I recently decided to personalize my system by adding sounds to use for the
system beep. Unfortunately, the program I used to save soundmaster format
files to snd format saves some sounds as format1 and some as format 2. The
format 2 sounds play at the correct rate, but the format 1 sounds all play at
the wrong rate. I pulled out IM and found the playback rate, and changed
this by the appropriate value. This plays the sound at the correct speed,
but a bunch of noise has been added to the end. How can I either change
snd 1 to snd 2 or get the snd 1's to play correctly?

(All the format 2 snd's work perfectly)

Thanx,

Ted
