I am currently writing a program to load another program in assembly
(8086 (but running on an 80286)). I am wondering if there is any
neat way of setting up the control block (I am going straight by
the book (Norton) and it is quite clumsy, and when I deviate from
that and try to be clever, the code stops workint!)...does anyone
have an elegant solution? (mine is not quite "operational" yet,
anyway :-)

Also: does using INT 21h service 4Bh look for the resident part
of command.com? If it does, is there a way around this?
