In all of the *moderated* comp.sources groups to which I subscribe, the moderator periodically posts information regarding submissions and archive sites. I have found a number of archive servers in this manner without difficulty. However, if others perceive a need for a specific place to post this information, such as for *unmoderated* groups, I would not object and would cast a "yes" vote, as these archive sites provide a very useful service to the net.
