Saves having to replace all the writeln with writeln(lst,....). Since the output no longer appears on the screen you have to remember not to make any typing errors. Don't know if there is a Domestos equivalent to this though. ____________________________________________________________________ Pete Young pyoung@axion.bt.co.uk British Telecom Research Labs,SSTF, Martlesham Heath IPSWICH IP5 7RE Phone +44 473 645054
