Wrong diagnosis.   Nothing is wrong with your hardware.  Simply
type "SetMap usa1" and the keys will come alive.  By default those
keys 5 are not enabled.


You can put that "SetMap usa1" in your startup-sequence.
	Required files:
		sys:system/SetMap
		devs:keymaps/usa1
