Summary: why are sf reviews in net.books

I'm not sure what the guide-lines are for net.books, but why is it
necessary to see reviews of Science Fiction books in net.books, if
the same review already appears in net.SF?

I'd rather not see SF reviews in net.books. Nothing against SF in
particular, it just seems redundant.
