the use of quad density drives
with the IBM-PC. I know BYTE carried an article on it in FEB '84, but
I can't seem to get it to work and was wondering if anyone else has
had similar problems (luck??). If you have something that works,
(public domain of course), would you share it with me? Please post
responses either to me via my mail address or by U.S.P.S.
