If you have $75K to blow you can try the sony VPR-1 reel-to-reel 1" machines. So far the most reasonable thing I've seen for a semi reasonable price has been WORM drive systems (panasonic has a few out, Kodak has just come out w/ some, I believe) that can record somewhere around 10 minutes of running video or 30*60*10 frames or twice that in fields.
