	I was recently showed an amazing method of getting a hard-to-open
	bottle open.  Hold bottle on its side.  Give it a WHACK on the
	*bottom* with the heel of your hand.  Then turn the cover !
	All I can guess is that a shock wave gets sent to the cover,
	momentarily deforming it enough to let the pressure equalize.
