Yes, but every system has it's drawbacks. What happens if you
accidentally blow away the file that has *all* the icons in it? By by
icons! I think a more useful improvement to the Workbench would be
the ability to interrupt certain Workbench tasks before they complete,
like directories for instance. If what I want is up there, why should
I have to wait for everything else. Another feature I've wanted from
the beginning is "mouse ahead". Heck, why can't I click close on some
sub-directory window while I'm doing a directory of another disk and
have that window dissapear when the other directory completes? Why do
I have to go back and click the close box again? Please queue up mouse
events for the Workbench, or at least make it an option from Prefences
(like CLI on)...
