You can find an overview in the Microsoft Sys. Journal, July '87, pg. 71-76 and
a description in Dr. Dobb's Journal, May '88, pg. 26-45. The Dr. Dobb's article
says that you can get a FREE TIFF library package (nearly 1 MByte) by
mentioning their article to Debra Levesque at DEST Corp., 1201 Cadillac Ct.,
Milpitas, CA 95035 (408) 946-7100. Also Microsoft provides the TIFF standard.
