I got this message from someone on the net.

Those of you who read net.jobs are probably familiar with my
recent posting(s) about resumes in that newsgroup. I responded to
what I feel is an obnoxious habit by being twice as obnoxious. No
matter. It's certainly time to move the discussion into the idea
of a newsgroup dedicated to the posting of resumes.

One possible name of the group could be, as suggested above, net.resumes.
I tend toward a subgroup of net.jobs, namely net.jobs.resumes.
Whatever you want to call, I think that the group is needed. In
the first place, the general idea of net.jobs is for the posting
of job ANNOUNCEMENTS. It should not be a place to announce to the
netland that you want/need/are ready to get a job.

So what does everybody else think? Please. No flames this time. I
tried to be nice, and I think I'ver done a good job of it.
