	The string gadgets do not appear to work when one tells Intuition
    that they are to be relative to the width of the window... The cursor
    appears completely outside of the activation area of the gadget, and
    the text does not appear in the activation area unless the arrow keys
    are used to scroll it over.  The cursor does not move.  Could the 
    software be forgetting to check the flag, and come up with a negative
    length for the gadget??
