SCHOOL TEACHES STUDENTS IT\u2019S CONSTITUTIONAL FOR COPS TO CONFISCATE GUNS<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"South Carolina parents were furious this week after seeing questions regarding the Constitution \u2013 in particular the Second Amendment \u2013 as taught in their daughter\u2019s 8th grade history class. The daughter\u2019s teacher had given the class a pop quiz regarding the Constitution. Question 10 asked, \u201cMr. Jones\u2019 gun was confiscated at a police traffic stop, even though he had the proper permit and license of ownership of the gun. Is this Constitutional?\u201d The student originally answered \u201cno,\u201d but the teacher told daughter to change her answer to \u201cyes.\u201d This is not a unique event. Just this week, another report emerged in Texas of an Advanced Placement (AP) textbook presenting a modified version of the Second Amendment.
