Summary: Excelan Customer Support

Recently a new round of communications with Excelan has been opened to
address the technical problems I previously reported with the VMS Qbus
Excelan Exos TCP/IP product. Trying to be optimistic, I hope this
new round of discussions will result in a more satisfactory outcome
for all parties. Since I had expressed concerns about the Excelan
product and their handling of our customer complaints, I feel it only
fair to say that Excelan has called me to request a "fresh look" at
our concerns. I might add that I think this new response is a direct
result of others calling Excelan. I'll post the results of this
"fresh look" when they become apparent.
