And I thought I was the only one with a weird UDC.

I have tried calling for service or help on it about a year ago and got
sympathy but no real help from them. The folks that market it (Video
Technologies) refer you to Central Point and Central Point say something like
"wow, we don't know -- ours work fine d00d."

Right.
