The question I have concerns the price difference between the Hurricane and
CSA 68020/68881 boards. The CSA board is substantially more expensive and
yet is listed as a 14Mhz board (as opposed to the Hurricanes 16Mhz and 20Mhz
options). Can anybody tell me why I should buy the CSA rather than Hurricane?
Is it more compatible?

Do both of the boards come with a way to switch back to the 68000 through
software or do you actually remove the chip and make changes that would require
opening the box if you have incompatible software?

I would really appreciate answers folks, I just sold my Atari 1040 ST and that
gives me the money to get one of the accelerator boards.
