No, please, leave it binary!  Any ARPA site should be able to retrieve it
in that format, right?  The space savings and reduced transfer time
should make it worthwhile.  My vote - binary.

Also, allow me to thank you for you offer!  I am one of those on ARPA
who has been hungering after the archives over in inaccessible-land...
