It has been some years since I did this type of work, so there may be some
better devices available now, but DC-DC converters have been with us now for
some time.  A quick look through my catalogs indicates that there are several
companies that advertise what you are looking for.  Some of them are: Analog
Devices, Astec, Calex, Integrated Circuits, Inc., Intronics, Pico Electronics,
Polytron Devices, Power General, TDK, RO Associates, Volgen Electric, and
probably Datel.  You can get further information by looking in a recent copy
of EEM (Electronic Engineers Master Catalog), or the Gold book (Electronic
Design's Directory/Master Catalog published by Hayden).
