We are in need of a scheme that would permit us to obtain approvals
(ie. signatures) via electronic mail. The system must be secure and
relatively easy to implement on a number of different systems (Unix,
VMS, and etc). All comments, suggestions, and etc would be
appreciated. One system comes up quite often, but we don't know enough
about it to determine if it is what we need. I think it is called
PKC (Public Key Crypto).
