Tankersley) Organization: Amoco Production Co, Tulsa Research Center Lines: 11 Has anyone successfully gotten Sun named or BIND to work to set up a root-less network? I am trying to set up named/BIND for a network that has no ARPA connections. Is this possible? I need to spoof named/BIND on an internal network. I am going to be following as closely as possible the established configuration for the name server, but we may never get a connection to the ARPA net. If we do, then I shouldn't need to do a lot of extra work to connect. -tank- -- #include /* nobody knows the trouble I .... */
