Geers [ext 3241]) Organization: University Computing Service, Uni. of Sydney, Australia. Lines: 17 I have received several replies to my enquiry as to why uPort has two processes called swapper and several requests for an answer to the question. The reason is: AT&T split the swapper process in two; swapin and swapout. I assume that uPort 386 has swapper, vhand and bdflush processes unlike Xenix 386 which just has a swapper. Could someone let me know ? BTW thanks for the answer to my question. Glenn Glenn Geers Dept. Theoretical Physics Uni. of Sydney glenn@extro.ucc.su.oz
