I even looked through COMP.SYS.MAC before I wrote this...

Is it me, or have the Gods conspired against me? I have been trying
to build a cable to print on my ImageWriter II from an AT-class
machine. There doesn't seem to be any reason that I can't -- DOS
may be brain-dead, but at least you don't need special drivers for
every printer in the world.

Building a cable is another matter. If anybody has the secret
plans for such a cable, I'd appreciate it. I'm also looking for a
cable to print from my Mac SE to an HP LaserJet, but since I work
for the company that makes that printer, I shouldn't have as much
trouble.

Thanks for your help. I need it.

Dave
