Can someone give me their best answer to these questions? I brought
this subject up awhile back and the answers were all over the
place but nothing was concrete (especially the second question).

Does any entity under the CCITT, ISO or JOINT CCITT-ISO
object identifier tree have the right to set up a domain?
For example: CCITT Network Operator, ISO Identified Organizations, etc.

Does anyone have a handle on how the X.400 and Internet domains
will be mapped?

Thanks,
J. Gordon Beattie, Jr.
