For access I require anyone I don't know to send me a photocopy of their drivers license. Yes, it would be possible to fool me, but I feel I've taken "reasonable precautions". Basically, I guess I really don't personally care whether they're 18 or not, I'm just trying to ensure that I've followed the rules.
