Why not go a step further and make a fighter type joystick with both a button
on the top, and a button for the forefinger of the hand on the stick and then
the rest with the two thumb buttons.  But in a game you don't want to be going,
"ahh, lets see, do I jump if I hold down these two, or do I throw a rock???"
I like the keyboard method.  After all, Flight Simulator (YUCK!!!) uses the
keyboard, and it is somethink like the all time best selling computer game!
