I got 24k of memory for $66.75 from NODE computers (somewhere
in area code 608), from an ad in Computer Shopper.  
Each module is a HM6264LP-15 on a 
small PCB with gold pins and a transistor and resistor. They have
worked perfectly for a month, and the only problem with
the documentation was that it didnt mention having to
bend 3 capacitors out of the way...

Included in this ridiculous price was UPS Blue Label (2 day)
shipping.

Highly recommended!
