I reverse your questions to hide the spoiler.  The Mac version comes on two
disks.  You boot off the first, read in the program and then it asks you
for the second.  Once the second is in, it doesn't ever swap back to the
first.  You can also copy it to hard disk (no copy protection).  It's
been a while since I've played it but you grow real tired of the dugeon
rooms.  Does the amiga version have a pause or save game?  The Mac version
doesn't.

There is a second version of the game called Beyond Dark Castle (I think)
coming RSN for the Mac.  Multiple screen rooms and color for the Mac II are
the only things I remember.

You want to start at the back of the platform.  As you approach the waterfall
throw a rock to kill the mutant.  Then one step forward and jump to the ledge.
Run through the ledge and into the next room.  Takes some pratice.  The
next room is a challenge (:-)).
