In a word: not really.

Functional difference #1:
   The clock chip you have has a few bytes less parameter RAM (PRAM) than
does a factory Mac+.  This is why the Sound CDEV does not work correctly.
It uses some (>0) of those extra bytes to remember what sound was selected.
I believe there is a software patch to work around this.

Functional difference #2:
    Besides the keyboard I know of no other functional differences.

Moral difference #1:
    I do not believe my Mac+ has signatures of the Mac design team on the
inside of the case.

Moral difference #2:
    My Mac+ has only 1Meg RAM  :-(
    Does this mean it is immoral for you to have twice the RAM I have?
