It is in pub/xrn6-0.tar.Z; after uncompressing and untaring, read `README'. You can get on the XRN mailing list (where we announce updates, ask questions about requested features, etc.) by mailing to `xrn@eros.Berkeley.EDU'. 6-1 should be out a less than a week.
