I take it you typo'd and are saying your laser printer "...will NOT make a hard
copy?"  That's nearly an impossible question to deal with in the absence of
a LOT more information about your setup (imagine, someone at XEROX having
trouble making copies!! :-).

That mail is sent as a continuous message with no left margin and NO PAGE
BREAKS.  If you try and send it directly to a printer that could well cause
"indigestion."  You'll need to run the mail through some sort of "print" or
text processing software to format it for a specific printer.

It's more likely to look "pretty" if you download it to a word processor and
either use that to "bold face" the item headings or simply set formatting
off but let the word processor take care of margins and page breaks.
