Lines: 26 Xref: mnetor comp.sys.ibm.pc:521 comp.sys.misc:125 HI, If you have an IBM PC or clone, and a hard disk of any type, please run the simple test below, and then reply to me with the results you obtain. This is my second request for this information, which leads me to believe: 1) none of you have IBM type PC's 2) none of you with IBM PC's have hard disks 3) you all have IBM PC's with hard disks, but are afraid yours is slower than every one elses 4) everyone with an IBM PC or clone who has a hard disk doesn't know what a hard disk is let alone how to use one 5) all the hard disk IBM's out there are so damned fast you can't push the stop watch button fast enough to time the event. Please folks... I would like to post the replies as I think this is an issue important to everyone who has a disk controller, as well as those in the market to purchase one. -- Tim Margeson (206)253-5240 PO Box 3500 d/s C1-937 @@ 'Who said that?'
