Has someone out there ported most of the major gnu-utils to the
Apollo 3500/4500 architectures?

I am most immediately interested in bash ... the GNU (Boune Again) SHell.

Is there a canonical (or even semi-canonical) distribution/exchange point
for Apollo srcs and bins?

We have a ~20 machine cluster here and have gotten most of the "software
essential for computing as we know it" (emacs, x11, gcc) running reasonably
well and would welcome colaboration/exchange/discussion/etc.

While were at it, anyone have any advice on getting tcsh, tex, running?
I'm also interested in any kind of ncs-oriented performance monitoring
software people may have written ... graphical or text-oriented.
