I gather than in Ehman's terms, that is still a cash transaction.
They apparently tack on a fee to cover their cost of invoicing.
However, I'm no longer complaining because they are apparently
sending us a faster drive than what they would otherwise send.
Just goes to show that it usually pays to complain about such
things.
