CS Dept. Ithaca NY Lines: 18 Recently I saw some discussion about a ROOMS-like WM for X11. Do such things exist yet? That is, are there WMs which support the idea of several different windows, from several different clients, being managed together, as a group? If so, where would I get ahold of such? Also, are there any session managers out there that use the WM_SAVE_YOURSELF and WM_COMMAND properties correctly? And thirdly, are there any extensions to GWM to support I/O activities such as reading and writing files?, e.g. for the porpose of maintaining configuration databases?
