These all appear to be coming from oliveb!jerry - though I may be jumping to conclusions here, and I apologise if I am, but every site that posts one of these messages is apparently connected to oliveb, which seems a little unlikely. Now I'm all in favour of cleaning up net.sources, there is far too much non-source in there (those people with 2.10.3 postnews will see the extreme lengths of the code in there to try and avoid inappropriate net.sources postings - I am responsible) but I'm not sure that this is the right way to do it, especially since most of these cancel messages are being faked to look (on a cursory glance) as if they came from the originator of article being cancelled. Would someone like to explain just what is going on here? Robert Elz seismo!munnari!kre kre%munnari.oz@seismo.css.gov
