() Distribution: usa Organization: Adaptive Optics assoc., Cambridge, Ma Lines: 18 Just wondering... not a serious problem yet: Microsoft Word creates a temp file called "Word Temp XX" where XX is an incrementing number every time you work with a document. I've noticed that my SYstem folder tends to fill up with "Word Temp 1" through "Word Temp 45" over time. (45 or some other big number). So my question is: under what conditions does Word fail to clean up these temp files? Is this because I'm lazy and run Shutdown fromm MultiFinder without quitting Word first? (Mac SE/20, sys6.02). If I quit Word some other day, will it look for all the older Word Temp files and dlete them, or does it lose track?
