Yes, Supra does have larger drives, besides the 20 they have both a 30 and a 40.
They will work with well behaved memory expansion, I don't know if
this includes the Alegra.  One thing the Supra drive does not do is
auto-configure.
I have a 30 Meg on order through Abel, but so far Abel says
(if I can reach them) that Supra says we are shipping this week.
If it ever shows I will post a short review of the drive.
