Subject: dcopy (1M) doesn't work properly on Sys V/386 or Sys V/AT

Microport Sys V/AT dcopy doesn't work because it's compiled small model
and hence can only dcopy trivially small file systems.

Bell Tech 386 dcopy doesn't work between unlike-sized partitions. (at least,
maybe like-sized too. It's a valid thing to do according to the manuals)
The resultant partition fails fsck sanity checks prior to phase 1. I
presume this is a problem with all 386 versions.
