You can get this info direct from Impulse. They have a disk with
all the formats described (and some tools I think) available for $5 US.
Phone them at (612) 566-0221, they are very helpful, knowledgeable, and
fast. (The following is an unsolicited testimonial.)

Two weeks ago I heard that Turbo Silver 3.0 was out. Since I had
bought V2.0 just a month earlier and had not received anything from Impulse,
I decided to phone them. They informed me that info was in the mail to me,
they offered me some special deals on upgrading to 3.0 (order other product
for $30US and get 3.0 free,...). I gave them my credit card number for the
$10US upgrade. THREE BUSINESS DAYS LATER, V3.0 arrived at my door
(they must have some connections at Canadian customs :-)
The 3.0 upgrade includes a much improved, 147 page manual (printed on
the same high quality paper) and a disk containing the following:
Turbo Silver 3.0, several enhancements over 2.0 including
over 32,000 possible light sources, a slightly improved layout tool, ...
A 68020/68881 version of the above.
A couple of textures (for texture mapping)
Two fonts worth of 2 dimensional "letters".
A model of a robotic hand.

On the whole, Turbo Silver is a very good product from a very good
company. (I have not affiliation with Impulse, or anyone else for that
matter)

P.S. 1 complaint: the outside of the package does not mention you need 1Meg.
