Message-ID: <839@orbit.UUCP> Date: 9 Aug 89 21:45:08 GMT Sender: root@orbit.UUCP Organization: People-Net [pnet51], Minneapolis, MN. Lines: 16 No problem to put in a new raw drive. Seagate makes them, Quantum makes them, Miniscribe makes them. You choose the manufacturer. Take pretty much any raw drive brand X compatible software and format the HD with the driver software on the floppy, and it should work fine. For doing that sort of thing, I highly recommend UniMac's software. It will format ANY drive to my knowledge and offers partitioning etc. Grant Erickson ._________________________________________________________. | UUCP: {rosevax, crash, orator}!orbit!pnet51!granteri | | ARPA: crash!orbit!pnet51!granteri@nosc.mil | | INET: granteri@pnet51.cts.com | |---------------------------------------------------------| | In order to be intelligent, one must first be insane... | !_________________________________________________________!
