I'm having some problems with the inferior shell. Trying to send a
large region to a process, like:

	(send-region "my-process" (point-min) (point-max))

on a large file, will give the message:	"writing to process: operation
would block, my-process", and a somewhat confused process. Is this
because a buffer runs full, or what?
