I am not very familiar with Mac and need help with the following:
Here is a Mac SE and a TI OmniLaser 2106. The 2106 has a parallel port
and a serial port (with two connecters: an DB25/RS232 and a DB9 RS422).
It also has Postscript builtin. The primary use of the 2106 is through the
parallel port doing Postscript. I want to connect it to the Mac as a
Postscript printer. The chooser tells me that a LaserWriter must on
AppleTalk. Any way out?

AppleTalk is not a good option because that makes the 2106 dedicated to the
Mac. Physical disconnection is not something that I want to do each time,
especially as the setup is in a public lab.

I appricate any and all help you can give me.

Please reply by E-Mail (vkr@osupyr.mast.ohio-state.edu) as I am not a regular
on this newsgroup.
Thanks.
