Sigh.  Can we agree that quality is not related to price?  The marketplace
can act as a quality filter, but other factors (e.g., marketing) confuse
the issue.  If an author wants to give away his wonderful piece of software,
I'm not going to argue that it's too good for freeware and he should sell it
instead.  "Free" is no better than "commercial".  Just cheaper.
