Our group has a nucleotide sequence of a Drosophila esterase in Genbank. When
we submitted this sequence we also indicated the amino acid sequence of the
protein. However, the protein sequence is not in the NBRF database. I was
under the apprehension that a sequence submitted to Genbank which coded for a
protein would somehow find its way into the NBRF database. Is this wrong? If
it is, how do I get our protein into NBRF? Thanks for the help.
