Yes, "total music" is great. It -IS- as the ads say it is. My opinion
is heavily biased though. Think of "total music" as an enhanced version
of Fairlight's "Page R". You can mail your specific questions about
"total music" to (datacube!bills).

Gee, I love my Akai 612S sampler. If you are into midi-hacking, you
can do a lot with it. Re sync-to-tape: See my posting a few weeks back
about SMPTE code on a 4-track.
