I have never had to do this before, but: please send me a copy, I can't reach
you by email.  (I have just made four unsuccessful attempts at getting to
wayne-s@cis.ohio-state.edu; could you let him know I tried?)

What's the problem with Ohio State?  Is this just a difficulty for British
sites or do people the other side of the pond find it just as inaccessible?
(I've tried both through UUCP and the Arpanet).
