Thus, it "must" have been PR1ME who recently bailed out Miniscribe; in any event, the (newly manufactured) Miniscribe drives are again available in large quantities in this area (Silicon Valley); and, yes, I just bought the Miniscribe 3085 drives for my UNIX boxes.
