We have a wonderful language, C, with which we can write very portable code
that can be shared all over the place.

Unfortunately, most of the code sent out on comp.sources.unix and net.sources
have ROFF files to document them. I don't have ROFF or anything like it, nor
do I have ROFF specs. I suspect there are lots of people in the same boat.

I've tried PROFF, but I don't have the macros to process man pages.

So tell me, does anybody out there have a utility that will take ROFF files
 - or, more to the point, man pages, and make TeX files out of them?
