Is it really too much to expect of netnews readers with PC's to have a
C compiler?  Why else would you need to post binaries instead of
source?

Regarding the mahjongg tiles -- I haven't seen the game, but are all
the tiles human-generated?  If not, couldn't the program that did the
generating have been posted, instead of its output?
