At the last meeting, POSIX 1003.4 voted in a thread proposal which was
worded in such a way that a coroutine implementation, done entirely with
library changes, would be able to meet the standard.  Thus, while this
standard is technically an operating system rather than a C standard, it
potentially could become the de-facto way to do coroutines/threads in
C under any environment.
