If you were faced with making a strategic corporate decision for a database
vendor and had to choose from a "short list" that included 
	- Oracle
	- DEC (Rdb 3.0)
	- Sybase

Who would you choose (and why)?  Thoughts from any readers who have struggled
with similar strategic decisions would be most welcome.
