Ronald Boontje recently posted a problem using lwsrv. He says that nothing
comes out on the LaserWriter, even though the leds flash and the status
information says "preparing data". He also claims to have retrieved an
appledict version 65 from a mac. I had a similar problem when I first
brought up lwsrv from Cap4.0. In my case, the comments at the top of the
appledict file claimed that it was version 65, but nothing worked.
Further down in the file I noticed a line like
	%%BeginProcSet: "(AppleDict md)" 66
I guessed that this meant that I really had appledict version 66, re-started
lwsrv specifying -a66 option with this file, and everything worked great!
I suggest that Mr. Boontje examine his appledict file carefully to verify
which version it really is.
