The original systems disks work flawlessly, but when I try to read copies (onto Polaroid disks which have been formatted on the same drives), they read once then freeze up until the drive is reset by opening and closing it. It seems like the problem could be with the drives, the Polaroid floppies, with the formatting program, or with some synergistic combination of them. It is NOT program-dependent. Has anyone else had problems with MS-DOS 3.2 formatting, Zenith's drives, or with Polaroid 3-1/2" disks? Is there anything I could try to work around whatever the problem may be?
