Regarding the "inside look at the Amiga FS" -- I'm working on it. I intended on it being a large (for USENET) article, but after an hour of putting together an outline, it came to >120 lines! If I keep that outline, I'll have a sizeable BOOK in no time. So I haven't decided which way to take it ... but I am working on it. I ended up recovering every byte of my hard disk, by the way. If you ever have to do it yourself, the best utility for it is Sectorama. The version I used (Fish #109?) has a lot of misfeatures and even some bugs, but it's better than anything else currently available. ..Bob -- Bob Page, U of Lowell CS Dept. page@ulowell.edu ulowell!page "I've never liked reality all that much, but I haven't found a better solution." --Dave Haynie, Commodore-Amiga
