[postal officials claim good success rates ] I believe that a similar procedure for recourse is available if you payed with VISA (perhaps other cards too). I think you just have to ask them to take the charge off your bill, because you never received the goods/ services. I don't know what sorts of checks and balances there are in this scheme. Has anyone ever tried this? Michael
