It has, I believe, been amply demonstrated, in this newgroup and others, that
you *don't* know what religion is.

In any case, I clearly was NOT speaking of the afterlife (unless, of course
your planning on dying in the next few days).  I write my postings carefully,
checking my references, rereading or skimming material where possible and
checking my library for what others, critics and supporters have said on the
subject.  This takes time, of which I have only a little to spare (actually
none, these postings take time from my parapsychological research, but I
consider it part of any scientists job to inform the public about his/her
field).

Technically, I have already posted the answer to this, since I will talk about
nothing which was not in the list of citations to the parapsychological
literature which I posted.  The purpose of my "cliffhanger" was to indicate
my informed belief that a positive answer to the question was to be found
there, and that, as it happend, I was already busy summarizing some of the
relevant literature.

I really don't see why you thought your response made any useful contribution
to the discussion.
