true, level 3 CAN be used for that, but this is a user defined run level 
and can be used for anything. BUT the machine in question is a 3B15 in 
which run level 6 is equivelent to INIT 0 (halt) and then boots to the
specified initdefault, this is off limits on a 3B15!  This is not ment to be
a flame just informational. And just for the record init level 5 is also off
limits on a 15 (this is firmware mode)
