A few years ago, I was involved with a rather large software development job
on DOS machines.  We used Polytron's PVCS system.  It is somewhat like SCCS,
but a little easier to use.

It does all the standard SCCS stuff, like get, put, delta, etc.  Unfortunately,
I did not order the stuff, so I don't know how much it costs, but I do know that
the stuff really worked well, and also worked in a LAN environment.

I believe Polytron is based in Oregon.  I don't have the phone number, but maybe
someone out there does.
