Does RNase A digest single-stranded RNA only? The general consensus is
that it does but I can't find any references that describe its activities
on single vs. double stranded RNA. I am trying to use it to analyze
RNA-RNA hybrids but everything is digested (and becomes TCA soluble).
Does anyone have any experience with this problem and could offer suggestions?
