Macintosh SE's ship with either 120ns or 150ns 256kbit DRAM's.  You need to
look for a 12 or a 15 on the chips themselves.

Essentially, both chips (120 and 150 ns) are the same except that the 150ns
didn't pass all of the speed tests.  You may be able to use a 150ns SIMM in
a Mac II but you do so at your own risk.  120ns SIMM's are preferred.
