Recently we installed 2 Racal-Vadic Maxwell 1200V modems, both on dedicated
lines, one in and one out. Before using these modems, we had no problems with
uucp or cu, nor xcomm,uc, umodem, etc. Since using these modems, we can only
receive incoming calls, the system is unable to dial out from any resepct.
It appears that DTR is not being asserted at the right time.

Does anyone have any insight into these modems. We are running Xenix 3.0 on
a TANDY 16-B.
