I tend to avoid people with obvious 'bugs.' (e.g. lice, ticks, fleas) :-)
(But somehow I don't think thats what you meant)  If you meant 'Bugs' in the 
personality  software, so to speak, remember that things that you observe
a first meeting are often only an automatic ego protection mechanisms 
(i.e. a facade (Warning; Warning Will Robinson; 
Oposite Sex Species approaching)).  
Unless the underlying machine is broken (i.e. the person
is a total psychopath)  these 'bugs' tend to make a relationship much more
interesting overall. :-)  Its only the people who look 'perfect' that you
have to worry about.
