To use the Central Point drive on a //gs you have to have the controller card.
It works fine but I have found some copy protected programs that won't run 
with it.  Paintworks Plus won't work with it because of its copy protection
scheme.  Otherwise, it works great and lets you use both a 3.5 and a 5.25 out
of one slot.  With the Apple drives, you have to use both slots 5 and 6, so 
you sacrifice a slot.
