We are in need of several tools:
Something that translates from cat files to Postscript or Quic files
		or
Something that translates from troff to Tex files

A version of xx2ps that knows about already-resident fonts in the
	Postscript printer.

As you might surmise, our situation is that we have QUIC and Postscript
printers, .cat and .dvi files, and Tex.

Our Troff generates .cat files. Our Tex has a dvi2ps. So we need to go
either TROFF => .cat => .dvi => .ps or TROFF => TEX => .dvi => .ps

It also doesn't seem necessary to download the Postscript glyphs when they
are already in the printer.

Any suggestions?
