I was using `frags' from some old Fish disk (I dont't remember which).
I also usualy have `mclk' (from Manx 3.6 set). Now mclk showed 399K chip
22??K fast (I presume it meant fast or $00C0 memeory). But the total of
the return from frags was ~1.6M. Does frags miss the $C0 mem or is mclk
wrong. 

I have a 500 with 2M board in a pacific peripherals subsystem, in addition
to the usual 1M.
