With Compuserve, the protocol of choice is CompueServe QuickB. Using QuickB, I've averaged 220 to 230+ cps on a 2400 bps line. Only during the busiest of times (6 to 8 pm here on the west cost) does it ever drop below 220. You can't get a whole lot faster then that.
