Could someone please mail me the header description of the FlushEvents procedure
call as it exists in Inside Macintosh Volume II.  I have vols. I and V, but
do not have access to vol. II.

It should look something like:

PROCEDURE FlushEvents (eventMask : integer; thisEvent : EventRecord);
