The article I'm following up was originally posted to ca.news, but this may be a wider problem so I'm crossposting to news.admin and removing the distribution restriction. In article <1372@cit-vax.Caltech.Edu> mangler@cit-vax.Caltech.Edu (System Mangler) writes: >We got the rmgroups (twice!) but looking in the log file, I notice >that they didn't get sent to elroy. I think this is because the >distribution is "na", and in the sys file line that sends net.* >to elroy, I neglected to list any distributions. Oops. AHA! I'll bet that's the reason so many people didn't get the rmgroups! OK you news admins, check your sys files! Make sure everyone in North America gets "na", everyone in the USA gets "usa", and any local distributions (or distributions for your country and continent, for that matter) are right. -- - Joe Buck {hplabs,ihnp4,sun}!oliveb!epimass!jbuck HASA (A,S) Entropic Processing, Inc., Cupertino, California
