Nigel,

Try (if you haven't already) writing down the catalog numbers from the
items you need documentation (it would be a 26-xxxx number), then taking this 
number to any Redio Shack (whether it is a Computer Center or not) and ask
them to order it for you.  The possibility exists that they may not carry
the user's guides in their Ft. Worth warehouse, but any store can find out
for you in five minutes.
