  Laser C's window management routines are some Megamax-specific (non-GEM,
non-Unix) functions that help in window manipulation, redraw, and whatnot.
For instance, instead of calculating intersecting rectangles (as you must
when you redraw a GEM scree that's been updated), Laser C comes with a
"calculate-intersection-of-two-rectangles" route.

  I'd give more specific details, but I haven't written a mega-big window-
based application yet.  B-)
