I am trying to get GNU emacs running on a 3B1. Has anyone already
done it? I have the source for version 18.47 and got it all compiled
but it doesn't work.

The problem seems to be in the xemacs version. It dies before it does
anything. temacs runs and sets the screen up. I haven't played with
it to see if I can break it yet.

The m-7300.h file does seem to have some incorrect information. It
claims that the preprocessor only support short names. I tested it
and verified that 57 character names will work.
