I am having no success using soft fonts with Pagemaker. The fonts I have are public domain, they do work with the HP Laserjet series II (I have used them with WordStar 2000). I followed the instructions I found in the Windows and PageMaker manuals, but didn't seem to get anywhere. Should I be looking somewhere besides the "Type Specs" menu for the fonts? CONFIGURATION: Laserjet: PCL/Laserjet with 1MB option Font cartridge: None The WIN.INI file has been modified to include the font names and the path to locate them. I used used PCLPFM to set up the soft fonts for Windows and PageMaker. Can any of you give me some info on where to look or what to do? ---------------------------------------- Submissions to: desktop@plaid.sun.com Administrivia to: desktop-request@plaid.sun.com UUCP: {amdahl,decwrl,hplabs}!sun!plaid!desktop{-request} Archives can be gotten from the archive-server.
