Didn't the U.S. government take away or is it in the process
taking away Mr. Kahane's citizenship because he has been elected
to the parliament in Israel ??  If it has already been done does
that affect his right to free speech (public address) in this country.
Does the government have the authority to restrict the free speech
of aliens of which Mr Kahane may now be ??  If they took away his
citizenship I hope he fights the move in the court system.  I think
however I need to recheck the Constitution on this point.  I seem to
remember that no citizen can accept a "title" like duke or prince
from a foreign country but I can't specifically remember if it excludes
all political involvement.
