Quarterman and Josiah C. Hoskins that describes the major networks and how to route mail between them. The networks covered are: Arpanet, CSNET, Mailnet, Janet, EAN, Cosac, Bitnet, Acsnet, UUCP and Junet. It's a reference I wouldn't want to do without.
