I've just realised how silly my last message was about removing
"smooth4"...  Yes I removed it!  But the following is more interesting...

Attempting to print a 368K Hypercard stack, and all I got was 2 pages
out of 28.  The reason was that the generated PostScript which lwsrv
sucked down to /tmp was a frightening 10.1 megabytes!  lpr refuses
to copy that lot, and printed only 1 megabyte.

Soltuion:  Give lpr the -s option in lwsrv and it printed all 28 pages.
But it took 2.5 hours.  But I am very pleased since my Mac was only
tied up for 10 minutes!  Great stuff!
