The following question has been asked about the new courses for VMS.

>     "Certain courses contain proprietary information (courses are indicated 
> with a "*" on the grids).  Nondisclosure agreements are required for these. 
> Contact your local Training Center registrar for details."
> The internals and device driver courses have the "*".

Part of this may be due in part to the procedures going on by DEC to protect the
investment in software for CI/NI based clusters, by copyright/patent 
protection. As such, certain information has to remain restricted during the
process, in order to prove 'exclusivity and/or non-public domain' for the
products being covered. 

I decline to speculate after the process is complete as to the future 
requirement for non-disclosure in order to take certain courses.
