I have improved a part of the X Server code,

(actually, XRdBitF.c is part of client-side Xlib, not the server)

    what should I
do to get the improvements submitted as part of the mainstream ?

Should I post this to the net, or private email to MIT ??

At least to xbugs, and to all of the net if you think there is
sufficient interest.
