|Is there an easy way to create a bibliography using BibTeX, such that all
|entries in a .bib file would be included, _without_ explicitly \cite'ing
|or \nocite'ing all the entries ?

Get bibtex 0.99c. You can do \cite{*} or \nocite{*}.
