One of the things we would like to see implemented is a news group or mailing list. One of our customer sites has volunteered; I offered to get some information for them. So... I assume it is desirable to start with a mailing list. Is this true? Can a new vendor-oriented newsgroup be started on the ARPA side of the net-world, and gatewayed into USENET? Should this be addressed after a satisfactory startup of a mailing list? (The site in question is an internet system.) Is there any software around for automating list management and forwarding on a 4.2 system such as ours? Are there any suggestions any list moderators out there have for our customer? Thank you. Please reply via E-mail; addresses follow. If anyone else is interested in the replies, please mail to me, and I will forward or post. -- ///==\\ (No disclaimer - nobody's listening anyway.) /// Roger B.A. Klorese, Celerity Computing (Northeast Area) \\\ 40 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701 +1 617 872-1552 \\\==// celtics!roger@seismo.CSS.GOV - seismo!celtics!roger
