A persual of my 2.4 RM Fortran manual shows that there are
no such functions.  I have wanted them before this.  There are several
commercial function libraries which contain time functions, but
I don't have any of them.

There is a sample assembler program in an appendix in the User's
Guide which could be adapted to do what you want.
