Lines: 21 Keywords: UNIX-like shells Another UNIX-like shell is Kyan KIX, which I believe runs under ProDOS. It replaces Apple ProDOS commands with UNIX-like commands, such as ls, rm, cd, etc. It has nothing to do with C, unlike the Aztec shell, which is specifically for its own C programming environment. KIX is advertised frequently, it is not expensive, ie. in the $30 to $50 range. IT was reviewed not too long ago in one of the Apple magazines, but I don't recall the reference. -- ==================================================================== David Robins, M.D. Smith-Kettlewell Eye Research Foundation (previously known as: Smith-Kettlewell Institute of Visual Sciences) 2232 Webster St; San Francisco CA 94115 415/561-1705 (voice) {ihnp4,qantel,dual}!ptsfa!ski!dr The opinions expressed herein do not reflect the opinion of the Institute!
