Your problem may be with the IRQ that the card is using in an XT.  The AT
usually uses IRQ 5 for the Token Ring card (normally LPT2), but IRQ 5 in an
XT is the Fixed Disk Adaptor IRQ.  So try changing it to something like IRQ
2 (Reserved, on AT it is the slave 8259, but on XT is not used).
