Computing Ctr. Lines: 12 Does there exist a Macintosh equivalent of the "path" variable on UNIX and MS-DOS? I want to be able to run programs in other directories, without having to worry about *which* directories they are in. If "path" does not exist, is there a way to implement it? Is there a Public Domain version? I am new to this newsgroup, so I do not know if this subject has been discussed previously. Thanks! -- Dan Barrett ins_adjb@jhunix.UUCP barrett@hopkins (arpanet)
