We (Usenet moderators and, before us, mailing list moderators on Usenet and
ARPAnet) have been trying to get people to use the correct aliases for
YEARS.  This does not stop people from mailing their sources to ncoast!allbery.
And as long as they do so, no automatic moderator-switching scheme will work.
