                           RFLP SEARCH

Does anyone have a program for taking RFLP data from gels,
autorads or preferably, from digest files produced by MicroGenie,
making a database of these files and allowing new files to be
assigned as identical (within gel reading errors) or closely
related to existing files (RFLP types)? I am using RFLPs to type
large numbers of bacterial strains and infer phylogentic
relationships, and am getting to the stage of having too many
banding patterns to compare.

THANKS

PS. I apologize for my earlier scrambled message. I hope this one
arrives in a readable form. Thank you to those who managed to
decode it and reply.
