I must agree.  We had horrible problems with 2.x.  3.1 works so much
better.  They seem to have gotten their act together and produced some
top quality software.  In fact, I have had more luck using
Wollongong's version of FTP to the rest of the internet than I have
with sun's in SUN-OS (3.4).  Wollongong's newest release is 3.2, but
it just came today, so I can't comment further on it.

The original poster asked what Wollongong's e-mail address was.  The correct
