   I'd just as soon go to a different kind of terminal, but we have
   too many VT220 clones now.  At very least, new acquisitions must be
   compatible with the VT100 screen codes.

   Tilt and swivel is a must.  The standard VT220 sits on the desk at
   the precise angle necessary to reflect overhead lights into the
   eyes of the user.

You might check out the HP 700 series terminals.  There is an ANSI
terminal for $375, and a VT-220 clone for $499.  Both have tilt and
swivel, 70 Hz refresh, etc.
