Message-ID: <475@gonzo.UUCP> Date: 4 Dec 88 02:04:17 GMT Reply-To: daveb@gonzo.UUCP (Dave Brower) Organization: Gonzo Media Group Lines: 16 A recent article mentioned the AT&T CRISP processor in passing, which got me to wondering. Is that design a lost cause, having missed the window of opportunity, or does anyone think it is going to have any future relevance? If CRISP is dead, were the reasons exclusively business/political, or was it because of some technical failing. Let's _not_ rehash the AT&T SPARC vs. 88k rumours again. I'm just curious about the CRISP. -dB -- If life was like the movies, the music would match the picture. {sun, mtxinu, hoptoad}!rtech!gonzo!daveb daveb@gonzo.uucp
