There are several places to get things for X. Sources are available for
ftp access from gatekeeper.dec.com, uunet.uu.net, and expo.lcs.mit.edu
(among others). UUNET and others provide phone line access. Fixes are
available for ftp from expo.lcs.mit.edu or through email from the xstuff
archive server on expo. To use it, send a message as follows:

	% mail xstuff@expo.lcs.mit.edu
	Subject: help
	path path-back-to-you-if-you-suspect-that-the-normal-reply-wont-work
	^D

This will give you instructions on how to use the server. To get a list of
fixes that are available, do

	% mail xstuff@expo.lcs.mit.edu
	Subject: index fixes
	path path-back-to-you-if-you-suspect-that-the-normal-reply-wont-work
	^D

More accurate than what? I'm sure that everyone is sick of hearing
"Octoberish" (I'm certainly am), but that is the answer. There probably won't
be a more specific date given until the actual release announcement is sent
out.
