Does anybody have a translation of this article:

"Software Design Language System for Control Computer", L.A. Serebrovskij --
USiM, 1985, No. 3, p. 64-69.

Abstract: General principles for constructing an integrated software design
language system for embedded computers of real-time control systems are
considered. The language Rada (the Russified set of Ada) is recommended as
the base language which is used for constructing design languages supporting
all technology stages: languages of structural design of a program complex,
preparation of technological facilities, programming, debugging, and
development management.

The abstract sounds like what the IEEE Ada as a Design Language group is
seeking; however, I did not find the obligatory trademark reference to the
US DoD in the abstract or the article (which I cannot read because it's in
Russian).

ps - does anybody have a manual on Rada which is written in English?
