   Is there anyone out there who has written software in assembly to
   read values off the PC joystick?  I've looked at the information in
   the IBM Tech-Ref, but it wasn't notably helpful.  I'm working on
   a project in assembly that needs to read the joystick values.  Any
   help on this would be appreciated.
