You may then execute the compiled function just as if it were a lisp program. I also noticed that the loader ld has a -A switch that allows the programmer to do incremental loading. I'd like to know how (or where to find out how) to read an object file into an already-running program, and execute it under program control. Does anyone have any pointers to info on how to do this? tnx++ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mark A Johnson - Eastman Kodak Co. - Dept 646 - KEEPS - Rochester, NY 14650 The opinions expressed above are not necessarily those of Eastman Kodak Company and are entirely my responsibility.
