Are all "totally bad movies" from the S-F genre (or the related horror genre)? Admittedly I can think of a few myself (like Joan Crawford in "Trog"), but surely other film genres deserve mention. I would vote for Steve Martin's "The Jerk", but the afore- mentioned films seem to be so bad as to be funny. Martin's first effort is a comedy film that isn't funny. How about a totally awful western? love story? war movie? juvenilia? gothic romance? detective story (or mystery)? documentary? biography? -- Mike "Sturgeon's Law, just think about it" McCarthy (ihnp4 | hplabs)!hpfcla!mpm
