Hi guys! I thought it was time for your CRAP AND BS update!
I've soldered the AL250 on the PCB and powered it up. Something is
coming out of the VGA end of the chip. It looks like the AL250's
registers need some tweaking.
Check out my wonderful site, it's html like it's 1996!

Hmm, some might say my site is no different! LOLOLOLOL
Anyways, if it wasn't for the 12 hour work days and working on the
weekends, I think VGA is very close to reality with my project.

First off, let me say that your is indeed a wonderful site; the
content is very, very clear and useful.
There are a few things that you can do to improve the HTML, though.
Your first line is:
<!doctype html public "-//w3c//dtd html 4.0 transitional//en">
....which is not correct. The correct syntax is:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">
....or. if you want strict instead of transitional (strict meaning
following all the HTML rules, transitional meaning allow a bunch
of legacy bad practices) use this one:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">
....or you could go *really* go retro with the original
HTML 2.0 or 3.2:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 3.2 Final//EN">
...either of which will work with your simple and clean HTML.
Next, I would correct the incorrect use of <li>. "<li>"
means "list item" and should be inside a list -- in this
case an unordered list (<ul>). Do it like this:
<ul>
<li> First item goes here.
<li> Second item goes here.
</ul>
In keeping with your retro theme, you might wish to look at
the original 1994 [ _HTML Documents: A Mosaic Tutorial_ ]:

It's the famous specimen of the Orlyus Owlius species, characterized by its
usual mating call that goes like: "O RLY?".
Though, I think this isn't the same as the common variant, seeing as this
one calls out in a different way: "O RGBI?"
