I had a floppy that actually attacked the drive one night! Two full magazines from an AK-47 didn't even slow it down. As it leapt sideways into the drive slot we hacked at it with fireaxes. No luck! Eventually we cut all power to the computer center and called in SAC for repeated air strikes! We still got 87.2% of the data off the disk, which was enough for it to replicate onto another disk and start infecting IBM's Watson Research Center!
