Lines: 12 Macintosh SE's ship with either 120ns or 150ns 256kbit DRAM's. You need to look for a 12 or a 15 on the chips themselves. Essentially, both chips (120 and 150 ns) are the same except that the 150ns didn't pass all of the speed tests.
