It sounds like you have made your purchase of a LAT, but
I think I would have first looked into the Bridge equivalents
which run Telnet (and TCP/IP), the client software is
available for all DEC O/S's and you would have been able
to talk to a whole variety of systems. Now the best you can
hope for is LAT support under Ultrix (which may exist.)
