The Andorians deny it ever existed.  The Klingons are a bit closed mouthed
on the subject, but they did suggest that perhaps the Romulans mistook it
for a cloaking device.

As long as we are on the subject of missing items, has anyone seen a matched
set of 1Y 2G Dylithium crystals?  I set them on the table in the cafeteria,
walked away, and forgot them.
