The QSL information for HC8X is indeed K8CW.

If you send a card to K8CW, or to any of the operators for their /HC8
operations, don't be surprised if it is a while before you get a response.
Most of us have not had cards printed yet. In my case, I don't know
whether I am going with a simple card or a picture card, and won't make
that decision until the pictures from Galapagos are developed.

Conditions were fantastic on the high bands, allowing us to run JAs
on 10 meters, and to work long path Europe at night on 15. On the
other hand, 160 was very difficult - I hope you weren't among the folk
who were calling for hours without success.

As far as QSLs, here is a complete list

Call	Via

KP2A	N6CW
K8CV	K8CV
HC1MD	K8LJG (also for NE8Z)
W8PBO	WB8UCB
K8CW	K8CW
KA8TKB	K8CW
W8KKF	W8KKF
WD8ATP	W8KKF
WA8YST	WA8YST
K8MA	K8MA
N2IC	N2IC
K9AJ	K9AJ
KA9RHK	K9AJ
W0RLX	W0RLX
AB8K	AB8K
W6CDR	W6CDR
K1XM	KQ1F
KQ1F	KQ1F

If you worked any other call, it was a bootlegger!

We did not operate much from HC1/HC2/HC5 because of time and antenna
availability, and also because Equador was not that rare.

If you worked the HC8E expedition a couple months ago, cards should
be coming soon. If you want a card from them, you are probably better
off sending a greenstamp, as they are unable to cash IRCs in Equador.
