The "creep" problem occurs on the Imagen 8/300 at R20.UTexas.Edu
as well. After clearing one or two paper jams, text gets printed
closer to the top edge of each sheet of paper. After one or two
more paper jams only horizontal slivers of each line get printed.
We're blaming the jams on the fact that a cardboard box is being
substituted for the plastic output tray which broke. Our remedy
until the tray is replaced has been to kill the device spooler,
reboot the 8/300, and start a new spooler.
