Chris Dodd said Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat would happen to the Internet?\u201d Dodd told BuzzFeed at a breakfast for the Connecticut delegation at the Democratic National Convention. \u201cYou can\u2019t just have a legal, free environment where there aren\u2019t any restrictions whatsoever.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Paul\u2019s plan, which he calls \u201cThe Technology Revolution,\u201d would ban the government from regulating the Internet in any way.
