I'm looking for a public domain program that will draw family trees
for families of several generations. Anything in C, Pascal, or Fortran
is welcome. If a program isn't available, but you know of an applicable
textbook or algorithm, I'd be grateful for that information.

I need it because I'm part of a group that is studying a congenital
heart defect known as the Long QT Syndrome (LQTS). LQTS people have an
unusual ECG tracing showing an abnormal prolongation of a segment (the
QT interval) of their heartbeat. Under stress or strong emotion, among
other causes, the heart can suffer life-threatening rhythm disturbances.

    Thanks for any help.
