Compiler discussion takes place in net.lang as needed for general topics,
and in the subgroups of net.lang when discussing compilation of particular
languages.  There has been no particular burden on any of these groups for
compiler-related discussions, and net.lang isn't all that heavily loaded
anyway.  I don't see the point of a separate (sub)group.
