This is likely to incurr extremely high connect charges, as well as
being subject to the painful problems of communicating via X.25 over
satellite. A cheaper alternative would be to use a service called
'GreenNet'. Although London based, GreenNet can be reached by a local
dialed call to British Telecom PSS service from most of the UK. For
further information call +44 1 490 1510 or send mail to mitra@cdp.UUCP

GreenNet specialises in providing mail and conferencing facilities for
environmental groups, however, they're certainly worth a try if you
need to send UUCP mail from the UK.
