Hello vax world, do any one have any idea how to:
1. save the context of batch job so it can be saved before system shutdown
   and rerun when system is up again. Please note that we want to run a long
   (and large) program that take days to complete and so restart points in
   the command procedure are no good for us.
2. Is there any way to monitor any particular user that we suspect him for
   naughty behavior. We would love to have a record of his session without
   his knowledge. (set host 0 is no good he is to smart)
