Yup, bought a 110 Mb Cirrus a little while ago.  It's super-quiet and
super-fast.

They used to ship the CDC drives (of which the 110 is one) with internal
SCSI cables which had line 40 cut, in order to ensure backward compatibility
with old-ROM Mac Plus-es.  This caused some problems for me ... but the
solution is to install a new, uncut SCSI cable, which they told me this
morning they are shipping ...

I have found them to be very cooperative, informed, and patient in both
sales and technical support.  I would not hesitate to recommend buying
from La Cie ("the Company").
