Subject: IP-TCP connections for uVAXII

I am looking for suggestions for the following problem:

We would like to connect two microVax II's and one VAX 11/780 
to a IP-TCP network.  Both uVAX's have DEQNA's and the 11/780 
has a DEUNA.  We also have two unused ethernet boards, one
NI2010-A and one NI1010-A, respectively.  All machines are
running VMS 4.x.

Are there reasonably priced IP-TCP drivers
for these Interlan boards which are relatively bug-free?
How reliable are the smart IP-TCP boards?
What is the best method to connecting the remaining uVax
without the additional ethernet board, more hardware
or a shared DEQNA software package?
I would appreciate hearing others experiences with such a
problem and their recommendations on vendors.  The reason 
we have the extra boards is that we purchased an 
XNS package which was terribly bug-ridden and not very
functional.

My apologies for raising questions that probably have already
been discussed but I have only recently obtained access to
this forum.
