A recent article mentioned the AT&T CRISP processor in passing, which
got me to wondering. Is that design a lost cause, having missed the
window of opportunity, or does anyone think it is going to have any
future relevance?

If CRISP is dead, were the reasons exclusively business/political, or
was it because of some technical failing.

Let's _not_ rehash the AT&T SPARC vs. 88k rumours again. I'm just
curious about the CRISP.
