As long as you never start the program on the master disk from
Microsoft (or other companies) you can copy a new copy of the
program to the hard disk, or floppy, and then enter the correct
information when the "new" copy is started.

REMEMBER NEVER TO START A PROGRAM ON THE ORIGINAL DISK. ALWAYS
MAKE COPIES TO WORK WITH.
