It could (in theory) be done by running COMMAND.COM and redirection the output, but it would have to look like COMMANDCOM1 >CON , and that's rediculous. Since PC-DOS doesn't employ the tee command, and piping works differently than on UNIX (no multitasking), I'm having quite a time working this one out. Is there anyone out there in Net land that knows a solution to this? I hope so. Thanks in advance for any responses. -Darren *----=====-----=====-----=====-----=====-----=====-----=====----* // Darren Friedlein, ANSI-FX software Phone: 919/596-7746 \\ (( Rt 4 Box 416, Durham, NC 27703 919/596-9492 )) \\ ...{burl,cbosqd,ihnp4,mcnc}!ethos!darren // *----=====-----=====-----=====-----=====-----=====-----=====----* "Never drink more than two Pan-Galactic Gargleblasters unless you are a thirty ton elephant with bronchial pneumonia." - Zaphod Beeblebrox
