I recently decided to move from VMS 4.1 to 4.5 on my 730 (no laughter
please).  After upgrading (4.1 -> 4.2 -> 4.4 -> 4.5), I discovered that
running analyze/error has problems loading its sharable images. I get
messages of the form:

%LOADERR, error loading image, SYS$SYSTEM:ERFDISK.EXE
%SECTBLFUL, section table (process/global) is full

Does anybody know what this is an indication of? After much rooting
through the manuals, it is not at all clear to me what it thinks it
is running out of. All resources seem to be present in abundance. I
have messed around with SHOW MEMORY, MONITOR, and ANALYZE/SYSTEM for
far longer than justified.

I have put ADD_GBLSECTIONS=100 and ADD_GBLPAGES in my MODPARAMS.DAT
and run AUTOGEN. This succeeded in modifying the values, but did not
change the symptoms of the problem.

If anybody has seen this before and can point me at a fix or a useful
manual reference, I would be most grateful.
