May I suggest the free or maybe sharware DeskJet driver that
appeared on the net in the last couple of months. It has a 'try
to be compatible with a laserjet' box which works quite nice.

I have a DeskJet and it work nicely, but recently have been
'forced' to use a LaserJet :> ! It does a nice job, only drawback
is that it does not support landscape orientation.

Hope this is helpfull.
