This may very well be the version by Craig Norborg.  My version is marked with
a copyright date of 4 June 1987.  It compiles without modification both under
Aztec C on the Amiga and under unix, and probably everywhere else too.
It is redistributable so long as the copyright notice is preserved and selling
and marketing are not involved.  I will send it by e-mail to all who ask,
unless huge numbers of people ask.  (Please check with others around you
first.)
