GPI suggested the British drivers might be arrested as spies... [0.5 :-) ]
Argentian is still probably a much more stable location than South
Africa.  The weighty factor on South Africa's side is that the race
there has become established over the years, and as always, FISA is
till in need of some stability in schedules.

No location was announced for the April open date; Curacao was my
guess, since at that time it's still too cold to race in Europe (at
least in Germany and Britain).  Japan and New York were rejected by
FISA...
