Yes, it is already available - was since March!  I posted to
comp.protocols.nfs and comp.protocols.tcp-ip.ibmpc then, but you must've
missed it.  Anyway it is available via anonymous ftp from this host as
/pub/sos.tar.Z.  If you cannot ftp, it is also available via the archive
server archive-server@bcm.tmc.edu.  Send "Help" on the subject line for
instructions.
