I am using RFLPs to type large numbers of bacterial strains and infer phylogentic relationships, and am getting to the stage of having too many banding patterns to compare. THANKS PS. I apologize for my earlier scrambled message. I hope this one arrives in a readable form. Thank you to those who managed to decode it and reply.
