	The charge for Touch-tone service from New York Telephone (a Nynex
BOC) is $ 6.81 per line per month for business lines.  This charge is not
exactly trivial!  If New York Telephone only charged $ .55 or even three
times that, I probably wouldn't say a word about this topic.  But an extra
$ 6.81 (plus tax) per month is a ripoff!
