In the contrib/andrew subtree of our X.V11R2 distribution, there's an
ibmdoc/andrewguide subdirectory that contains what appears to be parts
of a user's guide document.

As near as I can determine, these are [nt]roff input files(*), but are
missing some macro definitions. The "frontm" file contains a comment
that it should be run through tbl and uses the "me" macros, and indeed
frontm formats correctly, but none of the others does. What gives?

Here's a listing of .../contrib/andrew/ibmdoc/andrewguide:

andrewguide1.d	andrewguide4.d	appendc page2 toc
andrewguide2.d	appenda frontm page3
andrewguide3.d	appendb page1 rcf

* - I tried running the files through Scribe, TeX, and nroff, and nroff
came the closest to doing anything useful with the input.
