The ~ftp:/contrib directory (i.e. the anonymous ftp "contrib" directory) on
expo.lcs.mit.edu is not the same as the user-contributed tape that is part of
the MIT releases.  The ftp contrib directory is a depository for new things;
the sources for the last release are available under a separate directory.
The R3 Andrew, as well as other contributed toolkits, may be found in the
following places (among others):
