I have seen too many sites complain of brain-damage and poor support. In addition, we ran the 2.3 version against the Tek-CMU code and the WIN/VX just couldn't cut it. HOWEVER, given the current number of sites running 3.0 and saying it is quite capable, and the kind of response TWG has been putting forth (witness Dave Crocker's article) and the very good experience support-wise reported from new 3.0 sites, I think I might reserve judgement. Now, if only they can make it as inexpensive as the Tek-CMU code :-)....... -ed cetron cetron@cs.utah.edu nic.sri.com is in the host tables, it nic just not answering right??? -ed cetron@cs.utah.edu
