PROBLEM: I use my C-64 with the Microlog SWL to demodulate
RTTY signals. The C-64 puts out lots of RF that
interferes with my short wave receiver, smothering
        most signals with noise.

QUESTION: What's the best way to prevent this noise? Would
grounding pin 8 of one of the joystick ports provide
a sufficient ground? I only have access to the
electrical ground for the AC power system in my
building, to which I've already grounded my
        receiver.
