Each module is a HM6264LP-15 on a small PCB with gold pins and a transistor and resistor. They have worked perfectly for a month, and the only problem with the documentation was that it didnt mention having to bend 3 capacitors out of the way... Included in this ridiculous price was UPS Blue Label (2 day) shipping. Highly recommended! Jordan
