Craig Norberg mentioned that using compress was probably a better idea
than using arc, because more people had access to it.  That must be
why he stores all of the sources in compressed files.  It's also why
I haven't ftp'd anything from his sources archive lately, everytime
I do, the version of compress which I have says "not in compress format".
It does this in spite of being transferred in image mode.  Anybody have
any suggestions?  I have arc, and the uu twins.
