People,

I've been reading the ULANA spec, and am curious about the SNAP
protocol, mentioned twice but never defined. What is it? There's
supposed to be an RFC for it, but I can't find that either.

(ULANA is the Air Force's Unified LAN Architecture Phase I.)

Any knowledgeable types out there?
