Extensive source code to read and play IFF 8SVX files (and IFF files in
general) is included in my program, Chatterbox, which was sent to the
moderator four of five months ago, but has yet to appear (to my knowledge)
in comp.sources.amiga.

Also, my IFF CAT archiver has a lot of IFF reading and writing code,
including of course the ability to read and write CATs. It too was
sent off months ago and has yet to appear. It's not a library, though.
