I was wondering what the GDOS is. I've seen one or two programs
boot up with GDOS in the AUTO folder, but I haven't seen it anywhere
in my books. Is it some type of extension to the graphics routines
or the GEMDOS? I'm sure somebody out there knows what it is... :-)
Also, how can I set up the screen to leave certain lines stable while
the others scroll "under" it? (Like Flash's bottom status line, or
Forem ST's status lines at the top of the screen...) Do I have to
keep track of where the cursor is at all times and manually write my
own routines to fake this, or can you just tell TOS that the screen
has a different size? Help!
