Christmas is now aproaching (AAAAAHHHHHH), and I would like
to make some liquers for the festivities. I have been informed
that many a recipy has graced the net; but I, regretfully, have
not got a copy of a single one. Thinking others may be in a
similiar situation, I am asking "the net" for any such recipies.
I would also appreciate any comments on recipies to stay away
from, ie. "I was told that Irish Cream made with condensed milk
must be devoured within a few days." Could this be true, I *sounds*
	like it may be true.

I have also been thinking of making my own home brew, does
anyone have any do's, doen'ts, and recipies. I prefer a darker
ale, but would be thankful for any constructive comments.

Thank you for you time in advance....
