Engr Lines: 19 I am interested in learning how to take advantage of expanded memory (EMS 4.0 specifically) in the programs I write. I just recently bought Quick C 2.0 [ academic version -- no manuals except the installation guide :-( ]. I checked out a Quick C reference from the library, put it doesn't mention expanded memory. Can anyone refer me to a book or magazine article I can read that would help me understand how to write code to take advantage of EMS. Additionaly, I would like to buy a good reference book(s) for Quick C. Microsoft included a card in the Quick C package. With it I can order the standard Microsoft tutorial and reference manuals for $25. I have also seen advertised third party Quick C reference manuals in various computer magazines. Does anyone have a recommendation about which title(s) would be most useful? -- Kevin Allred allred@emx.cc.utexas.edu allred@ut-emx.UUCP
