The programs "uudecode" and "uncompress" convert it back
into ASCII. These come standard on many systems, and source
can be found in the comp.sources.unix archives.

The UNIX "sed" utility can be used to break the printout into
"left" and "right" halves. You may have to write a simple program
on some other operating systems to accomplish the same results.
e.g.
	sed 's/^.\{1,80\}//' <160_col_file >right_half
	sed 's/^\(.\{80\}\).*/\1/' <160_col_file >left_half

There is simply no readable way to present 15 columns of information
on an 80 character line. The larger width is necessary. I formatted
it at 160 columns given the large number of dot matrix and laser
printers that can handle this width of printing. However, if
there is a demand, I'll post the "raw" Prelude format database
file with the formatted files next time. Prelude database files
are easily manipulated with "awk": each column is tab separated.

Unfortunately, the database will also have to be compressed and
uuencoded: many of the lines exceed 200 characters.
