Photon Paint provides a "Fast Menu" for selection and adjustment of
a HAM color palette. The Fast Menu is a short window as wide as the
screen which can be moved vertically. The program appears to change
the hardware color table (via the copper) just before and just after
the scanlines the Fast Menu is sitting on. I imagine this is to allow
the program a fixed set of base HAM colors to work its color palette
magic.
