      Sounds like a Calbres Pizza to me. Usually consists
      of pizza dough {same round size as a regular pie} and
      natual tomatoe gravy {or pieces}, mozzarella, and a
      meat {sausauge, meatball pieces, etc} get arranged
      like a regular pie, but then then fold it over to
      resemble a half crescent.

      Not really a calzone which is sans the tomatoe gravy;
      and a calzone is usually small and the dough is "puffy"
      and full.
