What is the state of the art in 5.25 inch SCSI winchesters?

Pointers to disks with particularly high capacity, low cost,
high performance, or some combination of the above would
be appreciated.

It seems that I am deluged with info about the ST506 drives
for IBM PCS, but don't even know where to buy a SCSI economically.
Again pointers would be appreicated.
