As this is my first posting to the net, please excuse any weirdnesses.

I've noticed that in the last few days there have been several questions and
comments regarding MacinTalk. Since MacinTalk was written by Mark Barton and
myself (as was the speech synthesizer used on Commodore's Amiga), I hope that
I can answer questions and respond to comments that people have regarding the
synthesizer.

I believe that the last two questions that I saw ("how to get MacinTalk" and
"does MacinTalk have to be in the same folder as the application running it")
have been satisfactorily answered, but I am willing to elaborate if desired.

Since we hear very little from Apple, I would appreciate hearing comments from
the user community.
