There are many ways to transfer files from the Apple II to the
IBM PC and Macintosh, but few when you want to do it by 5.25" disk.

There are boards out for PCs that allow them to read and write and
run programs off of Apple II DOS 3.3-format disks. That's all I can
think of right now. Nothing for the Mac, if all you want to do is
use the 5.25" disks.
