I assume some of y'all out there are still thinking about HyperCard-like
object oreiented programming environments for te Amiga. I thought you
might like to see these comments from Richard Wexelblat, the editor of
SIGPLAN Notices, the monthly newsletter of the ACM SIG on Programming
Languages. He says (paraphrased slightly)

Amazing. Really rapid prototyping. But the language! As if a COBOL
programmer invented object-oriented Basic. A truly horrendous language.

Is Hypertalk destined to conquer the world? Do you like it? Can you compile
it? Can you compile into it?

--- end of paraphrase ----

I read him to be saying the hypertalk is only a first stumbling step
on the path toward domain oriented descriptive languages.
