Netway has a product for AppleTalk that provides just such a service for ~$4k for 16 sessions. The current box only works on LocalTalk but supports ethernet based PCs through a Kinetics FastPath or similar bridge. (Direct ethernet support available "real soon now.") The controller supports SNA and the PC/Mac software allows multiple sessions (8 on the Mac, 6 on the PC) plus file transfer and printer support. Have any of you had experience with this product, or do you know of a similar one that I should be looking at. -- Richard Perlman * pbseps!rdp@PacBell.COM || {ames, sun, att}!pacbell!pbseps!rdp 180 New Montgomery St. rm 602, San Francisco, CA 94105 |*| (415) 545-0233
