As far as I know there will be other exceptions. The most disappointing one is that it will *not* be possible to boot old 800 series machines off any other 9000 machine -- only 815s can be run diskless -- whereas 300 series machines can be booted off any other 300 or 800. I hope I am wrong ... :-) (Common) Lisp on 800 is another possible exception (?). Presently, there is a transition from HPCL I to HPCL II (Lucid Lisp) going on. I wonder if HPCL II will be available on the 800s.... --Bo
