This may have been covered before but I am running elm 2.1 pl1 and want my
out going letters saved by name. This will only happen if the a file by
the name of the party the mail is sent to already exists other wise it goes
to the file pointed to by "savemail" if exists, otherwise no record is kept.
I believe that if I do enough to make sure outgoing mail is recorded it
should be even if a file needs to be created to do so. Now for the options
create the name file if needed (my preference) or the generic save file.
