I'm especially interested in such fluorochrome-labelled NTPs which also have been modified so that TDT (terminal deoxynucleotidyltransferase) will add only one of them onto the 3-prime end of a single-stranded oligomer. We're doing enough work with the same synthetic oligo probe that I'd really like to get away from 32-p labelling if I can. I know that some suppliers make fluorochrome- labelled PRIMERS (ie. 6-mers) for use in non-radioactive DNA sequencing methods, but what I really need is fluorochrom-labelled single nucleotides. Anyone with any information, I would be forever in your debt!
