I need a real-time interpretive language for a project I'm working on
and forth/postscript looks like a good choice. What I need is an
implementation written (and extensible) in C that supports multiple
threads and has some kind of message passing scheme for communicating
between threads.

Does anything like this exist? If so, where can I get my hands on it?
