I talked with Borland on the phone the other day when I was ordering
my 1.5 upgrade for Turbo C, and I asked them if the new debugger was
out yet. They told me that it was not. When I asked them when it would
be out they said that they didn't know and said something like it was in
beta test. According to what I was told in January, they were in beta
test then.

Your guess is as good as mine.
