I don't know too much about the macros, but I think they do have looping capabilities... and they're probably the most powerful available for the //e. You might want to take a look at the new Mousetalk AE (also by Ascii Express) which uses mousetext and windows and seems to have fewer bugs. Oh, and you might want to try Commworks by PBI software.
