I sent the following letter to Commodore on 4-13-89. I have gotten
NO RESPONSE of any kind. No manual, no letter, no phone call.
What does it take to get the manual to my A2000?

Is Intercomputing an authorized Amiga dealer?

Since sending this letter I have installed a 2090A and hard disk.

I have recently bought an Amiga 2000. I am writing because of
    problems with the order.

On 12-29-88 I mail ordered the Amiga 2000 from Intercomputing
of Grand Prairie Texas (214) 968-3500. The check cleared my
bank on 1-5-89. It was 2-16-89 before the computer arrived.
That inordinate delay was frustrating, but it is not the reason
    I am now writing.

The problem is that the shipment was incomplete. The only things
    included in the box were
A page that said "Please Read This" and went on to say not to
assemble the computer without reading the assembly
instructions first. Note that the assembly instructions
were not included in the shipment.
	AC line cord
	Mouse
	Keyboard
	Mainframe with 1.3 ROMs installed
	Manual for Basic
	Buyers Guide
	Silicone Jell
Notice that there were no manuals for the computer itself.
There was no software included, no floppys at all. There was no
description of the warrantee and no warrantee registration card.

I called Intercomputing the next day and described what was included
and what was missing. They promised to send the rest of the shipment.
On 3-5-89 I received the enhancer package.

On 3-13-89 I called Intercomputing again. A fellow named Dabe assured
me he would fix the problem. I requested the number for Commodore
Support. He told me that they do not have it because "Commodore changes
it almost every week". It is now 4-13-89. I have heard nothing
    more from Intercomputing.

I contacted Carolyn Scheppner who forwarded me to Greg Givler. They
have been helpful, giving me the support number and address.

Please tell me what I need to do to get
The manuals for the computer itself, i.e.
		Introduction to the A2000
Users Manual (these two may be the same thing)
	The description of the warrantee
	The warrantee registration card

So far I have managed to connect my parallel printer and
serial modem without damaging anything, but I feel crippled
without documentation on what pins are connected to what.
I hope to soon connect a hard disk. I would rather not try
    that without documentation.

Is Intercomputing an official supplier of Amigas. I had
    assumed that they were.

I am impressed with the power and quality of the Amiga line
of computers. It would be bad for that reputation to be
tarnished by the sloppiness of a supplier.

I have enclosed a copy of the sales invoice. I am also sending
a copy of this letter to Intercomputing.

                                             Thank you
