I need advise on setting up a word processing system for Mac SE with 20 Meg.
hard disk, preferably using Knuth's Tex system.
As far as I know, there are two software packages available for the Tex on Mac:
MacTex($350 ?) and Texture($500 ?).
Which one is better? Which one has LaTex with it?
How does each work when we try to insert MacDraw figures into the text?
How does each work if I decide to get a large-screen monitor?
By the way, do those full-page screen monitors work well with MacDraw
so that you don't have to zoom-in and zoom-out all the time?
What about MicroSoft's WORD 3.0 ? In particularly, does it have enough
mathematics equation capability if one doesn't really need all
the gun-power of the Tex system?
