Show me a solid word processor on the Apple II that can do what most of the high-end word processors on the Mac do, at the same speed or better, dealing with the graphics and volume we do and I would consider using it. Because no such beast exists (my opinion here) the work is done on a Mac (which also provides consistency between the two platforms). We do print to a TEXT file, but that doesn't take care of non-printable characters or formatting for a nice format on the Apple II. This has to be done with a combination of scripts and hand tweaking. As for the graphics, I beg to differ. You will find that ALL Apple II Notes contain the graphics converted to ASCII format. -- Mark B.
