I have three programs that have some of the features you are looking
for, even though I think that they aren't quite what you need.  They
are the following. 
 ts2st16.arc   Statistics: Multiple regression including graphics.
 tsdraw13.arc  Graphical presentation of equations and LP problems.
 tsfunc13.arc  Calculates, tabulates, and plots your functions.  
These files are available by anonymous ftp from you site.  Directory
/pc/ts.
