This is to die for!

Mississippi Mud Cake:

2 sticks soft margarine
2 C. sugar
1 1/2 C. flour
4 eggs
2 T. cocoa
1 t. vanilla
1 1/2 C. chopped nuts
1 1/2 C. coconut
1 jar marshmallow cream

   Cream sugar, cocoa, and margarine. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
Fold in flour, coconut, and nuts. Bake in 9x13 greased pan @ 350 for 35
mins. Spread a jar of marshmallow cream on HOT cake. Cool completely
before icing. Ice. refrigerate until ready to serve.

Icing:

1 lb. (16 oz. box) powdered sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 C. evaporated milk
1/3 C. cocoa
1 t. vanilla

   Add all ingredients, mix well.
