I tried running the TFS from an Apple Hard Disk on my MacSCSI. It did
not seem to make much difference over Finder 4.1 and System. Does anyone
know what it takes to trigger the new file system, or how to know for
sure if it is running? Will it work at all on foreign hard disks?

I am fairly sure I had things running right, as when I booted there was
a message about TFS RAM based system version .25B August 1985 on the
startup screen.
