Those of you without access to ftp, don't despair. There are a number
of sites which, operating independently of Simtel, provide mail-based access
to the Simtel archives. I have ftp, I don't use these sites, so I can't
provide details right now. Keith Peterson (hi!), the maintainer of the
IBMPC and CP/M archives, has in the past posted information on this to
comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d. He may post it again so keep an eye open and
save it. Or I might be cajoled into digging it up. The archives are
great, and *everyone* can access them.
