My father-in-law owns an electronics salvage business.  He's very
knowledgeable about PC's, but doesn't have much hardware info about
MACs.  Can someone out there tell me where there is an appropriate
technical spec of the RAM chips the MAC uses (both for n-bit color AND
for instruction/data memory?).

If it's a book, the ISBN number or publisher would be a great help.
((Gee, maybe for Xmas I'll ask him to boost my IIcx to 8MB! :-))

Reply direct to me - I assume that most of the rest of the world isn't
terribly interested in this.
