When I first read Dan Zirin's message about SYS$ANNOUNCE, I
saw a bit of sarcasm there and assumed that Dan knew about
the "@Filename" definition. Since then, I have seen about 25
replies, ranging from accusing Dan of not looking at the manual,
to straightforward answers. Before replying (and tying up the
mailers of the world), please re-read the message in question.
I know that I can't be the only one who noted the sarcasm in
	his message. Thanks!
