The 4.3+Tahoe curses library was "freed" and is available from many places,
including anonymous FTP from uunet.

(P.S.  I'm not 100% certain that it is complete, but since curses is a
Berkeley invention that AT&T adopted only late in the game, I'd guess that
it's all there.)
