In the NNTP access file, it is possible to specify a selcttion
of distribution(s) for a given site, e.g. (from the example
access file):

  # ic can read and post news, but users on ic cannot read
  # articles in the group ucb.postgres or any of its decendents
  # (e.g., ucb.postgres.core)
  ic read post	!ucb.postgres

When I specify "!comp", newsgroups comp.all... are not
transmitted to the specified host. However, when I specify "comp"
I would expect *ONLY* comp.all... groups to be exposed.
Apparently, only exclusion of groups works.

Is this a bug, or am I mistaken?

[I'm running NNTP 1.5.3 on HP-UX 5.3 on HP9000/320]
