I have recently posted an article asking for
help in expanding arguments in Turbo-C using the
setargv.asm routine provided with Turbo-C. There
is nothing in the manuals about it. So far I have
received a few replies, all of which said that the
way I suggested should work (it doesn't).

After calling the Tech-Support hotline at
Borland, I found out the following:

		The setargv.asm provided with Turbo-C
		does not work!
The routine is a 'dummy'. So is the routine that is
	in the library.

The fellow at Tech support will be sending me
a C routine that is supposed to work. I will make it available
(I think it is public domain), if anyone requests it.
