Message-ID: <11717@watcgl.waterloo.edu> Date: 30 Sep 89 08:10:42 GMT Distribution: comp Organization: U of Waterloo, Ontario Lines: 9 I note that the connector on the Exabyte box is 50-pin D style, while the DEC wire that goes from a VS3100 SCSI port to an external box (e.g. an rz55) isn't. Is this the same SCSI bus? (This Exabyte drive plugs right into a Sun SCSI port.) Can a VS3100 adapter be made? What do I tell my Ultrix 3.1 kernel config file so that I can access this drive? Will DEC come out with a high-density tape subsystem of it own this year? -- -IAN! (Ian! D.
