Looking at the manual for the VIC-1541 disk drive, I notice it mentions a demonstration disk with a program called "DOS SUPPORT." Does anyone know where I might find an image of that disk?

The third entry from the top on the site below may be what you want.

There is no file on this disk image named DOS SUPPORT.
There is a file named DOS 5.1 but I think that's a DOS WEDGE support program.

On the top of page 14 in thw VIC 1541 manual is this text
(start bold face, enlarged title)
DOS Support Program
(end bold face enlarged title)

On your demonstration disk, there may be a program called DOS SUPPORT. This program, also called a wedge,...

The online demo disk has programs called VIC-20 WEDGE and C-64 WEDGE. One of these are probably the DOS SUPPORT file mentioned in the VIC 1541 user's manual
