I have scoured many cookbooks, "complete" breadbooks, etc., but to no avail. I have even asked some bakeries for their recipe (you know what they said). Does anyone have any idea how to make them? Also, any ideas on how to make "pletzels" (no, not pretzels - a pletzel is kind of like a large flat bialy)? Thanks.
