Does anyone have an archiving package that runs both on the ST and under
Unix (preferably V)? I often need to combine files on one machine and
port the archive to the other. Especially, since I run a BBS, I get
requests to put together a bunch of files on the Unix system so that one
archive file can be ported to the ST.

One technical problem I have is that I haven't got a C compiler for the
ST (I opted for Modula-2), so that I need C source for the Unix system
and a uuencoded binary for the ST. (It would be great to get ARC
running under Unix if it is compatible with arc.ttp, but although I have
heard references to this, I have never seen it).
