These ads offer a $25,000 reward for the first person to provide information leading to the arrest of the vandals who have damaged telephone equiptment. They provide two numbers to call: NJ Bell at 1-800-843-0106, or the FBI at 1-201-622-1412. According to the ad, a violation of Federal Law (which this is) can lead to a fine of not more than $10,000 or imprisonment of not more than 10 years.
