There is a guy in IL who is trying to sell a manor house in NJ.  I was going
to ask him to put a distribution line in his future postings (he keeps
reposting the @$&&## thing, too!), but it suddenly occured to me that this
might not work.  Since he is posting from an IL site that probably sends
news through ihnp4, if he puts an 'nj' distribution on his posting will
it ever even get to ihnp4?  Will it get past ihnp4 if ihnp4 does not
have an NJ connection?
