Today I built an application from LightspeedC V1.02, ran ResEdit 1.0D12 and
changed the Creator field of the applicationUs finder info. The date was
3rd January 1987 (3/1/87 - our date format). However, when I did a get info
from the Finder ---> lo and behold! The creation date was March 1st, 1987!!!
So, I went back into ResEdit to check, and *YES* it said 1/3/87 too!

This is *DEFINITELY* a bug in ResEdit, because if I used SETFILE DA to change
the creator field (eliminating ResEdit as a step), the Finder gave the correct
creation date.

Has this bug been mentioned before? Has it been fixed?

Any info would be appreciated!

Thanks,
