Needless to say this probably doesn't belong here in this group but I did
take offense to the above comment. Howard states that the Sun 4/110 is less
expensive because we (Sun) use lower grade parts in it. Frankly he is full
of shit. He apparently doesn't consider the differences in such things as
power supplys, 12 slot versus 3 slot VME cages, completely different CPU
boards with completely different cache architectures, and slightly slower
clock rate which doesn't require the fastest parts available, not that they
aren't prime top of the line parts, but they don't have to wiggle their bits
quite so fast and are thus easier to make. (And some believe more reliable).
