 In a recent article, someone mentioned Kate Bush and Pink Floyd's
 _The_Wall_ in the same breath.  That reminded me of something I 
 read on the credits of the _Hounds_of_Love_ album.  (Yes somebody
 actually reads all the fine print :-)  The credits for "Wake the 
 Witch" include the line,

     Helicopter by kind permission of Pink Floyd's "The Wall"
