I must agree with the person that brought up the subject of a lack of
an Appletalk interface on the Spectre GCR.  I would own a Spectre now
if the Appletalk support was included.  Almost every job I've had in
recent memory had an Appletalk network and a nice Laserwriter NX II at
the end of it.  How I would have loved to have had a Mega 4 on my desk
running spectre (w/appletalk) instead of a wimpy little Mac plus.  I
had my current boss convinced into buying 30-40 Mega 4's with GCR
packages until we realized that his Laserwriters would be useless
without the Appletalk interface.  (And don't try to tell me that we
could have bought SM804', as they aren't nearly as good as the Apple
printers).  So the end result was that he ended up buying 25 Mac
IIcx's.  Typical end to a typical Atari story...sigh...
