Quotation marks are not to be used for emphasis. To use them that way does
not actually simply emphasize, but rather implies that the word or phrase
enclosed by the marks are intended ironically or as a representation that
the word or phrase is inaccurate. Alternatively, and in fact the primary
purpose of quotation marks, is to reflect an actual quotation of someone
else's words.

In this case, "STATUS" implies that the post is not really about the
status of 8-Bit Designs.
