Does anyone know of any public domain c-code for

	- triangulating a polygon (preferably an nlogn algorithm)
	- clipping a polygon to another polygon

I've got a triangulating algorithm which I'm coding now. I'm looking for a
good polygon-polygon clipping algorithm. I know I've seen one which was
published within the last 3 years, but I can't seem to locate it. Does
anyone know where such an algorithm has been published recently?
