Summary: Finding PHC

For future reference, PHC is carried over the National Public Radio satel-
lite and so is always available to your local public radio station. If
they are carrying it, the frequency will be at the low end of the F.M.
dial, about 90-92 MHz.

If they aren't carrying it, try calling them to ask for it. (The public
stations are usually located at the state universities). With enough
audience pressure, they should begin broadcasting it.
