Hi, we are having some problems getting a postscript file to print.

Important information. Microsoft Word V4.0 for the Macintosh. Dataproducts
1260 postscript laser printer. The problem is that our printer can't handle
the MS WORD prolog. The first error that we get is

	invalidaccess (setdefaulttimeouts)

It looks as though it wants to access our Serverdict (I'm not a postscript
expert so bear with me) but isn't sending the correct password (the default
is 0, right?). Anyway, since this is the first line of the prolog, I
worry that there will be many other problems down the line.

Does anybody have a working prolog that they can send me or know where
I can get one. We have the standard internet access so ftp is no problem.
This has to be a common problem so someone must know the answer, right?
Microsoft support has been unable to help. Thanks.
