The power supply inside the computer is kinda "whimpy", and you might run into problems with it. If you DO upgrade, I DON'T suggest 4 megs. Your supply MIGHT be able to handle 2.5 megs, but I would be VERY hesitant about straining my machine with 4 megs. Of course, you could rig a PC power supply to the ST, and that would solve your problems.....
