The Hercules driver recently posted still works, but I've been told that
some things could be better.  For one, the getint() routine is quite
primative, requiring you to say 000 instead of 0 etc.  Also the slomemset()
(clears the screen) is slow.  Any idea how these could be fixed.  The
slomemset could be replaced with clearseg() if I knew where the screens
clears were and how to map them in.
