Unfortunately, prep.ai.mit.edu doesn't have this in
its archives, and I don't have the names of any other
ftp-archive sites on hand.  Can someone either post 
the source for "atob" and "btoa", or point me to
somewhere what definitely has it?  Thanks for any help
that you can give me...
