I'm crushed that you have such a low opinion of our systems, but other than to say that I think we're doing far better now than we used to, I'll ignore the comment and press the generic issue: I think the lesson to be learned from the Apollo experience with SVVS is that at least in some ways it's hard to be innovative (or even just to stray from the AT&T implementation, of which SVVS is supposed to be independent) yet pass SVVS.
