One person said that it is a bit senstive to line noise at 2400 baud. Unfortunatly, Softline only sells the internal (IBM) version. So I will not be getting one. If anyone is interested in contacting them, their number is: 800-221-1260 (in NY 718-438-6057). As with all mail order companies, beware, I've heard nothing about them one way or the other.
