does anyone have a set of TeX macros to help format a screenplay? in
particular, i'd like to know how to handle the situation when a
dialogue section gets broken at a page break. for those that arent
familiar with this, here is what a typical page break in a dialogue
should look like.

			ACTOR

	    And then I told him that he was
	    to go away and never come back

CONTINUED

========== page break =========================

			ACTOR

	    to this place for fear of his
	    life

any help appreciated. please mail responses unless you feel they may
be of general interest.

thanks
