If you have 3.1G and /usr/etc/toolkitbus, get rid of it!  Its not needed
until 3.2, and it doesn't go crazy under 3.2.  Simply removing the
file should do the trick (it might be called /usr/etc/rpc.toolkitbus or
something like that).
