There are many wonderful foreign films of relatively recent vintage that don't
make it to this neck of the woods too often.  For example, I'd love to see the
french film "Diva" again or see some of my favorite Japanese films.  Does
anyone know  1) if this genre of film is available in prerecorded format 
(on VHS) and 2) where they can be rented via mail(purhase as a last resort)?  
As a matter of fact, are there any reputable places where movies in general can 
be rented mail order?
