Hank,  Thanks for posting your large document on Israel's plan for
adopting TCP/IP while waiting for the ISO protocols to get more fully
defined and supported.  It certainly shows a lot of thought and effort
has been made in arriving at this decision.  I noticed that you left
out a number of sections that deal with costing data in order to comply
with Bitnet and EARN strictures.  Since you sent this directly to the TCP/IP
list you could put them back in and make the description and analysis
much more complete.
