I recently heard a rumor that there was a version of ksh that
has csh-style history (NOTE: Don't tell me about line editors
that use ^P or ^[k for history -- if it doesn't handle !!, !*,
!$, !!:gs/x/y/, or ^x^y^, it ain't csh-style).

It seems to me that it would be nice to have a complete list of
what shells are out there, what advantages/disadvantages each
has, and how/where to get it.

So, if such a guide exists, let's see it. If not, send me what
info you have, and I'll try to put together a guide for posting.
