             All I do is use 'f' (followup) mode and it will ask "Is this
 offensive to anybody?". Type yes and it will be rotated. It will ask "Offensive
to whom?" You can write whatever - this is what creates those parenthetical 
(Offensive to ...) statements at the beginnings of postings.
             I don't know how to ROT from a 'Postnews' situation ."
