You can get it via UUCP from osu-cis!~/X.V11R3/contrib/serpent/, in the files serpent.alpha_0.6.tar.Z-part-?? where ?? is "aa" thru "cb", each a 200,000 byte chunk. Write me if you need directions for 1200, 2400, V.32, or TB+ access.
