1. {$ADD_SEGMENT} should say ${ADD_SEGMENT}  (name may have been different
	from this slightly)
2. Header comment saying to hack REGEX and CLIBS for Sys V should also say
   to hack SYSV_DEFINE.
3. readline/makefile runs "cc -c foo.c -o foo.o", the "-o foo.o" should
   not be there.

There are some other bugs too that prevent it from installing on vanilla
Sys V; I am trying to fix them and will send a more complete report later.

PS. Installation loses totally on SCO Xenix/386 (not a bug, just 
    information that it would be a significant amount of work to
    make it win despite allegations that xenix==sys v.
