Try the Atari Corp. bulletin board systems - they have five STs, each with
a dedicated phone line.  They have lots of PD software, including things
like the Gulam shell (command-line oriented, but will still let you run
GEM-based prgms), Uniterm, lots of desk accessories, etc.  I don't have
the phone numbers here; maybe some netter can help me out here...

BTW, all of the lines have a 408 area code.
