A large percentage of requests for PK36.EXE reposts came from Hewlett
Packard sites or sites fed by hplabs.  At the time I thought that was
strange but now that we're seeing complaints of TCDEBUG part 1 being
munged and the complaints are coming from the *same* sites as I had to
resent PK36.EXE to, I wonder...
