CAP distribution 3.00 is now available. The major differences in this
distribution are:
o it now uses the 10/86 revision of the UDP code from Bill Croft at Sumex.
The code for this comes from Bill Croft.
o major speed improvements contributed by Dan Tappan at BBN
o cap now recognizes that multiple jobs should be allowed across
a pap stream seperated by EOFs. Thanks to Dan Tappan.
o Numerous other small modifications like new efsd code to recognize
"locked" volumes by Robert Elz at Munnari.

This distribution should be of most interest to those who plan to run
the 10/86 revision of the UDP code.
