The fact that you consider the answers to these questions
nonobvious is one of the many reasons why this discussion
is stupid.  I see that you have dropped net.philosophy
and are just posting to net.math; this is EXACTLY BACKWARDS.
Please only post discussions about mathematics to net.math.
If people want to read discussions like this, they will be
subscribers to net.philosophy.  Thanks.  (I'm about ready
to unsubscribe from net.math and maybe net.physics due to
all the net.philosophy garbage that is being misposted.)
