We are planning on using BORLAND's equation solver: EUREKA in
a class-room situation and for some of our research. I am
trying to find out what algorithms the program uses. This
will be useful for explaining the program's power and limitations
to the students using it to solve design problems.

Do you know of any references/books that the program is
based on? How does it calculate confidence levels? What
do these levels mean to the student using the program?

I would appreciate any pointers.

Thank you,
