I remember when LSC 3.0 came out that some people on the net complained
about how long it took to get the upgrades and other problems. I would
like to offer a case where the customer support for Symantec was
outstanding.

On Aug. 1 I got my notice for the TC (yes it is now called Think C) 4.0
upgrade. I'm going on vacation soon and I did not want my upgrade to be
sitting outside my house while I was on vacation, so I called Symantec on
Aug 2. to see if I could get my order eariler then when I was going to
leave. The sales person said that it would be no problem and that I should
have the software within a week. True to her word, the package arrived on
the 8th. However, instead of receiving the 4.0 upgrade, I got the 2.0 to
3.0 upgrade. I called Symantek on the 9th telling them that I got the
wrong stuff and asked if I could just drop the package I got, at there
offices here in Cupertino. I stressed that I still needed to get my
package before I left on vacation. The customer service people let me drop
off the package, and the next day the 4.0 upgrade arrived at my house.

I just thought that the net sould here about the great service I got from
Symantec.

As an aside, I would like to know if others on the net would be willing to
buy object libraries such as a networking package for TC 4.0.
