In further discussion of IBM's non-standard approach to ARP and routing
on 802.5, someone else pointed out that there is little chance that their
source-routing and RIF fields will ever work through a MAC-level bridge
between Ether and Token-Ring.  Hi ho.  I wonder if they care?
