A friend of mine has asked me to attempt to locate for him a common lisp interpreter/compiler that runs on an IBM PC under MS-DOS and that is in the public domain. Either that, or C sources to a common lisp interpreter that would be understood by an MS-DOS compiler. If you know of such an animal, please met me know in E-mail; I'd really appreciate it.
