It would be nice if this happened automatically, at least for workbench.

This would eliminate the problem of projects not finding their tools
becuase the tool was moved.

It could be added to a disks .info file.
It would also greatly simplify installing new programs by eliminating
the need to move L: and LIBS: and DEVS: files to a central place.
