About all you are going to get is the solution of hacking T3's
into T1's.  I don't find that all that interesting.  We've been
bridging Ethernet and SNA all over New Jersey on T1s.

One interesting thing is a thing that NYNEX and people at BellCor
have been working on.  They have published it in:

	Technical Advisory TA-TSY-000772
	Metropolitan Area Network Generic Framework System
	Requirements In Support Of Switched Mutli-megabit Digital
	Service.

Looks good if they can convince people to do it.
