  Phillip,

If you are looking for Find and the like, I assume you are trying to set up
the Original (READ Obsolite) FidoNet Point setup that involves AmiBinkley 1.00,
Confmail 1.00 and ES/ET for moving the mail.

Since Juergen's original port of these Programs, many people have been doing
a lot of work with FidoNet and the Amiga. Current Implementations are much
more refined, and a lot less buggy than the originals.

RMB - current version 1.30, this is a full FTS0001 (using .MSG style message
bases) message editor.
CE - Chamelion Edit, new release 0.11 to be seen in the very near future (Current
0.10) is a more Intuitionized Message editor.
CM - Unfortunately still V1.00, but there are many other people working on
Updates. The original Porter will also be putting out a new package as well
(Written FOR/ON the Amiga, no more of this MessyDos Stuff ;-)
WELMAT - Current Verion 0.23, this is a complete Replacement of the Now
Obsolite BinkleyTerm for the Amiga. This is written ON/FOR the Amiga, and
takes advantage of a lot of the advantages of the Amiga.

If you would like to get ahold of some of these programs, a Sample point
Setup (4 files: AMPOINT.ZOO, WELMT021.zoo, RMB130.zoo and CMEXE100.zoo), they
are online on my BBS line @(613)230-2282. If you already have a Fido-Compatible
Mailer online, then all files can be requested from node 163/109 (HST @ (613)231-7144)

Discussions of New Fido-Software can be picked up off of FidoNet in the conferences
WELMAT and AMY_POINT, and off of UUCP via the Relay set up at
AMIGA-MAILER@Doe.carleton.ca (If you wish to get access to the relay, please
send a message to MCR@DOE.CARLETON.CA)

  Thanks.
