After working for about 2 months, my machine refuses to boot from the
hard disk. I tried everything that I could think of, but nothing works.
Finally I found out that the boot sector is bad. My question is: How
do I format the disk, bypassing that bad sector? It is possible?

I must mention that I used the Seagate utility software to locate the
bad sector and map it out, but the hard disk still refuses to boot!

Please help! This is urgent!
