Well, here at UCSB, they have obtained special screws (instead of the thumb
screws) for the connector that plugs the external drive into the Mac Plus.
These screws require an allen wrench or something special (torx?) to install
or remove, and therefore they generally keep students from walking away with
one of these drives.
