I INSTALL lots of stuff after I start WIN/TCP. The only restriction I know of with WIN/TCP is that if you're using the shared ethernet option (both DECnet and WIN/TCP using the same ethernet interface) you have to start DECnet first since it changes the hardware ethernet address of the system.
