What I have tried so far, is sending control chars to put the terminal into ANSI mode as it logs into the VAX, then I change it back to a DG terminal when it calls up Emacs. I used the termcap entry that DG supplies with its MV10000 Emacs, but this has screen addressing problems and all I get is reverse vidio mush. The ANSI termcap is not much better. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. %------------------------------------------------------------------+ | W.
