Subject: To Whom Does One Report Errors In an RFC?
Summary: The description of the length field of the UDP header in RFC783 (TFTP) is wrong.

In RFC783 (TFTP) a description of the UDP header is given. In this
description, the length field is described as follows:

>Length Number of bytes in packet after Datagram header.

while in RFC768 (UDP) the length field is:

>Length is the length in octets of this user datagram including this
>header and the data. (This means the minimum value of the length is
>eight.)

Who needs to be told to correct RFC783?
