A further observation. I noticed the toggling the reset switch on the back
of the machine is exhibiting behavior of an an/off switch. Press it, GLoD,
press it again, GLoD switches off and this repeats. Also accompanying this
observation is the built-in speaker making a small click, much like the one
heard just before a startup chime.

Just thought I would share this.
