	As explained somewhere in the documentation (sorry don't remember
exactly where, there's a lot of it |-)  The tty mailer is used to
implement the "SEND" SMTP command.  SEND may be used to deliver
a message to a user's terminal instead of his mail box.  Since I
don't know of anything using SEND this is probably pretty useless,
but...  In the mean time you can leave the existing Mtty line in
and if you want to use the SEND feature note that it will be called
with the user's name as it's first and only argument and the message
will be present on standard in.  It was probably bad planning on our
part to reference an program that didn't exist but...
