Serpent is currently available ONLY via ftp from 128.237.2.163 in
   the directory pub/serpent.

I have also added it to our collection on giza.cis.ohio-state.edu.

There is no distribution of Serpent on tape. If you can't ftp then
you will have to be patient.

You can get it via UUCP from osu-cis!~/X.V11R3/contrib/serpent/, in
the files serpent.alpha_0.6.tar.Z-part-?? where ?? is "aa" thru "cb",
each a 200,000 byte chunk. Write me if you need directions for 1200,
2400, V.32, or TB+ access.
