with the volume in this group as high as it is we really have to start making
some conscious efforts to reduce the number and distribution of some articles.

you should also consider mailing your questions to one of the more prolific 
contributors to this group first before posting;  most of them (us?) are 
perfectly willing (or should be) to help via Email - especially when we can 
thus improve the overall contents/value of the group.
