I could never tell if DEC was trying to raise expectations or lower them. But lo how the mighty are fallen. It did enjoy twenty years of service. It will be interesting to see which currently widely available operating systems will be remembered when they hit twenty. Will you still need them, will you still feed them? When you've got 64?
