	Thanks to you helpful info-vax'ers the user who wanted to keep batch
	logfiles created with SUBMIT/REMOTE is almost happy.

	The problem now is that he wants to be able to specify what directory
	the logfile is created in. With local SUBMIT this is trivial but there
	appears to be no way to do this with SUBMIT/REMOTE. Any ideas?

Can't be done.  The SUBMIT/REMOTE interface is very limited....

The best you can do is have the submitted batch job simply rename its own
log file to the desired directory.
