What would be the advantages/disadvantages of a backplane Amiga? Seems
to me this would make hardware expansion and upgrading a lot easier, maybe
even cheaper? A 32 bit bus with lots of slots for different video, cpu, ram,
whatever cards would be a great seller, I think. Backwards compatability
would be a problem, but there could at least be some Zorro II slots in such
a machine, I suppose. Would this be too radically different from the current
architecture to be worthwhile?
