Subject: Using CSD in MT C-Shell

I have the Beckemeyer MT C-Shell. Unfortunately, I cannot convince the Mark
Williams C CSD (C Source Debugger) to work with it. Since the primary
usefulness of the C-shell environment is helping development productivity,
this is a fairly serious handicap.

Has anyone been able to convince CSD to work under the Multi-tasking
C-shell? I've tried the entire gamut of trap vectors with no success to
date.

On an unrelated note, does anyone have a "best suggested" path for
funnelling mail between BITNET (or ARPANET) and the UUCP network? I have
David Beckemeyer's UUCP address but all the mail I've sent via Penn State
has "disappeared".

                                         Thanks,

                                         Brian
