Bjorn -

AT&T makes a signal processor for the military, called the EMSP, and it
is a data flow machine which can deliver up to 600 MFLOPS. The data flow
architecture does cost something but the benefits are ease of programming
(the machine takes care of resource assignments) and the ability to add
more processors without having to modify the software.

So there is at least 1 real world data flow machine out there.
