Thanks to all who responded with numerous suggestions and code on
converting WordStar to ASCII.  I received 1 program which exactly
matched my needs, WSSTRIP.  It does the conversion and
reads/writes to the standard output so it can be used as a filter
in a .bat file.

BUT...  Not a single reply on how to create a print (.PRN) file
wider than 240 chars from 1-2-3.  I guess I am looking for a
"SIDEWAYS" to disk.???  Any help out there....
