Try:            Printer         XT DB-25P        AT DB-9P
                   1               1                1
                   2               3                2
                   3               2                3
                   7               7                5
                  20               5&6              6&8

You also must set the printer to be a DTR handshake unless you are 
running an application on the PC that understands XON/XOFF.
