Oh dear, and how many times do you wait to post the same response on 4/2? Will see you next year, and hopefully with something more up to date.

Actually I post it on 3 April because you're always one day "too late"
thanks to the International Date Line.

It's not as if it's *that* difficult (although it is more difficult
than simply 'copy-paste') ... "George Lucas buys back LucasFilm - dumps
JJ Abrams".

Not a bad idea. The big issue is time to come up with something fresh...always wait until it is too late and then do not have the bandwidth to create a brand new one. I like the idea of a Lucas buyback, coupled with his refusal to ever release Episode VII because it did not mesh with his vision of Star Wars. Abrams film would forever remain in the can, or the secured hard drive.

If it's anything like JJ Abrams' other dismal garbage, then it won't
even be worth keeping in the can / hard drive, and should be completely
obliterated from the face of the planet along with the fool himself.
The Holiday Special will look like "the highest of cinema art" in
comparison. :-(
