Looking at today's prices for 1 Mb SIMMs in both the States and
in Europe, it really pays to order them across the big water and
have them shipped home. (even if you have to buy ANOTHER set because
the first one arrived as junk, you'd be buying cheaper...)

Now about that 'shipping them to Europe' bit... it sometimes (err...
just say 'often') happens that parcels get x-rayed on the way, which,
when you say 'Lockerbie' isn't a surprise...

Does this ruin the SIMMs? how about the packaging the companies use?
Can it stand being sent by mail or UPS or whatever mail service?
