Xinu offering a Mach binary distribution? Message-ID: <53@ursa-major.SPDCC.COM> Date: 29 Sep 89 02:15:28 GMT Reply-To: dyer@ursa-major.UUCP (Steve Dyer) Organization: S.P. Dyer Computer Consulting, Cambridge MA Lines: 9 My understanding is that Mt. Xinu's Mach distribution will be in source form only. It seems to me that the potential market for binary distribution kits is as large, probably much larger, since a UNIX source licence wouldn't be needed. Anyone know why they haven't considered this? -- Steve Dyer dyer@ursa-major.spdcc.com aka {ima,harvard,rayssd,linus,m2c}!spdcc!dyer dyer@arktouros.mit.edu, dyer@hstbme.mit.edu
