First of all, some of the groups gatewayed from ARPA-land put EVERYONE's organization equivalent to 'The ARPA Internet'. Second of all, you have the new domaining essentially correct from what I understand. ARPA-land has been divided up into three domains: .EDU for educational institutions, .COM for commercial enterprises, and .GOV for governmental agencies. Now you are all in on this, so please stop asking.
