unix-pc is being discontinued. You can get one with 67MB disk and 2MB
memory from an ad in UNIX Review (and other places). Software is extra,
about $500, as I recall.

I had one for several years and really liked it, but the disk was too
big to backup to floppy as often as I wanted, and the tape drive was
more than I wanted to invest in the machine.

There's a whole unix-pc.all set of discussion groups.
