I'm looking for any recommendations those of you out there may have. Most of the code is written in C with some significant portion in 186 assembly. Where appropriate pieces in assembly will be rewritten to take advantage of the more powerful processor. I'm looking for the following: 1) Good optimizing C compiler 2) Assembler 3) Linker/Locator capable of generating ROMABLE images. 4) Conversion tools as required. 5) Good source level symbolic debugger (preferably windowed but not required) any help/leads is appreciated, thanks, -c -- cire|eric Eric B.
