I also have a size 14 foot, and I find that the Bata Bikers size 13
fits pretty well.  They run quite large.  Note that this is the only bata
shoe that is like this: I once ordered a Bata Tourlite 13 and it was way
too small!

If you want a cleated shoe, try Duegi - they make 'em up to European
size 50, which is REALLY big!  48 or 49 should be big enough for you.
(They're too wide for me, otherwise I'd own a pair.)
