There is a bug in (graphics.library/intuition/MrgCop/Who knows), that ...will show up if you do/have the following: ...Move the mouse pointer below the (approx.) 213th line, then move it ...horizontally to the left and/or to the right. Not too slowly, please. ...You might notice that you see TWO pointers, close to each other. ...When you stop moving, there is only only one pointer, as usual. Yes, This has been driving me crazy, good to know that I am not the only one around here that sees these things. ...Now for the next phase. ... ...Fire up Workbench [I guess you didn't do that already], select ...any object, and ask Info about it. ...Now click outside of the info window, but inside a Workbench window. ...The Zzz cloud should now appear, as usual. ...But now - do it again below the 213th line ... and you REALLY have ...TWO pointers!!! The old arrow, which is frozen to the screen, and ...the cloud, which you can move!! Actually, this will also show up in programs that change the mouse pointer themselves. I have Prowrite as my word processor and when I move the mouse to the window the pointer changes and leaves the old default pointer image sitting at the bottom of my screen. Always did annoy me. ...This seems to be a hardware bug, just like the one that all sprites ...below some line on the screen (line 213??) all get the colors of sprite ...0. (Note that I have not verified this myself). ...So, any hardware type from Commodore wants to comment on this? Thanx! ...--- Olaf (Rhialto) Seibert... U613042@HNYKUN11.BITNET I don't feel that I have added anything particularly important but I did want to see a response from Commodore, so I added my voice to this. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Randy Spencer P.O.
