View, CA Lines: 15 I know this subject was asked some months back -- at the time I didn't have any interest. Now I'm getting concerned enough to want to backup my hard disk regularly. If anyone has a summary of product information on this subject, I would be very happy to have it emailed to me. I've been using a couple quick and dirty programs called BACKUP and UPDATE that I picked off the net a year or two ago. They work well, but I need the ability to backup large amounts of data onto multiple volumes, and restore files later, on a selective basis, and perhaps into different directories than they originally appeared in. (This is why I'm not using the BACKUP/RESTORE program from MS-DOS -- you can only restore files into the same directory as the one that you backed the file up from). Clayton E. Cramer
