I'm creating a UNIX version of a VMS-dependent software
package that uses DCL-like command syntax and utilizes DCL
CLI interface routines in command line processing. I would
do the porting with minimum effort, what comes to the user
interface (ie. to keep it similair).

Does anyone know of a portable PD package (in C or Fortran),
that parses DCL-like command lines and implements (some of)
the functionality of the CLI interface routines CLI$DCL_PARSE,
CLI$DISPATCH, CLI$PRESENT, and CLI$GET_VALUE?
