I haven't seen any votes for my favorite:
"The Gods Must Be Crazy"

It definitely strikes me as the funniest, and still thoughtful, movie I have
seen.  

"Blazing Saddles" was hilariously funny in parts "Don't anyone move or the
****** gets it" and incredibly stupid in others (the bean scene).

"Young Frankenstein" is another favorite funny movie.
