  We use two different programs
1.  MicroLogic II - (student edition)
    Addison-Wesley Publishing Company - ISBN 0-201-50552-5
    about $35.00
    Graphics Schematic Representations.  Editable parts library.
    Basic Timing Simulations/functional simulations.
    Flip-Flops are NAND-gate macros.
2.  Combinational Circuit Worksheet
    (I'm at home and the info is at work).
    Strictly Combinational logic.
    Multiple functions of up to five inputs.
    Truth Table - > circuit
    Algebraic Function - > circuit
    Circuit as POS/SOP/NAND/NOR
    It draws Karnaugh maps etc.
