My memory is a little fuzzy, but Morrow Designs [R.I.P.] had a banked Z80 box running a *v6* UNIX that I think was called `Micronix'. It must have been 1981-83, and they used v6 because they could make it fit in the limited memory. I've no clue on performance or anything like that.
