OK, Doug, IED has calmed down now. Sounds like
he and you are more or less in agreement again. Just
have a heart, next time, and try not to scare the old man
with words like "silly" in you know what conteKsT.

Hey, you didn't explain what she was talking
about when she said she'd been to the U.S. three times.

> Tiefer, tiefer. Irgendwo in der Tiefe gibt es ein Licht.
> Deeper, deeper. Somewhere in the depth there is a light.

Jim Lippard has the German passage EXACTLY correct. There
is no doubt about this issue any longer, folks. It was
confirmed in November 1985 by both Paddy and John Carder Bush.
IED believes, however, that "in der Tiefe" is
correct: "Tiefe" is a feminine noun, and takes "die" in
the nominative case. In this instance, however, it is an object;
thus, "in der Tiefe".

Isn't VH-1 a cable station? It isn't carried by IED's cable
company, if so. DAMN.
