I would like to publicly apologize to Daniel Zirin for my nasty letter earlier
this week. After reading his second formulation of his comments about 
sys$announce I must agree it is a good question. I looked at the microfiche 
sources to loginout.exe and he does make a good point about not using the full
ability of the logical name. There is no place for personal attacks on the 
network of the kind I made. I sincerely hope that he accepts my apology.
