Hardware scrolling? I'm very interested in this, can you elaborate? Scrolling
(especially horizontal in graphics mode) is a difficult problem.  I wasn't
aware that the VGA had any hardware assist in this area (except for the
ability to change the address of the display buffer).  What gives?
