Herbalife is a pyramid marketing scheme, in the congressional hearings
their ``distributors handbook'' was introduced as evidence. This book
makes a batch of medical claims, and appears to be aimed at the
chronically ill. The formula is a kludge of ``famous'' herbs with no
precedent in anyone's traditional medicine. Some of the substances
counteract the effects of the others. The hearing transcript should
help convince anyone to avoid this stuff.
