I have a Jameco JE1016 for my IBM-PC, and I'd like to exchange
the functions of the caps-lock key and ctrl key. Is this possible?
Is there an existing program that will do this for me? If I can't
do it in software, is it easy/possible to do it inside the keyboard?

THanks,
