I am trying to save a ROT 13 encrypted joke inorder to
make a hard copy of it, however whenever I save it, it is
still encrypted. Is there a way to save a joke decrypted?
'D' does not work.

Try the following shell script:

tr "[a-m][n-z][A-M][N-Z]" "[n-z][a-m][N-Z][A-M]"

If you save it as 'rot13' (be sure to use chmod to get execute permission)
then all you have to do to encrypt or decrypt a file is

rot13 outfile

I hope this helps.
