   You probably want to be VERY careful in blindly investing in a LaserJet IIP
for your Mac.  The base $1495 model includes only 512KB of RAM and therefore
can't do 300 dpi full-page graphics.  You will need at least a 1MB memory
upgrade along with the MacPrint Driver, which could give a total cost of
about $1500.  If you really need a laser printer, this would probably be your
cheapest alternative, but if you just want laser QUALITY, you should also
take a look at the HP DeskWriter.
