I am wondering what, if any, COMMON LISP or SCHEME systems are out there
that meet any (or all!) of the following requirements:

	(1) Runs on a Vax
	(2) Runs on a Sun
	(3) Good compiler
	(4) Able to produce reasonably small compiled applications.
	(5) Has a "tunable" (or replacable) garbage collector (ie. applications
with known modest memory requirements can use a simpler, smaller,
possibly faster in core garbage collection scheme).
	(6) Processes (ie. multiple threads within a single address space,
	    preferably time sliced).
	(7) Interface to C functions.

Please reply to me by mail. If I get any interesting responses I will post
a summary to the net.
