I was jusst thinking the other day - how the heck can a whole disk be packed
down to such a miniscule size?? Then I was trying to understand the routines
involved in things like DDDeluxe and Shrinkit, and I was saying to myself "it
must take a mathematical GENIOUS to come up with these things!" Well, I for
one would liek to learn of these types of things. I am familiar with the
good old fashioned routine that goes like this:

1 0 0 1 1 0 goes to 01 01 02 00 02 01 01 00

that is the type that MacPaint graphics use, but sometimes that can make
compression BIGGER than the original code was. I am just flabbergasted. Can
anyone help here??
