    Contrary to a previous reply, neither DEPCA (nor DLL) programming
    information is included in the DECnet-DOS Programmer's Reference Manual.
    
    The only place, as far as I know, that the DLL programming interface is 
    documented is in the VAXmate Technical Reference Manual.  I have no idea
    what the order number is, sorry.
    
    I do not think that DEPCA (hardware) programming information is available
    ANYWHERE (at least, anywhere outside of DEC).
