Tech, Atlanta, GA 30332 Lines: 22 I have an IBM PS2 Model 80 with a 300 Mb hard disk. I'm looking for a disk cache program that behaves properly on this machine. I had tried the IBMCACHE.SYS driver that came on the reference disk. This cache resulted in frequent system crashes (perhap that's why it's a hidden file ;-) I also noticed that the very latest version of the reference disk no longer contains the cache program. In the past I had tried several caches for XT/AT class machines and had found most of them to be flaky. Please let me know of a reliable cache for the Model 80. I want to set up a 4-8 Mbyte cache for my 300 Mbyte disk. Send replies directly to me. I will post a summary. __ () / ) / /\ / _/_ / / __. , __o __/ / ) _. /_ , , , __. __ / __. /__/_(_/|_\/ <__(_/_ /__/__(__/ /_(_(_/_(_/|_/ (_<__/ |_ (| ------------------------------------------------------------- uucp: schw@gt-eedsp.uucp domainizing internet mailers: schw@gteedsp.gatech.edu
