Yes, the command-F and command-K tricks will work with Microsoft Word
to create a PostScript file or LaserPrep+PostScript file
respectively.  However, there are problems with using this LaserPrep
header directly.  First, it may not work properly with PostScript
printers not made by Apple.  Second, I wasn't even able to get it to
work with an Apple LaserWriter and a UNIX box.  My suggestion is to
use Brian Powell's modified LaserPrep.  It is available from
sally.UTEXAS.EDU as part of his package paintps-update-4.0.shar or
from sumex.STANFORD.EDU as LASERPREP-65-POSTSCRIPT.TXT.
