 I think you misunderstood. The demo incorporated all those pictures but the
actual program doesn't do that. The actual commercial program lets you run in
any resolution and load a picture you have specific to the resolution you
want to boot in. I don't own the program but that is what I have gathered
from the information from in magazines. I have seen source code describing
how to do this as well as a short mention of information in Tim Oren's ProGEM
series.

 I would love to see the information you can provide.
