Lines: 15 Keywords: Macintosh I've got a problem with an Apple 1200 baud modem. Can someone help? I need to get my Mac to talk to the 3B2 (which is the machne on the network). I do have two phone lines in my home, but whenever I use the Apple 1200 modem to call the 3B2, it thinks the 3B2 line is busy. I've used another modem to call from one line to the other (an AT&T 7300 modem, when we were transfering software from the 7300 to the 3B2), so I know the problem isn't in the telephone wiring. It's got to be somewhere in the Apple 1200 modem - something makes it think the 3B2's line is off-hook. Any suggestions? Remedies? (Get a new modem????) Thanks alot.
