The launch windows are: 11:13 - 12:09 GMT 13:32 - 14:46 GMT For this first flight three payloads are carried: ESA's meteorological satellite METEOSAT P2, the radio amateur satellite AMSAT 111C, and the US built satellite Pan American Satellite 1 (PAS 1).
