Is it possible to use the arrow cluster rather than the HJKL cluster
for cursor movement in vi without dissecting vi? (eg. a termcap
or the like...) I've tried a number of different vt220 termcaps, but
none seem to do the trick. We're running 4.2 BSD on a 780, if it makes
any difference. I don't know what version of vi is run here.
