Ummm, the problem with this solution is that many vendors are encouraging
_all_ customers to apply for a net number even tho they aren't yet connected
to the Internet.  The idea is that it will simplify things in the event
that the organization _does_ wish to connect.  Maybe I'm going to be _very_
glad that I haven't gotten around to ordering ours yet :-)
