I looked inside one of the Colecovison cartridges (Smurf) and was
quite surprised to see they are using Intel 2764 EPROMS!! The
printed wiring board itself looked like a 'standard' board, and
is set up to hold up to 3 eproms. The Zaxxon cartridge 'feels'
like it has all three eproms.

Here is the pin out for the cartridges (view is from the 'plug in'
end of the cartridge). The 'label' side of the cartridge is shown
in the up position.

Note that there are 3 chip select not (cs1, cs2 and cs3) used. I counted
the chip nearest the connector as #1.

I plan on making an adapter that I can plug these cartridges into, and
read the contents onto a floppy disk. Just in case I ever ruin a
cartridge, I'll be able to back it up. Has anyone else tried this?
