I have a Star NX-10 myself. The manual for it does not mention any address
for Star Micronics at all. However, there at the end of the manual there is
a long list of Honeywell repair centers. Supposedly all Star repair services
in or out of warranty, can be done at the Honeywell service centers.

The general service information number is/was 800-328-5111
                                    in Canada 416-499-6111

You might also try disassembling the head and pin assembly (carefully) and
cleaning them with alcohol, if a stuck pin is your problem. Just make sure
that you keep track of the order and placement of the pins!!
