The current version of the sources are available from the internet host
louie.udel.edu.  A release is scheduled some time this month - so it
might just be best to hold off a few days.

There is a mailing list for developers working on this code - send a
message off to tcp-group-request@sdscvax.ucsd.edu (or whatever the
uucp-mail address is there, I dunno about that).
