One of my customers from my consulting days uses DigiKey heavily, and
has nothing but praise for their service, save this one caveat:

Be sure you get the order right.  If you hang up, then realize you made
a mistake, it will do you no good to call right back:  The order-entry
operator has a computer terminal on desk, and the order is often boxed
by the time you can reconnect.  (May be an excuse, but with service as
fast as theirs, who cares?  B-) )

Of course, this means you sometimes have to send something back, or place
a second small order, but he had no complaints about their followup.
