What I want to know is how IL can legislate what businesses in other states HAVE to do? It seems to me that we have a central government for this sort of thing and they're doing a damn good job of taxing us already. I know that recoprisity (sp!) is a one of the foundations of our form of government but that would mean that any such levies would be automatic and would not need legislation if taken from that point of view. -- -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- = I know it's petty.......... = - But I have to justify my salary! - =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
