Thanks for the response to my first posting on this subject.  Perhaps
I should explain my situation:

	I have a 130XE with two unmodified 1050 drives, and a printer
	whose interface (remember the Ape-Face) ends the daisy chain.

	I also have a Macintosh, with a Hayes-compatible 2400 baud
	external modem.

	I'd like to use the modem on BOTH systems.

I will be acquiring a terminal program in the near future (Thanks to
this guy at Philips whose name I can't remember).  What I need is something
like a P/R connection or something like that.  Now the big question:
"Does anybody have one for sale, or know where I can get one, CHEAP?"
