About that Mandelbrot program for the Apple // series.. Does that include the
Apple IIgs? If so, I obtained a program called SETVIEW. It will make
fractals on the Apple IIgs 320x200 SHR screen (reeeaaallly slow but hey?).
It allows manipulation of the juliard set by selecting a point on the screen
with the mouse... I know absolutely nothing about Fractals so I have no idea
what in the world this program really can do. I know it can change a few
pallettes and do the inverse of the 'function'? (are they called functions?)
I unfortunately have no ability to access comp.binaries.apple (does it really
exist?) and worse still, my copy of the EXECUTIONER is a dud and always
gives me an MLI ERROR when I input the filename so I am unable to pack the
program with anything but the EXECUTIVE which only packs in 4 bit and I think
makes larger code than THE EXECUTIONER. I could send you a program if you
would give me your address if you are interested..
