Well, I read the included replies and it sure looked like
YES: 4
NO: 16
to me!  Perhaps the two "yes to comp.sys.ibm.pc.forsale" which seem
fairly clear NO votes were considered yes.  Of course since Mr Kay
interprets 6 yes and 14 no votes to mean a result of yes for the net,
he'd probably do the same with 4 yes and 16 no. :-)
