  If you system has a Dialers (or Modemcap) file, or any similar file
which describes how to dial the modem, add the appropriate things to
make PCP work. This may not be feasible depending on just how you PCP
reacts.

  If your system allows you to write custom dialers in C (like Xenix)
you can do virtually anything in the way of dialing.

  If all else fails define the connection as "direct" and write a nasty
chat script in L.sys which staggers thru the connect sequence as well as
the login.
