A friend of mine is looking for a database system that would
run on an IBM PC (or clone) and would allow the cataloging of
about 50,000 items in a museum. Clearly there is a modest amount
of information required for each entry. They would also like to
be able to record a "picture" of some of the objects in the database.

Any suggestions for a good database? ANy suggestions for a
good storage device for all this information?

Thanks.
