Try the "rcp"  (Remote CoPy)  command.

From your home machine, give these commands:

	rcp watmath.jqpublic:/usr/source/public/commands/uw/st/ReadMe .
	rcp watmath.jqpublic:/usr/source/public/commands/uw/st/uw.arc .
