Like many Try the Bell V1 Pro or the Bell Mark V. (The Mark V is essentially the same as the Pro but with a visor.) I have the Mark V and find it well ventilated and comfortable. I resisted posting the whole thing since mine is out-of-date, however let me tell you what they say about the SkidLid: "Based on impact tests, we do not recommend them, although they are better than a bare head."
