Neither Sequent nor Alliant distributes BSD 4.3's fingerd, so they
shouldn't be hazards.  The current versions of their operating
systems (DYNIX V3.0 and CONCENTRIX V4.1) are based on BSD 4.2,
although each has some features from 4.3 (tty driver, etc).

As far as ftpd goes, I've seen people say it's broken, but never what
the problem is.  Could someone enlighten me?
