Thus anything and everything that is available to either, is available to both. I'm doing it. With DOS. In uucp this is known as isishq, in fido, this is known as 1:221/162. It's the same box. Long answer: it's taken several years to develop this capacity and there are still some problems with it. If you want to connect to my box (using TB modem) I'd be happy to oblige. Otherwise, you're on your own mate. Now, to the several dozen people who have written me direct regarding cheap link ups to uucp and usenet, my apologies. I'm overwhelmed and totally and completely busy. I hope to post something of use in the near future, to answer 100 questions all at once. I've only got one body and one brain, and only two hands. There are only 24 hours in the day and I can't keep up with the flood in my mailbox lately. This is the revolution and it seems like I've just stumbled into it. But yes, you can do it. Leastways *I* don't seen to be having any problem doing it. (other than the volume of mail, that is) =Doug -- Doug Thompson - via FidoNet node 1:221/162 UUCP: ...!watmath!isishq!doug Internet: doug@isishq.FIDONET.ORG
