The one I'm using (with the Bridgeboard) is a Kyocera 3 1/2" RLL drive. I
picked it up from Silicon Valley Computer. They have a fairly wide variety
of 3 1/2" hard drives, everything from MFM, SCSI, RLL, and ESDI. The only
hitch is they'll only sell to an institution or business. The phone
number is (408) 288-8837. I've used quite a few of their drives over the
years and haven't had any problems whatsoever. Usual disclaimer - just a
happy customer.
