I nominate perhaps the worst film I have ever seen, although no movie has
ever forced me out of the theatre yet (when you pays your bucks...):
"Night of the Juggler".  I saw it on a sneak preview in NYC, and I don't
think it ever opened, although it just ran on local tv.  It was based on a
pretty good book, by William Diehl, I think.  Absolutely awful: one long
chase scene for the whole damn movie, with Cliff Gorman as the psycho and
James Brolin, doing his usual wooden bit.
