The first time I saw SFVolInit (StuffIt Utilities, by Raymond
Lau), I thought it was really clever that he brings up a popup
menu in any SFGet/PutFile dialog. Well, that was all
well and good until everyone else started doing it.
I know of at least three cdevs/INITs that do it:

SFVolInit/StuffIt Deluxe
FetchIt
Boomerang (no longer does it -- THANK YOU!)

I'm sure there's more. But now, from my point of view
I have to sit here and choose which INIT I want to use and
when, since otherwise, I'll have howevermany INITs
duking it out for that little position.

Come on, the authors who are designing these cdevs could
add a little customizability so that say, a command-key
brings up a popup, or put an icon somewhere else, or....
