Who manufactures and/or where can I find the clear plastic
coating material that is used on most alloy wheels these days?
I am referring to the protective coating that keeps (e.g.)
aluminum wheels from discoloring -- it is typically applied
to NEW wheels, and may be available for restoration as well.
A brand-name would be helpful, and any experiences with a
product's use would be appreciated.

If interest warrants, I will summarize responses to the net.
Thanks in advance.
