Richard (and the net): 
I would credit the hardware in this case more than the software for the
SX-2's speed.  While I would give Don Callahan and Jack Dongarra a lot
of credit for their tests (and Ingrid Bucher for earlier similar tests),
The SX-2 is slightly disappointing in some areas of performance.  Let
each user take the machine out for a test drive, I encourage each of you
to try the machine out, but also try the Amdahl 1200.
