It really hurts to have our legitimacy questioned like this -- and by

New Zealand - that's a geographical area somewhat distant from North
America.  Check us out in your atlas - we're just to the right of Australia.

Last time I looked there were no other backbone sites in NZ to feed.
But we do feed news to 4 non-leaf and 5 leaf nodes.  Sorry that's not
many by your standards, but NZ is a small country, and there are only
about 20 usenet sites here.

Our X.25 cost's are substantially higher than the $.0025/Kb used by
Brian Reid in his latest "Usenet Readership Report".  Now if you are
offering to establish a news feed to us (and pay for it) we will be
quite happy to carry all the soc.* and talk.* drivel.
