That makes him the SENIOR officer of the company, and any court would take only a few nanoseconds to hold that the case. If he did ANYTHING which could be remotely construed as adversely impacting Apple while he held that title, any single stockholder can nail his hide to the wall, right along with the hides of the other board members if the board did not act to vigorously protect the Company from those actions. -Mike O'Dell
