But it is even cheaper (if you have access to a PC with 5 1/4" drives) to just do an image copy of the 5 1/4" disk onto the 3 1/2" disk. By image, I mean a sector-by-sector copy of the disk. The two disk formats have the same number of sectors per track; it is the number of tracks that is different.
