Now that is an interesting defense; it is consistent, even if it is wrong. I think that he would use that same argument about the posting of the real id of all his Dr. Cracker type of subscribers. Since Portal relies so heavily on Usenet for value, I think the peer pressure of other system administrators will be very influential.
