I am a beginning user of slip and I am finding problems. I would
appreciate responses on problems other users are having. Please
e-mail responses and include software level of your kernel, routed and
other pertinent code.

My Problem:
routed level: 4/20/86 BSD
if_sl.c version 7.1 6/4/86 BSD 4.3

It appears that the routed daemon does not propagate the point to point
route (of a slip-attached machine) to machines on other networks.

            ether-net serial line
  --------------------------------------- ---------------
          | | | |
   ------------ -------------- | ---------------
   | | | | | | |
   |machine a | |machine b | | |machine c |
   | | | |---- | |
   ------------ -------------- ---------------

In order for machine A to talk to machine c, a rout must be
manually added on machine A for machine C through Machine B.
