I can't prove it, but I'm sure your theory is incorrect.  If you've
seen the story, there are certain aspects to it that make the change
an obvious one.  I won't give the whole show away, but will supply a
hint:  there was a definite purpose to moving "Attack of the Cybermen"
up a week, and it has to do with timing.  Mail me if you want me to
spill the beans completely-- I'll let someone else let the cat out
of the bag.
