Subject: Sudden rash of "Key already free" gurus on hard disk

All of a sudden, I've started getting a whole bunch of
"cannot load , file is not an object module" AmigaDOS errors
on my CLtd hard disk (A1000, 2M starboard). When I try to do a
type opt h on the file, it gets partway through and then gurus.
It also gurus if I try to delete or overwrite the file, with a
"key already free (8700..008)" guru.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?
