When we submitted this sequence we also indicated the amino acid sequence of the protein. However, the protein sequence is not in the NBRF database. I was under the apprehension that a sequence submitted to Genbank which coded for a protein would somehow find its way into the NBRF database. Is this wrong? If it is, how do I get our protein into NBRF? Thanks for the help. Rollin C. Richmond Department of Biology Indiana University Bloomington, IN 47405 Bitnet: Richmond@IUBACS Phone: 812-335-6871
