There is a public domain utility known as Layout which does precisely what you
want.  Version 1.6 is the current release and "knows" about the new fields in
the LAYO resource.  I thought I saw it go by on the net, but could easily be
mistaken; I know it is on CI$, GEnie, Delphi, and most of the local Mac BBSs.
