Everyone that I've talked to who's been following this little conversation has been very interested by it (on my way home, I noticed that a faculty member had just run a summary of the articles off the laser printer). I've lived here for 17 years and had never heard about these "phantom" stations. Thanks to all who have contributed from us lurkers.
