I posted a message to this list a few weeks ago in which I expressed
anger that Maryland software was apparently being distributed
by Pyramid to its customers without permission from Maryland.
It turns out that this was NOT so, Pyramid behaved honorably throughout.

In the first place, they had a very old version of the software, before
we started asking people to go through us for distribution. In the second
place, they had only given it to a few special customers, and those few
accidently.
