	Sorry, RFI is caused mainly by digital switching speeds ... transitor
state changes, which are independant of crystal/clock speed.  The clock freq.
*does* affect the amount of power emitted, however, so RFI is usually 
associated with faster machines.

	Also, nobody said RFI couldn't interfere with the TV signal after
it has gone through the tuner.
