OK.  I thought everyone knew this already.  First of all, some of the groups
gatewayed from ARPA-land put EVERYONE's organization equivalent to 'The ARPA
Internet'.  Second of all, you have the new domaining essentially correct from
what I understand.  ARPA-land has been divided up into three domains:  .EDU
for educational institutions, .COM for commercial enterprises, and .GOV for
governmental agencies.  Now you are all in on this, so please stop asking.
BTW, once down to the 'university' level, the individual institution could
omit any more sub-domaining, or make it by something other than department as
well, but you have it essentially correct.
