So we have two options presented here : 

	1.  I pay a university to teach me Ada, using time during which
	    I might be doing something I find more interesting.

	2.  My boss pays me to learn Ada, using time that would otherwise
	    be devoted to having to perform real work.

 I know how I'd pick.
