The Bellish "terminfo" is used rather than the Berkeleyish "termcap" so try
	$ untic 2397
to see all those escape sequences.

Note: termcap emulation routines come with "curses" on the system so, unless you
specifically require the file /etc/termcap, linking with /usr/lib/libcurses.a
should suffice.
