The reason for this is that the sig\ndeals with matters of a sexual\/personal nature ranging from the very\ngeneral to the very explicit.\n\nAlthough it's difficult to verify age via this medium, anyone found to\nhave violated the age requirement will be denied access to the sig at\nthe discretion of the sig managers.\n\nWe are all adults here, and as such, are expected to extend to all the\nsame courtesies that we would expect. However, in no way or form will\nthe sig managers tolerate deliberate maliscious or disruptive\nbehavior.\n \nPersonnal attacks (especially when unfounded in fact), profane or\nother verbal abuse will also not be allowed. Such behavior has no\nplace in this sig.\n\nConference Disruptions:\n\nShould anyone attempt to disrupt one of our regularly scheduled Saturday night conferences, the following actions will be taken in order shown here:\n\n <<caution>> things are getting out of hand\n\n <<warning>> second and last reminder of above\n\n '\/squ' persons who persist in proscribed\n behavior may be squelched and thus\n ignored by the moderator at that co.\n \n 'access denied' This is a drastic move and will be used\n in future if needed to handle 'hard'\n cases.\n \n\nForum Disruptions:\n\nWe <the sig managers'> will not \"censor\" any messages posted in the\nForum. However, should a member attempt to disrupt the sig via the\nForum, the following actions will be taken:\n\n<first offense> The message will be deleted from the Forum and mail\n will be sent to the author's username explaining why\n it was deleted. The sig managers will retain on\n file copies of the message and any mail sent or\n received regarding it.\n\n<second offense> The message will be deleted from the Forum and mail\n sent to the offending party with a **WARNING - \n SECOND OFFENSE** notice that any further such\n activities will result in loss of sig access.\n Copies of the message and mail sent\/received will be\n added to the first offense file.\n\n<third offense> The message will be deleted and mail sent to the\n offending party, as well as Delphi officials, that\n the user has been denied access to the sig. Copies\n of the files retained above will also be sent to\n Delphi officials.\n\n\nAlthough these policies may seem rather stern on the surface, please\nremember that we don't expect to encounter problems that will mean\nenforcing such measures. However to avoid any misunderstandings these\npolicies must be stated to all members.\n\nThank you for your patience, understanding, respect and consideration\nin these matters.\n\n\n Connie A.
