Pk., MD 20742 Lines: 12 GNU can do it; MicroEmacs can do it; and we have macros for Gosling/Unipress Emacs to do it (`picture mode', by Bruce Israel). Even vi should be able to do it, if you are willing to wait for it to simulate a Turing machine simulating Emacs! :-) [ref old posting in comp.unix.wizards, which had vi running a Turing machine] And of course the [G]Rand editor has no trouble at all with rectangles.
