I see in David Goldberg's book, _Genetic Algorithms_, mention of public
domain GA programs (page 71) with some "bells & whistles". Code by
Booker and DeJong (1985), and Grefenstette (1984) is specifically
mentioned.

Since neural-nets seem to be prime targets of such algorithms, I was
wondering, does anyone out there know of sources (by ftp, uucp or
email) for these or any other GA public domain source code?

Any leads will be most appreciated!
