        Hardware: 9000/370
        OS: HP-UX 6.5
        GNUemacs: 18.53

Sorry if I missed a previous discussion, but...

We upgraded from 6.2 to 6.5 a couple of weeks ago. In the
upgrade notes for 6.5, it is noted that the job control features for
ksh and csh have been activated. Both csh and ksh work fine when
used as login shells. Job controls work fine and the shell functions
normally. When used as a sub-shell in GNUemacs, the shell hangs. It
executes the .kshrc file in my home directory, and then won't read
it's input from shell mode. I simply cannot get it to respond...
ksh.6.2 works ok from emacs.

Any suggestions/help appreciated in advance
