The SuperMac SuperView controller for the SE has provisions for
a "user definable" scan rate in addition to the factory set scan
rates.  If you are so inclined you can buy just the adapter
(I believe it's in the neighborhood of $500-$600) and build your
cable and you're off and running.  It's been done already for
the DEC VR260 VAXstation monitor (piece 'o cake!).
