I have an external disk drive on my Amiga. Does anyone know how I would
patch my Kickstart disk so that it would look for Workbench on the external
drive? I would prefer this to the KickBench solution. It is fine if the
resulting Kickstart no longer checks the internal drive - preferred, actually -
and fine if the resulting Kickstart crashes or whatever if there is no
external drive present.

I would like to boot my Amiga without switching disks, and I would also
prefer to have Workbench in the external drive because I can more easily
switch disks in the internal drive because it is closer to where I type etc.
I presume that when I pressed Ctrl-Amiga-Amiga it would reboot also from the
external drive.

A solution for Kickstart 1.2 is preferred but a solution for Kickstart 1.1
would also interest me. Unless the response is really obscure, please mail to
me & I will summarize to the net, as usual. Pointers of how to go about
finding a solution or to the organization of the Kickstart disk would also be
appreciated.
