Well, actually, it is only a partial simulation of WS; most of the block
commands are not done, and there is no auto-justification (I never did
like it).  Essentially, anything that was hard is not done.  It is for
my own local version of Unipress Emacs and probably will not run anywhere
else anyway.  The last time I touched it was 13 Feb 1984.
