   is perhaps to hook directly, via modem to the laser printer.  The
LaserWriter, for example, has a standard RS232c port and can communicate
at 9600 or 1200 baud.  You don't have to convert files over to the Mac
format unless you are going to be modifying them further on that system.
Oh, I forgot to mention.  Since I am transferring to the little Mac, the
modem is no problem.  Then I just pop the disk and walk over to the Mac
II to print the files.
   Hope this is some help.  The most direct solution would be Amiga->
Modem->Laserprinter via RS232.  Never mind the Mac!
