We're using MONITOR to get system performance data on a daily basis.
Unfortunately, if the VAX crashes during the day, we lose the data from
midnight until the crash 'cause MONITOR creates a new recording file when
it comes back up. Is there any way of combining the files from the morning
and the rest of the day into one single recording file? We've tried COPY,
MERGE, APPEND, even CONVERT with no success. The playback ends at the time
of the crash (i.e., end of the first file). I don't really want to write
a program to manually merge the files so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Adv*thanks*ance,
