I need a little help. I just bought an Anchor 24E5 modem with MNP 5.
I can make a connection with the school's USR 9600's with MNP error
checking, but I cannot seem to get the 4800 effective bps that I am
under the impression that I am supposed to be able to get. I've tried
changing Telix's speed before and after connection and can't get any
results. What is the problem?

Thanks,
Tad
