Hi,

	Rather than blasting a new set of PALs for your C64, you
might consider opting to get the preprogramed versions.  Jameco
seems to stock many replacement chips for the C64 and some for the
Amiga.  Take a look in the back of Byte in the advertising section.
I know that their prices aren't exactly low, but that's somewhat
offset by not having to go through the bother of [correctly]
programming your own.  You could also reverse-engineer the equations
from the replacement chips to save for future reference if you
can't find the magazine article.
