	I have used nearly all of the MIDI software available on the Mac and
feel that for serious work, the best is Total Music from Southworth Systems.
It's very hard to go past for all its features. The best features, that which I
use all the time ( not being a great keyboard player ) are the real-time
recording, quantise options ( you can quantise almost anything ) and the full
cut, copy and paste facilities. Best of all though, is that it really works
as you expect it to.
