I tried the DOG that was posted to the net on my system and had some problems. It seems that v1.0 will not work on a system with a 20MB hard disk and DOS 2.1. I contacted the author around June and he replied that he knew about the bug and was in the process of fixing it for the next release (v1.02 I believe). Mr. Morris said that he would contact me when it was ready (he indicated that it should take about a month to fix it.) I have not heard from him since and I tried to contact him by US-mail again and got no response. Does anyone know if he has a new address? Does anyone know what the latest version of DOG is and whether it will work with 20MB and PC-DOS 2.1 (8k cluster size)? -- ============================================================================= Motorola Semiconductors Tom Spohrer Austin, Texas {seismo,gatech,ihnp4}!ut-sally!oakhill!toms
