I understand there are some C language libraries useful for 
Novell network support of a PC-based network posted in the
Microsoft forum on Compuserve.  I further heard that these
libraries are public domain and free for the downloading.

One of my users could really use this stuff for an application
he's working on, but we don't currently have access to Compuserve.

Do these libraries actually exist?  Are they public domain?
And is there another place to access them (like usenet?) ?
