Does anyone have a program for taking RFLP data from gels or
 It
would also be useful if the program could group the RFLP patterns
into families of related patterns and possiblDDDDDDDinfer phylogenies
 (although
I know this can also be done with some phylogenetic programs).
If the program could interface with MicoDrogenie gel reading digitizer
I would bbe DDDDbe a happy
 manDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDproducing digest files, then I
 would be a happy man.
