Sorry if this question came up before. I just suscribed.

I'm using a Telebit T2500 with my PC-XT to communicate with
a VAX (also with a T2500). Both modems are in Conventional
Command Mode. I'm able to use my PC as a terminal with
occasional noise at 9600 baud, but I haven't been able to
transfer files through Kermit protocol at any speed. 
Any ideas on what seems to be the problem?. Need to reset
modem registers? Need to reset Kermit parameters?
Thanx in advance.
(BTW: I can transfer files between these 2 computers at
2400 baud using a Hayes compatible modem in my PC with no 
problem)
