The documentation for Telnet 2.3 implies that Command-Delete will
send an Ascii 0177 (given that the delete key is setup for for Ascii
010 (Backspace) as the default). However, only Option-Delete provides
this functionality. An analogous problem exists with Command-`; only
Option-` can be used to send an Escape when "Remap ` to backspace" is
set.

Anybody (timk?) got opinions as to whether this is a feature or a bug?
Configuration:
	"commandkeys=yes"
	Extended ADB keyboard
	MAC SE, SE/30, II, and IIcx all exhibit the problem.
	System 6.0.3
	NCSA Telent 2.3

I tried mailing to macbug@ncsa.uiuc.edu, but that bounced with
	"zaphod:/var/usr/spool/mail/timk:Cannot append"
:-(
