This group rocks on!

8/10 .

A lot of corniness from the past. Can we depart a bit?

Luke, Leia and Han are back.

It has been 20 to 30 years.

A new villain is on the scene, Kylo REn aka Ben Solo , son of Han and Leie,

Grandson of Anakin Skywaler.

So why did this person revive the Dark Side with the First ORder?

Well Luke was trying to train an order of new Jedi.

The Hunt for Luke is on.

Whoever can get to Luke can reveives either the Light or Dark Side in full.

Ragga is the first planet where an old resistor is found.

He is killed by Kylo and had part of the key to the location of Luke
Skywalker. A new droid BB8 has that the part of the map. Leia pilot
is taken prisoner and a storm trooper decides to defect.

Enter Rey who savages the planet for parts from an old Imperial Ship.

Earning are low.

She comes across BB8. BB8 does get attched to ReY.

Anyone recall R2D2 and 3CPO getting attaching to Luke Skywalker and
rescuing Leia?

The defection happens and Poe and the stormtrooper make for Ragga.

Shot down, The trooper , Tin, ejects and the pilot is presumed dead.

BB8 recognises his master's coats and think he is deal with a thief.

Rey and BB8 attack, only to realise that Tin is telling the 'Truth'.

Troopers arrive and time for the trio to leave.

Of all the ships to steal, The Millenium Falcon. (Corny?)

The Falcon as usual is always getting repaired in space and
fights it way into troubled space.

Now hunting for BB8, Ray and Tin.

Suddenly the Falcon comes across trouble.

Troopers? Now Han and Chebacca claim their own ship back,
but as usual, Han and Chewy gets unexpected company.

This is where the Gang of 3 go to the Gang of 5.

Han , Chewy, Tin , BB8 and Rey may a great escpe
with Rey getting affection for Tin.

Next stop an intersting midpoint watering hole.

Here lies agents for both Resistance and Dark Side.

The owner knows Evil, runaways ... you name it.

She also hold the light saber of Luke SkyWalker.

Once Rey touches the sabre, she see images
she cannot yet understand.

The owner says the sabre is hers. She runs with BB8 in tow.

Tin tries to walk until the troopers comes.

The fight is on.

Ren and troopers raises the bar to the ground hoping to
get the information first.

Suddenly Resistance fighters appears, the first big battle of the
between forces.

Rey is captured by REn and Han, Tin, BB8 and Chewy are rescued by Leia
and forces.

The Dark side with Nazi-style Totalitarian fervor unleashes their new
weapon eradicating republican key planets.

Tin's aim, rescue Rey. The Rest destroy the Weapon.

Rey is having the force Awakening in her.

She is able to resist Ben Solo and knows his ambition.

She is able to manipulate a stormtropper to get her free.

Han , Tin and Chewy go on the offensive.

Tin like his predecessor makes up the plan as he goes along.

Sounds familiar?

Step 1) Get into the base.

2) Drop the shield. Who is that big woman.

Next rescue Rey. Done.

Problem, the Weapon is set to attack the Resistance base.

The fight is on , on the ground and in the air.

Tin is carrying explosive. Han and Chewbacca goes to set the
explosive in the oscillaor.

Ben arrives to hunt the attacks.

Han decides to confornt Ben to get him home.

Han dies in the attempt. (Recall Darth Vader killing Ben Kenobi)
Rey, Tin and Chewbacca are galvinised to fight back.

Chewbacca activates the detonator. This is the start of weakening the
weapon.

Ben follows both Rey and Tin. Rey is knocked down.

Tin fights Ben with Luke's lightsaber and is knocked down.

Ben Solo tries to take the lightsaber only to see it in the
hands of Rey.

Here we go.

A fight between Rey and Ben Solo (Reminds me of the Anakin Obi-Wan fight) .

The resistance spots the fire in the oscilltaor and decides to finish the job.

In so doing, the planet start to burn up.

Rey wins the fight in the midlle of the planetary explosion.

Chewy and the Falcon to the rescue .

The order is given to abandon base and the rebels head home.

Chewbacca is sad and R2-D2 hears the pain and revives.

The map is complete.

Rey , Chewy and R2-D2 decides to find Luke.

Leia wishes Rey that the Force be with her.

The end result Luke is found by Rey and Rey offers the Light Saber.

Ahh, you want a review ... try these snippets from the local newspaper
review:

...

The Force Awakens may be about life many decades
post-Vader, but it can feel like nothing has changed.
And that's where this Star Wars disappoints slightly.
It's just *too* Star Wars - as in the original 1977
A New Hope movie - for its own good.

...

But much of the story feels lifted, for the most part,
from the first film, with some heavy echoes of its
sequels.

...

This Star Wars, though, pretty much answers the
question "what if that first film had the special
effects we have now?"

...

But mostly The Force Awakens is playing a familiar
tune - right from the first blast of John Williams'
still-thrilling theme - and then it pretty much
sticks to it all the way.

...

But so far as the story goes, this feels more like
Old Testament Star Wars to keep the faithful happy
enough and reminded of the old magic rather than
offering much that will surprise or reconsider
what's gone before.

Still, if this spends a little too much time on the
planet Deja Vu, it has a great epilogue set-up to
further chapters.

Jar Jar Abrams is just an over-hyped, lazy, talentless, hack ... always
has been, always will be., and now he's ruining yet another once-great
franchise. :-(

What are you doing here?

You hate Capaldi. You hate Moffat. You hate Abrams.

What brings you here?

At least he's not George Lucas, that was the one that created the very idiocy
that you use now as a derogatory term.

That's the kind of legacy Lucas left behind :/

Whether you personally like what he did or not, George Lucas was the
one with the creative talent to actually come up with the ideas in the
first place.

Jar Jar Abrams is simply a talentless hack that goes around butchering
someone else's hard work, hiding his inane crap behind the same name of
that other person's product.

You misspelled "creative mistakes".

"Hard work" being the creation of Jar Jar Binks, one of the worst characters
ever to be created for cinema, and now used as an insults by the biggest George
Lucas apologist in the group.

That says a lot, no matter how big of an apologist you are, you still refer to
a GL creation as the worst kind of insult you can think of.

He's a very simple little troll that has been here for decades. Never has
anything worthwhile to say, but the group is dead, so it's not like he's
bothering anyone :)

Actually, it's the reverse. "The Doctor" is a brainless moron and
quasi-religious nutter who infests the Doctor Who newsgroups ... just
as *ANYONE* else in those newsgroups.

I don't know anything about any doctor who newsgroup, but I know you're a
moronic troll that never has anything worthwhile to post at any point in time.

Yep, because the truth is always "never worthwhile". Oh, I forgot, the
new movie has the same name on it and is "good" (in your worthless own
opinion), so that always excuses all ill-fitting problems, ridiculously
pointless changes, and lazy hack ripping-off, etc., despite the fact
that pretty much every review says the same thing I have. Another
braindead moron meets the killfile. :-\

You wouldn't know the "truth" if it kicked you in the balls.
