As it is, we have had to change code in the program recently to deal with the US's own changes to the daylight savings time law, and I'm not sure how well we'd do tracking changes elsewhere. Do you think the problem is straightforward enough that we can solve it for you without annoying others? If so, send me mail describing what you want done (if it's timezone-name specific, it would be really good if all of Europe used the same abbreviation for that timezone) and I'll see what I can do.
