UNIFORM was ported to MSDOS, and as far as I know, it is still being
sold by:

Micro-Solutions, Inc.
DeKalb, Illinois 60115
Phone: (815)756-3421.

I used it last year in another site to transfer data from
Kaypro II- and IV-formatted floppy disks into IBM-PCs with
no problems whatsoever. I remember it supports many other
CP/M-based computers. It is very simple to use. Just install
a device driver and then select the format of the source disk
from an extensive menu. If you have drives A: thru (let's say)
D:, then the driver will recognize the logical name E:, and
physically access drive A: in the requested format. Logical
drive A: is also mapped into physical drive A:, but in its
regular configuration.

The usual disclaimer appies:
I have no relationship whatsoever with these folks, other than
that of being a satisfied user of their products.
