Does anyone have/know a way/utility to programmatically convert encapsulated
PostScript files to TIFF format? Alternatively, does anyone have a routine to
convert bitmaps in Jef Poskanzer's 'pbm' or 'cbm' formats (I did find the
'pbmtoeps' routine on an archive server) or other formats to TIFF format?

I realize that tools like Icon might do such a conversion but I need something
I can run in 'batch' that will handle large images.

Thanks,
