We had a problem with one of them jamming frequently that was fixed by replacing the OPC cartridge (some little pieces of rubber fell out of the cartridge when we removed it). As I recall, it finally got bad enough to produce the "F.Error OPC" message. We also have the problem of faded spots appearing near the bottom of the page. I don't think this is closely related to pages printed, rather, it seems to come from ambient light leaking onto the end of the belt cartridge. Awhile back, someone posted a suggestion that the belts be stored in darkness for several weeks to rejuvenate them. We have been doing this and it works. (Just be VERY careful not to scratch the belts while exchanging them). Another persistent thorn has been paper tray selection. According to the manual, selecting LIMITLESS should cause the printer to change trays when the current tray empties. It doesn't work on ours. TI insists that it works, so the problem must be in our software. Has anyone else tried this feature?
