The /INTERCHANGE is irrelevent to your problem.  What you need to do is
use the command:
    $ BACKUP/REWIND/LOG MSA0: DUB0:[*...]/OWNER=ORIGINAL
instead of
    $ BACKUP/REWIND/LOG MSA0: DUB0:[TAPE]
The /OWNER=ORIGINAL is in case you want the files to belong to the original
owner instead of the person doing the backup.
