For the past two days, much of the mail through cbosgd has caused
an "unable to deliver" message to get sent back to the sender.
The mail HAS been getting through, but the bounce message was going
out anyway. There is no need to resend such mail.

The problem has been elusive. Nothing was changed recently. The
logs indicate that rmail was exiting with status 70, so uuxqt sent
the mail back. Attempts to reproduce it by hand did not fail.
Exit status 70 means that the uname system call failed.

I have rebooted cbosgd and in the first hour mail seems to be going
through OK without bouncing. I hope the problem was some strangeness
in the kernel that resulted from being up for over a month.

If you get a bounce message from cbosgd that was sent AFTER 3 PM EDT
on Thursday, July 2, the problem is still there, but you don't need
to tell me about it because I'll be getting plenty of them myself.
