The package "Terminal Emulator and File Transfer 2.40a" on an IBM PC emulates
double height/width (does double spacing on the screen, but the characters all
come out in the right place), alternate character sets (UK,GRAPHICS,US), display
control font (part of the graphics set, just as on a VT100. Uses representative
symbols from the IBM PC character set.) It also does VT52 emulation, and can
be put into VT52 mode from VT100 (or VT102) mode by the host, just like a real
VT100, and when told to go back, will return to VT100 (or VT102) mode, just
like a real VT100. Also manages 19200 baud on an AT, or 9600 on a PC.
