Taken it too far... what actually happened to start all this?? I haven't
seen anything in here that would bring all this on??

I haven't seen anything either here, but maybe I didn't notice. Probably
it's the result of an IRC or real life bout some guys had with Robert
Bernardo. Some say bad publicity is still publicity, and probably some guy
who doesn't take himself that seriously could even laugh at it, anyway,
depending on each individual target, this kind of retaliation could be very
annoying and easily lead to a lawsuit, because this can be viewed as libel.
Domain By Proxy clearly states it won't protect the identity of that domain
owner if: a ) Violate the law or infringe a third party's trademark or
copyright; b) Engage in morally objectionable activities, including but not
limited to those which are child pornographic, defamatory, abusive,
harassing, obscene, racist, or otherwise objectionable.
So that domain is about defamation, abuse and harassing. If a lawsuit breaks
in, Domains By Proxy will release all the informations regarding who
actually paid for that domain, ftp logs, access logs, etc.
My question to those who did this is: don't you guys have better ways to
spend your money? What's really pathetic is your pulled money out of your
pockets to make this guy - whom you obviously can't stand - a victim,
potentially able to sue you and harm you.
