A short time ago in this newsgroup someone posted a request for a story
about a priest who went on a pilgrimage to find a holy man (a candidate for
sainthood) whose body had been miraculously preserved. The saint turns out
to be a robot. The story is "The Quest for Saint Aquin" by Anthony Boucher.
I found it in the SF Hall of Fame vol I.
