Before you replace the battery, check to see if you are running AT&T DOS 3.2.
There is a bug in the system that resets the seconds to zero everytime you
re-boot the machine.  This causes the clock to gradually lose time.  There
is a patch to AT&T DOS 3.2 to fix the clock problem.  If you need it drop
