She's saying: "Ici Farce Canada", a take-off of our government's style
of making a bilingual palindrome out of every federal department name.
Like "Post Office" becoming: "Canada Post/Postes Canada".

BTW, the RCAF is (IMHO) *much* better live.  A taping session lasts for
about two hours during which you get lots of improv-style warm up jokes
and retries (for mistakes and/or "on-the-spot" script mods).

Watch for one coming soon to a decrepit CBC theatre near you!
