Can anyone make any recommendations on what moderately priced
cordless phone I should by? My primary concerns are good voice quality
and hardware reliability, but a few extra features wouldn't hurt.
If you don't have any specific brand recommendations, maybe you can
tell me what features/capabilities to look for and why they are important.

I have seen an AT&T phone (model 4000 or 4100 I think) advertised locally
for about $80, but have no idea how good or bad it might be. I would guess
that one of the less well-known brands might be cheaper, but I don't want
to get a lousy phone just to save $10-20.
