In short, I want to use the digitized "simple beep" sound in my SE instead of the old system generated beep sound. Apple had replaced the old beep sound with the digitized sound, but they had gone back to the old sound after many of us were outraged about it. Well, I am one of the minority who actually likes the digitized sound more than the old beep sound, and I WANT to use it! (Why not? The digitized "snd " resource is still in the system anyway) So, do any of you in the net know how to get back the digitized version of the system beep?
