Lines: 12 Jim Murphy of Apple wrote several screens to praise Symantec's handling of his upgrade to THINK C 4.0. I'll just use a sentence or two. I read in this newsgroup that upgrade letters were being mailed, but I hadn't received one, so I called. The fellow I talked with confirmed my 3.0 registration and offered to take my credit card order. The package arrived six calendar days later (I paid $2.50 extra for UPS Blue). I remember a great deal more angst waiting for 3.0 to arrive last summer. Symantec's doing a great job! /alastair/
