Here's a case of losing a file in CLI.  Occaisionally I use
the DOS ED command to edit a file (now I use DME).  Here's
where the system can be case-sensitive.  Usually you can reference
a file containing upper-case chars. all in lower case.  But I
have lost files using ED when doing this.  The old version
remains in t: but the edited version is gone and a blank file
resides in its place.
