A while back there was a discussion of programs which tried to
get a good idea of the correct time from many hosts on the internet.
I posted information at that time referring to a program here
called nettime.c which we use when bringing up our systems.

I have a few bugs in this program which have now been fixed.
The newest version is now available via anonymous FTP from "uci.edu".
It is called "pub/nettime.c". A file containing just the diffs
is called "pub/nettime.diffs".
