There are two different version of LZDCMP.EXE available via anonymous ftp from
kuhub.cc.ukans.edu.  The older version, LZDCMP_OLD.EXE will correctly
decompress the ANU-NEWS-V59.TAR_Z file if you use the commands:
     
$ LZDCMP:==$dev:[dir]LZDCMP_OLD.EXE
$ LZDCMP -B ANU-NEWS-V59.TAR_Z ANU-NEWS-V59.TAR
     
The ANU-NEWS-V59.TAR file produced should work just fine with TAR2VMS.  Note
that the old version of LZDCMP will not work on files created by the new
version of LZDCMP.  I keep meaning to debug the new version, but there is
always something more important to do. :-)
