Message-ID: <8612012253.AA24009@lll-tis-b.ARPA> Date: Mon, 1-Dec-86 17:52:58 EST Article-I.D.: lll-tis-.8612012253.AA24009 Posted: Mon Dec 1 17:52:58 1986 Date-Received: Tue, 2-Dec-86 08:20:56 EST Sender: daemon@ucbvax.BERKELEY.EDU Organization: The ARPA Internet Lines: 15 Approved: info-vax@sri-kl.arpa I am interested in any information anyone may have concerning any differences in the software development environment between a Norden Systems mil-spec "ruggedized" Micro-VAX and a vanilla Micro-VAX, assuming both are running Ultrix-32. Since the project's target machine is a full mil-spec Micro-VAX, my concern is whether the two machines are sufficiently different to warrant purchasing or leasing a Norden mil-spec system, or whether we can get by with a vanilla system for development purposes.
