I concur in your negative comments about APW C, although I hardly qualify
as an expert, so my opinion doesn't count much.  The documentation is an
abomination.

BTW, just received a flyer from Byte Works (creater of APW shell) and they
will be releasing an ISO version Pascal compiler for $125 in mid-July.  I
don't know much about this product, but prior experience with other Byte Works
products indicates it has a chance of being a winner.
