It was nice of dmnhieu@watmath.uucp to post the code for a program to
graph z=f(x,y). One problem I have with it is that I don't know how to
unencode the code. Maybe this will be explained in part 2 of 2.

But here is another question: why be content with graphing functions?
Is there an easily obtainable program for graphing implicitly defined
or parametrically defined loci?
