Hi all.

I currently have a .COM file (GNUMACS-MAIL.COM) such that if MAIL$EDIT
is DEFINEd to be GNUMACS-MAIL.COM, then the VMS MAIL commands
SEND/EDIT, REPLY/EDIT (etc.) fire up a new GNU Emacs, which can be
used to edit the message being sent.

Does anybody have a .COM file that will do the same, but will first
look around for a suspended GNU Emacs? That way, I won't be crippling
the system with extra GNU Emacsen hanging around; moreover, I won't
have to wait as long.

Thanks.
