A point well taken.  But considering the state of disrepair that these sets
get into between movies (even standing sets that are never struck), it IS
notable that it was lit up and used as the scene of the interview.  I don't
think they'd go to all that trouble to get a bridge set in working condition
just for a TV interview.  That implies that we'll see that set or a redress
of it in ST4.  Could be another ship of that class, could be some sort of
flashback to the Enterprise.  Or it could be the training simulator.

By the way, how did Doohan look?
