I've never looked into it, so I'm completely clueless as to how /RAM5 works as it does... Does ProDOS just read in the battery-backed RAM stuff and then write the virgin directory out to it? Or is it handled by some low-level stuff? What happens if /RAM5 needs memory and it's all taken up? Questions galore... I'm an experienced (if somewhat lazy) programmer, and can deal with a techy answer. Any responses appreciated! Jason - Not your average iconoclast.
