Mark I tried to get Kermit to work on a IIE with an Applecat installed (modle
number unknown), and I could not get it to work. I ended up using Proterm,
which worked fine. I am not saying that you can't get it to work, just relaying
my experience. In the docs it says that somebody found out that kermit would
work with the Applecat using Apple's driver, but I could not get it to work.
