Seriously, what is the right thing to use in UNIX to unarc ANY .arc
file?  I hope there's an answer to this, or I think Simtel has done a lot
of people a disservice, although it's your football.  Alternately, where
CAN those of us who don't share your viewpoint get 5.22?
