It's even easier by that argument.  By Mix C.  It costs only $39, and is
available from Mix Software, Inc., 2116 E. Arapaho, Suite 363,
Richardson, Texas  75081, 214-783-6001.

It seems to be a reliable compiler, but I have only used it for small
programs.
