Does anybody out there have the description of the charset portion of
the terminal description files for nroff/eqn/etc.?  I have an at&t
7300 (actually my dad does) and the printer attached (toshiba 321)
is not one of those supported (surprise!).

The drivers usually exist in /usr/lib/nterm/* or /usr/lib/term/*,
but there is no documentation (that I can find) that says what the 
codes mean.
