I have built a 4.2BSD system from some rather old distribution tapes.
The system has a 3-COM. When the network is brought up, my system starts
to send unreachable ICMP packets to hosts broadcasting rwho information.
The other systems here at ISI have assundry patches. I thought that I
had applied them all...but apparently not.

Does anybody recognize this problem?

Thanx.
Jeff
