Apparently not, at least as far as witches are concerned. The Halloween episode of Night Court does get credit for showing the witch as being a genuine human being, and a nice one at that. But I was very disappointed when they trotted out the dime-store magic show instead of showing witchcraft as it really is. I was also disappointed in the ending. It seemed a bit odd that a show which doesn't shy away from mixed-race marriage would conclude that a judge cannot date a witch because it would ruin his career. -- Doug Pardee -- CalComp -- {calcom1,savax,seismo,decvax,ihnp4}!terak!doug
