Message-ID: <557@runx.OZ> Date: Sat, 3-Jan-87 02:57:10 EST Article-I.D.: runx.557 Posted: Sat Jan 3 02:57:10 1987 Date-Received: Sun, 4-Jan-87 10:35:21 EST Organization: RUNX Un*x Timeshare. Sydney, Australia. Lines: 16 Today I built an application from LightspeedC V1.02, ran ResEdit 1.0D12 and changed the Creator field of the applicationUs finder info. The date was 3rd January 1987 (3/1/87 - our date format). However, when I did a get info from the Finder ---> lo and behold! The creation date was March 1st, 1987!!! So, I went back into ResEdit to check, and *YES* it said 1/3/87 too! This is *DEFINITELY* a bug in ResEdit, because if I used SETFILE DA to change the creator field (eliminating ResEdit as a step), the Finder gave the correct creation date. Has this bug been mentioned before? Has it been fixed? Any info would be appreciated! Thanks, Jason Haines
