My Elm works fine with ICS but I could not run Elm in Xenix/386. The
error message is:

You need a cursor-addressable terminal to run "elm" and I can't find any
kind of termcap entry for "ansi" - check your "TERM" setting...

I am awared that newest Xenix has two different "termcap": termcap and
termio. I have tried vt100 but this is same problem. I did not just
copy over but I ran Configure and recompile them.
