Further, I think it would be a good idea to rename news.admin to news.newsadmin, so "newsadmin" and "sysadmin" are clearly seen as an analogous pair of newsgroups, one for news administrators and for sys administrators. I think it's ridiculous to claim that moderation is akin to censorship. Censorship is done by government. Material that is censored cannot be published in any forum except by risking a prison sentence. Moderation simply serves to keep the junk out of certain places, and it doesn't prevent it from being published in other places.
