Send two blank, formatted 360k diskettes to Jeffrey William Gillette, Humanities Computing Facility, 104 Languages Building, Duke University, Durham, NC 27706. Phone (919) 684-3637 FED requires an EGA. The Toolkit also allows you to create fonts for the EGA itself, and for the IBM ProPrinter and Epson FX-80/85. Support for the HP LaserJet was in the works last time I checked (months ago).
