In some sense, this is a religious issue. Some people
like their pointer warped in "convenient" ways, others
think its horrible.

In the Siemens RTL Tiled Window Manager, there are a number of
different instances in which we consider warping the pointer
(e.g. when a window is opened by the user, warping the poiner
inside of it). In each case, warping is controlled by
an option which can be set in a preferences file.

We're interested in hearing about which instances of warping
people like in RTL, and which they don't like.
