I am new to this newsgroup so forgive me if this has been asked before. We currently are running S5R2 on a Motorola System 1131. We do lots of work with the 6809, 68hc11, and 6805 processors, all in assembly. We have been using the Motorola macroassembler products (PASMxx) and are presently evaluating a move to UNIX-based IBM PCs. The problem is that we can't find a third-party macroassembler that will assemble our exist- ing jobs unmodified. I need either: a) A public domain (or low cost) preprocessor to expand the Motorola macros into raw source that a non-compatible macroassembler can digest. - OR - b) A completely Motorola-compatible macroassembler that will digest the whole thing. Please e-mail to me. If anyone is interested in the results, drop me a line and I'll send you a summary. Thanks in advance to all who respond! -- >|< Kevin Young uunet!edsews!rphroy!pte!kiy Precise Technology & Electronics, Inc.
