	I recently upgraded from 512K (originally 128K) to 1M via a MacSnap
board from Dove.  I can recommend the Dove board, but be warned: If you have 
one of the "original" 128K machines the addition of memory makes it more likely that you will blow the flyback transformer on the analog board. 

Otherwise, go for it!
