Subject: Non-AT&T Tape drive mechanisms on UNIX pc with AT&T controller?

I have an AT&T UNIX PC Tape controller board, but I don't have a cable
or tape unit. Has any had experience hooking up non-AT&T tape drives
to the UNIX PC controller? I heard there was a tape drive for an IBM
compatible that was made by Cipher with the same connector configuration.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
