When I asked Sun about subnet code for their OS, they remarked that
they would pick it up when they updated to 4.3BSD, whenever that was
released.  As 4.3BSD has not yet picked up the ARP hack I would guess
Sun won't, either.

With Sun sources, adding the VAX 4.2BSD code should be easy.
Without, difficult.
