According to the AT&T Toolchest info, nmake ("the Fourth Generation
Make") requires ksh. According to the (older) nmake documentation I
have, nmake works best with ksh but can work with the Bourne shell.
Which is true? Does the Toolchest describe a later version?

[Personal editorial comment: if nmake needs ksh, unless there's a
REALLY good reason, I'm gonna be pissed. I can justify $1,200 dollars
for a great new make. I don't think I can justify $3,000 for another
shell.]

Please mail replies to me, if you can get through.
