Now, for some mysterious reason, it doesn't fetch subjects. Every time I try and select a subject, I get the message "No such newsgroup". Playing with the debugger, I find that this message is not considered an error, and that there is a possibility that something is going wrong with communication with the nntp server. However, the debugger tends to hang when I try and step through this process (the nntp daemon looses sync with emacs when I am stepping). Anyone know what might be happening here, or know enough about what is happening here to steer me through the debugging? I don't have enough time, currently, to take apart the code and debug it properly. thanks Raul Rockwell | INTERNET: raulmill@usc.edu | UUCP: ...uunet!usc!raulmill | 55 mph = 82 nc U.S.SNAIL: 721 E Windsor #4, GLENDALE CA 91205 |
