I watched "Aku no Hana" and liked it very much. What would you recommend
me to watch like the above mentioned anime?

There isn't anything like it, I think. :-)

I have never seen "Aku no Hana," and I thought perhaps you meant "Aoi
Hana: Sweet Blue Flowers," but I did a quick google search to correct that.

However, even if I had seen it, and even if it was my absolute favorite
ever, I would have to know some more things to make any recommendations.

I guess the main thing I would have to know is what in specific did you
like. The art style? The plot? The theme, though I suppose that is
kinda vague and would need some further explanation?

As far as I am concerned, there is nothing wrong with simply liking an
anime (or anything else) without being able to put your finger on what
specifically you liked, but it is very difficult to make any
recommendations without that information.

For example, take the shows "Yumiero Patissiere," "Yakitate Japan," and
"Food Wars." I don't know if they are considered to be the same genre
or different genres(I suppose I could look it up, but that is not really
pertinent to my point).

What I like and focus on in each of these shows is the cooking and the
cooking competitions, so if someone says to me "I really like Yumiero
Pattissiere, what is another show that is like that," I might recommend
Yakitate Japan because that (the cooking/baking) is what I focus on in
those shows.

If someone says "I really like Yumiero Pattisiere because of the sweets
fairies, what show would you recommend" I have no idea what show I
would recommend, but I am pretty sure it would not be Yakitate Japan or
Food Wars. Whatever I do recommend might not have cooking at all in it.

If they like the art style, I do not consider the art style of Yumiero
Patissiere or Yakitate Japan to be "the same," so again, my
recommendation would be something else.

If you like that rotoscoping stuff, maybe some of Ralph Bakshi's work,
like Lord of the Rings and Wizards.
