If you are using the X10R4 unix socket support for your display (ie,
your DISPLAY environment variable is set to something like 'unix:0'),
the xdemo program, written for some earlier X release, will give the
"no such file or directory" error.  If you set DISPLAY to be
'hostname:0', everything will work as the CLU X library expects.
