Lines: 40 Not normally using rad:, I didn't save any mail. However, I believe I have found a bug in either the FFS or Supra Corps hard disk drivers. I need to test a FFS which is not on my hard disk. So, I need to know the following information: 1) How to produce a FFS Floppy (preferred due to memory constraints) 2) How to produce the FFS rad:. Could people mail me Mountlist entries? I'll post if I track this problem down. If you don't want to read the problem, hit 'n' I ported a version of CPIO (unix) to my amiga. Under a normal filesystem with Supra's drivers and 1.3, this works fine. However, under FFS (only change) the program crashes with guru #3. It is not stack related, or an actual bug in the program. I have checked the program over completely. It is also not any special hardware. I have only 2 more area to test.. The FFS and the Supra drivers. I don't know how the drivers and the FFS talk to each other. If they talk the same as under normal filesystem then it looks like a problem in FFS. If any one is interested, I will send a copy of cpio (with source) and they can see if they have a problem with their system. Note: This program uses *standard* system call formats. read, write, open, close, lseek. It does compile and work under unix. thanks much brian moffet -- Brian Moffet {uunet, decvax!microsoft, ucscc}!sco!brianm -or- ...sco!alar!brian "Evil Geniuses for a better tomorrow!"
