This is being done for a lot of ARPAnet groups as we watch (read net.announce). The moderator would be able to forward only those articles from net.micro.cpm that s/he felt were appropriate. Needless to say, there is probably much less that originates on the ARPAnet that net.micro.cpm readers would be offended by, but that could be deleted too.
