About a week or so ago I recieved a copy of Kermit V3.81. I was
wondering if anyone might be able to tell me what kind of problem I've got.
Bob Church, who was graceous enough to send me the copy, preset the configura-
tion. As far as I can see it looks just fine. But when I try to use the
'Connect' command nothing happens. Everything that I type seems to go some-
where, but it surely isn't registered by the modem. I know I'm not giving all
the facts, but I'm not sure of them myself. Kermit is very new to me and
Prodos all the more. Is Kermit still capable of working under Dos 3.3? If
anyone's got a copy of Kermit on a Dos 3.3 disk that will work with an
unenhanced Apple ][e and can emulate vt100 terminal type, then could ya pass
a copy along to me by way of USnail?
Presently I'm using Apple Access to dial in, but the utilities on the
program are inopperative and I'd much rather move on to Kermit, than fix up
Apple Access.
