Danford Corporation makes a Tektronix emulator which we 
currently use via Telnet to a Vax.  It seems to work
pretty well.  The biggest pain is that the terminal 
settings to make things look nice on the Vax make your
Apollo shell (the one inside the emulator) look bad. 
Also, unlike a real Tektronix emulator, the text part
does not look like a VT100 terminal, so if your application
is trying to do full screen text stuff, it won't work
The color graphics part works fine.  Here's some Danford info:
