Okay netlanders. I've just come up empty on my search for
an alloca that works for Sys V r2, running on a VAXen. I'm
hoping that someone out there knows how/has done/can tell me
in large detail. I'd like to get that Elk scheme running
and I need it. A work around would also be accpetable. Any
ideas out there?

thanx,
	chris

PS. The stack.s routine supplied (looks like a berkley
routine) worked, but the alloca I dug up for a berkley
     box flopped. *SIGH*
