A friend is using an environment consisting of an
IBM-PC (True-Blue, but unknown model), a TCP/IP
implementation from CMU/MIT, and an ethernet board
whose manufacturer's name I have forgotten.

He wants to change Ethernet controller boards, and
plans to use a DEC "DEPCA" board (Don't know why).

He asked me to see if anyone could share experience
with this combination of equipment, and if there is
an existing device driver for the DEPCA board.

Can you help?
