It is REV C, has no ram. I cannot seem to get /etc/dev/cmbpcnt to recognize it. Does the board need to go into a particular slot, or does that make a difference? There are two jumper connections labeled w1 and w2. Do I need to do anything with them? I notice that on this board, there is another socket empty that is not in the ram section. On the board, it's location is K11. It is a 14 pin dip. Does this have to do with the ram or the serial ports? Do I really need it? Also, Crystal YZ is missing. It's location is H12. I have a feeling that this is important, and is probably why it won't work. Anyway, what is that crystal and do I need to put one in for the serial ports to work? Your help is appreciated. -Todd- comdesign!ivucsb!todd@pyramid.com
