What off-the-shelf chips can be used to do this? Ithat I need 64K x 4 dynamic RAM chips, 41464, 4464, 50464, or 81464's: am I right? What speed should the chips be rated at? 100ns, 120ns, 150ns? The board will handle 64Kx1 or 256Kx1 rams like the 4164, 6665, or the 50256, depending on how the jumper is set. The older boards took 64Kx1 RAMs only. No memory upgrade board made by Tandy took 64Kx4s, however some computers did (TX, SL, TL). Gary Kueck {sys1:trsvax}!techsup!root (817) 390-2911
