1) It's a standard Commodore part, and your local Commodore service
center ought to be able to order it for you,

2) If your local Commodore  service center is incapable of honoring
its contracts,  Jameco Electronics also sells Commodore chips.
Call'em at (415) 592 8097, have a credit card handy. Note that they
have a minimum order of something like $20-$30 (the flyer I just
glanced at doesn't say).
