Not without mAJOR mAGIC. PCs use a disk controller chip, typically made by Western Digital. Apples use a mostly software solution called the IWZ for Integrated Woz Machine. It writes in some manner completely alien to the WD. There have been add-on boards from time to time. None seem to last long in the market place. I guess there is not a lot of demand. Flash!
