Very few bars near the Hyatt will fit the hundred or so people you may find will show up (maybe fewer, but you can be sure to get more than you expect). After you know how many people you've got gathered together in the lobby, you can decide whether a bar will be sufficient. You may want to see about getting a small conference room or suite set up at the Hyatt and getting food&drink delivered or picking it up yourselves.
