No software, which was fine with me. I posted my experience with it a month or so back - to summarize: DONT PLUG IT IN TOO FAR! The sockets on the coco don't have bottoms, and you can short pins to circuit board traces. The thing cost me (i think) $40. I ordered it from a company in the US - otherwise customs holds up delivery a week or two. Of course, 256K ram chip prices have gone up a lot lately - thanks congresscritters. I havent had any problems with the board. - tim sirianni
