We have just installed LOGITECH Modula-2. Although I don't have any experience
with it and so can't recommend it, I notice that it appears to operate
consistently with other VAX languages, e.g. debugger support. It also appears
to have symbol definition files for system services and RTL routines, etc.
I had a problem with the installation, however. We don't sanction 3rd-party
layered products installing themselves into SYS$SYSROOT. Therefore, I created
a home directory on a different disk and installed there. The developers were
kind enough to use logical names with a MOD facility prefix to find things,
so the customization was easy enough. The following addresses are printed on
the documentation:

LOGITECH SA, P.O. Box, CH-1111 Romanel-Morges, Switzerland
LOGITECH Inc, 805 Veterans Blvd, Redwood City, CA 94063 USA
LOGITECH Srl, Corsa Nigra 60, 10015 Ivrea TO, Italy
