ANY good dentist should be able to properly diagnose a TMJ problem in a routine (but thorough) examination. If you have are bothered with severe headaches, you should definitely consult your dentist (no, s/he needn't be holistic), since the problem could also stem from other conditions such as an infected tooth, which should be treated as quickly as possible. -- jcpatilla
