The Lee Challenger 2001 "O" press is a good buy for
the money ( ~ $30 ). It should be perfectly adequate
for 75% of the people who reload. I have been using
one for 2 months to reload 9mm and .308 Win.
The use of aluminum makes the press lighter and cheaper than
the Rock Chucker. It is doing as good a job
as the Rock Chucker that I used to have. My only
concern is how the aluminum frame will wear around
the steel piston. So far, there is no noticeable wear. I keep
this area well-oiled.
