to be specific about smail

1. the supplied sendmail.cf is really rather bogus.
   not saying i can do much better, but i try.

2. smail seems to be putting strange from lines (>From i mean)
   a site next to me used to run smail. i got mail from them thus:

	user%tcdmath@tcdmath.UUCP

   somebody explain this to me.

using smail just to route uucp mail seems like an interesting thing to do.
i'm going to try that; and remove all my domain routing crap out of my
sendmail.cf
