Seriously, 's mentioning all those PDP-10 instructions reminds me
why I hated writing a compiler for that machine!

There WAS one feature of the '10 that I loved though, and that is the
ADJBP instruction that allows byte pointers of any size (from 1 bit to 36 bits)
to be manipulated. (char *)a - (char *)b was a true pain, though :-)
