On a 3B20S running System V Release 2.0.2, the maximum address seems
to be 0xFFFFF, which seems to mean 20-bit addressing. Questions:

(1) Is this a hardware or software limit?
(2) If hardware, is it the same on the 3B20A?
If software, how about for System V Release 2.1? Release 3?
(3) Is the limit going to change? It had better, for a decent virtual
    address space.
