In fact some people might actually consider this sufficent grounds for closing down a computer or two. I think there are laws about using public communications systems i.e. the post and the phone system for the transmission of obscene material. I downloaded it, decoded and ran it once. I decided it was the sort of purile humor that makes children write rude messages on the bathroom wall. Apart from that it was a good program, but I destroyed it anyway - I wouldn't want my kids seeing this.
