Subject: Turbo Mags

I've been trying to figure out what all the different variants and total
runs of all the different Turbo mags were. The list includes Turbo
Force, Turbo Play, Club Duo, and others, but does anyone know the whole
list and what the genealogy is?

Another thing, I've been trying to drum up interest in eBay actually
creating a TurboGrafx/PC Engine category under videogames. I mean, come
on, an Intellivision and Colecovision link, but no Turbo? If you do a
simple search, you get 400-600 "Turbo Grafx" items usually, but less of
the others. I sent in a "suggestion" to eBay, but if many of us do,
they would probably do it. Creating this new category would most likely
create more interest in the casual gamer cruising by the main video game
page and it'll give us a better place to do business and trade.
 What'dya think?

Dean

Yeah, you've got a point.
I've never browsed by category in eBay - only keywords search.

Try using this for the keyword search:
PC engine -thomas
(unfortunately, Thomas the Tank Engine seems to be plentiful in there...)

Has anyone else noticed that Bonk looks suspicously similar to Dopey
from the Walt Disney movie Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs? Perhaps
this is one of those "Separated at birth" things.

Well, there were three issues of Turbo Force as far as I know, and 14
issues of Turbo Play before it changed into Duo World for another three.
Since TF ran at the same time as TP, I doubt there's a real connection
there.

I've never actually heard of Club Duo... Are there scans of it anywhere,
or does anybody have any for sale?
