Net.sources.anything seems ideal to moderate, just so we can clear out
the noise of discussion and requests for reposting part x of y when the
less-than-perfect net distribution system eats an article.  

I mentioned in an earlier posting that I was willing to moderate a
mod.sources.macintosh group.  I've so far received one vote - a yes.
