Does any one out there know how to prevent the system from closing a resource
file you have opened with OpenResFile when your program terminates? I have
a DRVR that I have written and want to test out, I have an INIT all written
which will wait for me to press 'y' or 'n' and then open the file if I press
'y'. I can open the file but it doesn't stay open when my INIT terminates.
