While I run x64, x20 and x128 without problems, xpet won't allow me to
type onscreen. I should have all default settings in the ~/.vice/vicerc
for it.

Getting the error message

| Keyboard: Error - Default keymap not found, this should be fixed. Going
| on anyway...

If I add

KeymapPosFile="/usr/lib/vice/data/PET/win_sym_uk.vkm"

to the vicerc the error message is gone but I still cannot type.

Keyset-Joystick is NOT activated.

You know you are a redneck if
the highlight of your family reunion was your sister's nude dancing debut.
