I was just provided with the MPW toolset (plus C, Pascal, ASM, SADE, etc).
Now I need to learn how to structure Macintosh applications. I have
some in mind, but I would like to start out with a sample program or
two and work up. I know that I need to get Inside Macintosh Volumes I-V,
but at this point I need to just work through some structured samples.

Any good reference books would be greatly appreciated. Please email
and I'll summarize.

Writing Mac software looks like fun, if I can find out where to start.
