If you are not going to be representing yourself to a prospective company until they decide they are interested enough to grant you an interview, you better feel very comfortable with the person who IS going to be representing you. (and I have no opinion, one way or the other, about net resumes. I have never hired anyone from a net resume, but the number I have seen is very small.
