If I remember correctly, she was talking about her signifcant other,
who manages "car parks" - (parking garages) in London. The talk
turned to car talk, and Jay mentioned something about getting rear
ended, and then gestured to Gillian's pregnant midsection and said
something like, "Looks like you've gotten rear-ended yourself." To
which she replied, "I don't know how You've been doing it, but that's
the wrong hole." (or words to that effect).
