Beatrice,
I had the same question two weeks ago. Apparently Anomaly 103 
is really Anomaly 203 (the author forgot to renumber it).
It means "CODE resource found in non-APPL file." No big deal.

BTW, Interferon 3.1 was just posted to the net. Maybe
this bug has been fixed.
