"Copyright Kent Dickey, All Rights Reserved." The act of posting it gives people the right to read it for their own personal use, but not to distribute it or create derivative works. I believe feeding it into a compiler is fair use for source code, so long as they don't distribute the output. (Note: I Am Not A Lawyer.)

In any event, GPL sounds like the right choice for KEGS.
