Tshell supports backquoted commands.  You can say something like:
cp `cat /df0/printlist` prt: &

It is a commercial product: $50 from
Metran Technology, Box 890, West Oneonta NY 13861.

They have a crippled demo disk (no utilities and terminates after a
random number of commands) that you can probably get if you send an
s.a.s.e. and a blank, or try your local dealer.
