Ah yes. I was reminded of him recently when watching the RHI
presentation of "Jack and the Beanstalk: The Real Story". There was a
line in there, "I'm a LIBRARIAN, not your BEAN BOY!", that I may never
have a chance to use, but *Jess* just might, if by chance he's someday

Oh, I know where beans go in the library. Sort of. Well, I
took out a book about caffeine, and it had some important sections
about coffee, thus providing the beans, and the card in your head is
the two of hearts, and see if I'm not right.

No, but Lewis Carroll's textbook on logic might work, as it has
more examples featuring people being chased by tigers than do most logic
textbooks.

Better be careful who you tell that to, then. Depending on the
audience you might be called upon to be either a cushion suitable for
sitting on while watching Press Your Luck all day or else be chased and
ground up by Captain Janeway in a caffeine-deprived fugue state.

Nevins Park will have modest libraries instead of basketball courts,
and late-night patrons will be accosted by professors wearing
trenchcoats, handing out copies of old Alan Moore comics and telling
them the first one's free, but instead of leering when they say it,
they beam at you like a proud father. Also, unlike other parks, the
drinking fountains will work.

It all sounds good, until they force you to annotate the whole thing.
And the ones that make you wear the Rohrshak masks are just creepy.

I predict that JSJ1TG will revolutionize the cascade as we know it,
cutting carbon emissions by half, making it cheaper and easier to own,
and putting one in every home, office, garage, outhouse and doghouse

As will the squash and croquet lawns, manicured into fantastical
perfection and available by invitation only. Semi-formal. Cocktail
seminars apres cotillion

Mr. Jeffrey 'Muon' Johnson, dedicated to footprints of carbon and
their eventual dispersal, striking fear into polar perforations
throughout the solar system

He and many other esteemed cohorts, and we are thrilled you remain
upright amongst us.

To the grief and outrage of swans and egrets everywhere, who received
no compensation other than massive bonuses of corn gleanings and
alfalfa pellets, a delightful bureaucratic snafu, considering that the
fowl are carnivores.

Oh, I've no doubt that Mr. Nevins will welcome any Rohrshak tests with
great vigor. Hi insight into inkblots will change the landscape of
annotated footnotes forever, declaiming they be, at minimum, 18 point
font, so no one will be forced to squint, ever again.
