I posted BASTOC originally. The problem seems to be that I posted BASTOC
to the wrong groups and should have cut it into two parts. If anyone
wants a copy, I'll be reposting to the binaries near the end of this
week. I have had trouble e-mailing to the requests, plus there seems
to be sufficient need for a repost. If anyone objects to the repost, you
have four days to e-flame me about it.
