Summary: tor.news.admin & tor.news.stats is reasonable

I think that splitting tor.news into admin and stats is a good first
step into realizing an efficient method to administer the Toronto region
news.

I would still like to know how the rest of you feel about taking the
stats a step further. We're gathering lots of data but we are not really
doing anything with it and I still think (see my article <136@methods.UUCP>
peter@methods.UUCP) that we should do more. So far I haven't heard
yea or nay on the matter (apart from the group separation idea). Is
anyone else interested? Am I just getting excited about nothing and
should maybe take a valium?

Oh well...
