One of the users here just threw her folder full of files away in the trash and then emptied her trash. Is there any way, by hook or by crook, to get those files back? I've got her at a standstill, now. "Don't touch anything on that hard disk 'til I tell you!" But there's no telling how long she will stand for that. (Can't say that I blame her.) These people come to me as though I have ALL the answers for their Macs, and I'm tired of giving them the old blank stare. Send E-mail and I will summarize for the net if I can make this Pnews thing work twice in a row. Disclaimer: Do your bosses necessarily agree with everything that you say? Well, neither do mine!
