Smail is intended to be a mail delivery agent, not a mail user
interface.  Typically smail is called from some other mailer such as
sendmail to cause the mail to be delivered via uucp.  You will still
want to have some other mail program as your user interface.  I'm not
familiar with how mail works on Xenix but if you use sendmail then you
should be able to modify your sendmail.cf.  Otherwise, if you have
source you may need to modify your mail program to use smail.
