There is nothing in the manuals about it. So far I have received a few replies, all of which said that the way I suggested should work (it doesn't). After calling the Tech-Support hotline at Borland, I found out the following: The setargv.asm provided with Turbo-C does not work! The routine is a 'dummy'. So is the routine that is in the library.
