Description:
	the netstat command gets a `segmentation fault' if the `-f' switch is
	specified but a family is not given as an argument.

Repeat-By:
	psuvax1:124> netstat -f
	Segmentation fault

Fix:
	This bug was reported by this site in SunOS 4.0 and a fix was sent
	to Sun many moons ago.  Looks like  is still a black
	hole in spite of what Sun has said.
