Located on the waterfront of the Puget Sound, the hotel offers free fishing pole check out at the front desk. They'll even cook up whatever you catch in the kitchen (and put up a picture of you and your catch on the lobby wall). Besides hosting the Beatles on their 2 US tours, The Edgewater was immortal- ized on Frank Zappa & The Mothers "Live at Fillmore East" LP.
