All mailers on campus that I have access to
at the moment are behaving quite strangely, and I can't seem
to reach info-gcc.  Perhaps the question can be answered by
someone here.

Being new to gcc, I do not know 1) whether it can be installed
as the sole compiler on a Xenix box, and, if so, 2) whether
executables and other such files are available anywhere handy.
If someone could enlighten me in these matters, I would be most
grateful.

BTW:  Xenix version: 2.3.2 (for 386).
