The book is actually listed in Addison-Wesley's catalog. However, when
I called to try to order a copy, they told me that it would not be
available until June.

The two articles appeared in the October 14 and 21, 1985, issues of
Computerworld. You will also find a complete description of them in my
book, Relational Database Management for Microcomputers: Design and
Implementation (Holt, Rinehart & Winston, 1988). If you can lay your
hands on a copy, see Chapter 6.
