How? Keywords: VMS shared-files RMS Message-ID: <399@cernvax.UUCP> Date: 5 Dec 86 08:54:18 GMT Organization: CERN, Geneva, Switzerland Lines: 14 My program has a text "logfile" open for writing. I would like to use the DCL Type command to read what it's written so far. Does anyone know what FDL and/or other magic I need to do this? My attempts with FDL so far do allow me to Type the file but, because it's never been closed, all I see is emptiness. DIR/FULL says 0/n blocks have been used. I can watch "n" slowly increasing, but 0 stays stubbornly zero! Paul Burkimsher paul@vxdev.cern paul@crvxdev.bitnet ...mcvax!cernvax!vxdev!paul Div. DD, Cern, CH-1211 Geneva 23, Switzerland.
