For any version of uucico I've seen, the byte count is just the useful
data transferred, not including the data packets.

Also, since the elapsed time is given only to whole seconds, it was
probably obtained from the times() system call, so it's only accurate
to +- 1 second.  So the throughput is between 18617/172 = 108.2 and
18617/170 = 109.5 cps.  That's maximum throughput, for all practical
purposes.
