I agree that people shouldn't be forced to publish private sites, but
they SHOULD be willing to do is publish the sites that you DON'T connect
to.  More precisely: when you stop feeding a site, or know that you soon
will, you should publish a new map with that site removed ASAR! (As Soon
As Reasonable).

  It doesn't do people much good to send mail to a dead-end site because
of out-of-date maps, but it DOESN't hurt if they send things thru
a less-than-optimal path.
