We have Mathematica for the Mac II but I cannot find the C header file
`mdefs.h' containing macros for function names output using CForm[%].
Does anyone else with the same version of Mathematica have this file,
referenced in the book by Dr. Wolfram on page 157, or does the file
not come with the Macintosh version?
Thanks,
