I want to make a user Copper list to include along with my custom
dual ViewPort View screen in assembly. In the RKM it talks about using
the CINIT, CMOVE, CWAIT and CEND macros to create the list. It is no
problem to create some assembly macros to do the same thing the C ones
do, but my question is this:

Why did C-A use the macro route instead of a standard system
call to do the MOVE or WAIT and then call _LVOBump? Are C-A trying to
tell us that these macros are going to change? And why was there never
a assembly include file with the macros in it?
