Not quite.  The last I heard what they supported was not LAT.  It does
talk to VMS systems but I think you install some host software they
provide.  This isn't really much different because if you want to run
LAT you have to buy the LAT software from DEC and install it.

Of course I hear several people are working on LAT support so this may
have changed.
