I did make them after all (at least for lib and commands) and sent them
to the archive sites.  Perhaps the archive site administrators could post

There was a change in the compiler between 1.1 and 1.2.  I am not sure if
there will be a change between 1.3 and 1.2.  Not much has changed.  I may
not bother to include the new compiler since nothing major is different.
Sometimes I answer queries by mail rather by posting it, especially when I
think the potential audience for the answer is limited.  Sometimes I don't
answer at all, especially when I figure someone else is likely to (e.g.,
has anyone ported MINIX to the XYZ clone).
