A while back I posted an article about having a UNIX host computer
call back someone that had dialed up that computer, ran some
program, and then hung up.  Several people responded with 
reference to a command called 'ct' that is somewhat like tip except
that it spawns getty and login.  I have not been able to find 
any info on this command or where to obtain source for it.  If
anyone knows more about this please email me.
