There are a variety of reasons behind this decision. \n\nI personally have no objection to your being there. However I do have a \ncontract with Delphi that says the sig is for those over 18.\n\nWhat I plan to do, if there is enough interest expressed by those under 18,\nis to set up several sections in the sig that will be for them only. We\nwould need someone of that age group to sort of manage that section.
