While we maintain a directory of the RFCs on one of our systems, very few copies are ever printed which seems to me to be what PostScript is all about. Most people reference the documents online with whatever VT100 or compatible terminal that is sitting on their desk. I can order, almost, any software and hardware that I want for delivery to a customer; however, a "desktop publishing" system to read RFCs out of the capital budget would get me nominated for "Comic of the Year" by the bean counters.
