I don't know about 2.10.3, as I haven't seen the code yet. This site
runs 2.10.2 news under Eunice. The hacking was done by Chip Rosenthal
(t12tst!chip), and I've contributed some bug fixes. It works, but it's
not ideal. This site runs Eunice v3.2, which runs under version 3.x VMS.
Wollongong botched the VMS V4 conversion badly, and still hasn't succeeded
in getting UUCP to work on a VMS V4.x version of Eunice (if this has changed
and they haven't notified me, then they are botching the software support).
Conclusion: if the Eunice site is running VMS V4, you are out of luck.
Otherwise perhaps I can help.
