It sounds like you're talking about /RAM5 and you've set the Minimum and Maximum RAMdisk sizes to different values using the Control Panel CDA. Set them to the same size & your problem will go away. (The Control Panel NDA doesn't let you set min/max to different values, and neither does the Control Panel CDA in ROM 3 machines, just introduced.) >3.
