As has been mentioned several times, it is recommended that a video monitor
be used with your Atari 800 if you are going to use Omniview (CDY Consulting's
80-column ROM). I am currently using Omniview with my color TV, and though
it is working remarkably well (I still don't understand how the characters
can be so legible at only 4 dots across), I would like to get better screen
definition and readability. Does anyone have a specific brand of monitor
they would like to recommend? Also, if someone would repost how to get the
appropriate video signal out of the 800 for use with such a monitor, I would be
grateful. (Note I am talking 800, *NOT* 800XL.)

By the way, noone has responded to my request regarding the pin-out on the 850
serial ports yet. If anyone has that knowledge available I'd love to hear from
you.
