Thanks! Sorry, mailer trouble from my site... I'm not sure what you mean by the CASSI Interface. The MR requirement can be created via the "admin" command of SCCS. (See the admin(1) manual page under -fv and -m. Then examine the -m flag of delta(1). Note that the -fv option of admin takes a "pgm" argument which can be the name of a program that will verify the MR numbers being used. Perhaps this is the feature you are interested in.
