All Israel's acts of "aggressiveness" against neighboring countries were
against countries which
	1) Refused to publicly recognize Israel's right to exist.
	2) Were in a formal state of war with Israel, and refused to
	   sign a peace treaty, let alone have normal relations.

It takes two sides to make peace, Farzin.   Egypt has done so.  I hope
it stays that way, too.  We await Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, etc.
