Does anybody know what the "official" filename extension for Turbo BASIC files
is?  I know that .CTB was used for compiler output files.  I suggest .TBA for
Turbo BASIC source files and .TLS for LIST files.  If the file is compatible
with Atari BASIC then the standard .BAS and .LST should be used for the
tokenized and ASCII source files.

I don't like .TUR because it gives no clue to the language.  Somebody might
write Turbo PASCAL for the Atari and .TUR would be just as valid for that as
for Turbo BASIC.

Does anybody have any comments?
