My wife recently "lost" her ticket before the last leg of a triangle (on Piedmont, if it matters). She had to buy another ticket for $200 more (!) than that leg originally cost. She already filled out a lost ticket refund request. I know it will take as much as six months to get the refund. She's since found the "lost" (unused) ticket. The question is: Do we have any leverage on the airline to get the more expensive ticket refunded, rather than the cheaper one? I didn't think so... but I had to ask anyway. :-) Thanks in advance, Alan "kissing $200 goodbye" Silverstein, {ihnp4 | hplabs}!hpfcla!ajs
