You left out the most interesting part of this anecdote. Several years earlier, a company called "Radio Shack" sued "Computer Shack" and WON: Computer Shack had to change it's name to (you guessed it) COMPUTERLAND! Given Computerland's previous experience with the courts, they had every reason to assume that they would win their suit!
