The R2 XtOffset macro causes compilers that are fairly picky about pointer
arithmetic to complain.  The following version will be used in R3:

	#define XtOffset(type,field) \
	        ((unsigned int) (((caddr_t) (&(((type)NULL)->field))) - \
	                         ((caddr_t) NULL)))
