I am going nuts trying to figure out the causes of the segmentation
errors that keep occuring when running software that others have
run successfully on other microport systems.

My configuration is a Compact-286 with an Intel-above board
memory card with 4-meg. I am running the large kernel. I am also
using the version of malloc that was circulated within this
net.

Specifically the software I am trying to get moving is pcomm (the
procomm look-alike, which dies on a segmentation fault.

Anyone who can give me an idea of how to fix this problem will earn
their place in heaven. I wonder how many other people have this problem.
