There are usually monthly updates posted by the stargate committee (I forgot who's on it). Appearantly, they had made arrangements with carriers, sattellite companies, and had come up with an encryption standard. It's been a few months since anything came out on it. At last report there were some concerns over censorship issues. I don't know what the latest news is. Rex B.
