Message-ID: <1620@bellcore.bellcore.com> Date: Thu, 23-Jul-87 16:16:18 EDT Article-I.D.: bellcore.1620 Posted: Thu Jul 23 16:16:18 1987 Date-Received: Sat, 25-Jul-87 12:57:22 EDT Sender: news@bellcore.bellcore.com Distribution: world Lines: 16 A friend of mine has the following problem: He's converting a large program from the small model to the large one, and it won't work right. Note: he's got MS C, latest rev. So, (and this is something I've been wondering about myself) what are the things that need to be changed? I understand the pointers have a different format -- do they convert automatically, need to be made "far", etc.? What else changes -- other than increased possible size of program? Many thanks to any experts out there who help clear us up. /-^-\ Thomas M.
